برج حديث على ضفة قناة دبي بالخليج التجاري بالطابق الارضي يوجد مطعم ومقهى خدماته جيدة والماكولا ت مغاربية واوربيه خمس نجوم روادة من الطبقة الميسو ة ماليا فرش المطعم والمقهى حديث ومريخ يفتح من الساعه العاشرة صباحا وحتى الساعه الخامسه من فجر اليوم الثاني خدماته سريعه وعماله يرتدون البسه موحدة حسب المرتبه ويتقنون عدة لغات ومراقبين بالكاميرات بشكل عام ممتاز

Having our own office here is a treat. We enjoy this building's management, location, and view a lot. Everyone loves our office view, and precise location.
Parking for visitors is a bit problem because of the entrance. For parking, you have to enter from a signal behind rather than marasi drive.
For business, it is a good place. Office 903 has some desk space available also for business meetings as well.

Lots of visitor parking. Too few elevators for its height and number of units.
No proper sognage or at least I coukd not see one.

You can found cafeteria, restaurant and beauty salon situated downstairs in the building. Good location and parking area is next to it.

There is no security in reception.
I m going to buy rent car.
I m downstairs 30 minutes no one come.
No good management.

Unfortunately, we had terrible experience in this tower. The management of the building are toooo bad and the AC did not work except noise. We paid bills for noise. The receptionist is really impolite person. I was very happy when the company broke the contract and left this terrible building.

Careless, disrespectful, provoking receptionist lady the building got. Such a rude receptionist lady. I wonder she is paid for using social media at her work place instead for treating customers/clients in a nice way.

Very poor management if you forget your parking card the receptionist will ask you to park your car in RTA paid parking you cannot park in your own parking, AC problem in whole building and the philippino lady on reception is very rude to everyone coming to visit #unprofessionalstaff.
