I had an extremely disappointing experience with this flower shop. My arrangement was extremely late, to the point where I had to physically go to the flower shop and I started to help the florist. I will not blame the florist because he is only one person and had many orders. But funny enough, a man literally entered the shop and thought I work there and asked me about a vase. Later, I called to express my dissatisfaction, the person on the line literally hung up on me while I was speaking. I called back twice and he told me he had no time for my concerns and hung up whilst I was speaking again. Unprofessional and unacceptable customer service.
