We are very happy to have play sessions for our 10 months old son with Ms. Amy. She has a unique ability to connect with babies, making them feel safe, valued, and excited about learning. Ms. Amy designs developmentally appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth in our baby.

I can’t thank Ami enough for helping me sleep train my 11 month old. It’s been such an easy and smooth process, no trouble whatsoever! Highly highly recommend her for any sleep deprived mother out there. Lots of love

This is our second time reaching out to Babies and beyond and we are happy with the childcare team they provide. The nanny was confident, caring and thoughtful with the kids. And most importantly the kids seemed to get along quickly with her. She was updating me with the kids’ activity which gave me a peace of mind. I highly recommend babies and beyond for parents who need some time to recharge themselves to practice good parenting but find it difficult to trust someone. Babies and beyond will take care of that!

After struggling for many months to break unhealthy sleep habits for our 10 month old, we decided to reach out to babies & beyond for support. Ami from the sleep training support team was extremely helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with! She visited our home on two occasions to observe my sons sleep routine and helped us to implement a gentle sleep training method which is working brilliantly! She created a bespoke daily plan for my son’s feeding and nap schedule which not only improved the length of his naps in the day but we also noticed a great improvement in his feeding overall. After many months of being rocked and held to sleep, my son has finally learned how to settle down to sleep at night by himself and self soothe throughout the night. We are so pleased with all the changes and couldn’t recommend the team and particularly Ami enough!

They would keep changing the rate and they were rigid and not giving us the initial rate given. They lost a customer because of the financial managers unprofessional way to deal with a parents request

We made use of Babies & Beyond for night support for our newborn and ended up using their services for 2 months. The office was prompt and organised. Worth mentioning was the nurse that supported us. Odette was experienced, organised, knowledgeable and hands-on, but also sensitive, sympathetic and supportive. The whole family will miss Odette!

Great and professional service, always on time and my little boy loved the nanny provided by the company. My nanny was Sasani she was very polite and gentle with my boy, talked and played with him and paid attention to what he likes and says which is a bonus.

We used a night nurse from Babies & Beyond for the first two months with our newborn. Both Susan and Sarika were exceptional and I felt confident knowing that my baby was safe with them while I caught up on some much needed sleep. Their care and support for my baby was wonderful.

I’ve had the most amazing experience with Babies and Beyond. I called them reluctantly as my new born wasn’t sleeping and I was so tired, after interviewing 2 of their nannies we chose the most incredible night nanny called Chido to join us. She is kind and caring and my son loves her. Any time I’ve popped in unannounced she’s been looking after him or watching him, she’s given us great tips and tricks too. The administration team have also been excellent, flexible when I changed booking times and always immediately available on both phone and WhatsApp. We are using them for nanny training too come September and couldn’t recommend them more. The peace of mind having a fully trained nurse look after him has been 100% worth it. Thank you Babies and Beyond!

I used their services three times when I was visiting my family in Dubai and their nurses were great. I personally loved Jade a lot and would recommend her.

I've been really disappointed of their customer care service. Because of Covid the beginning of the prenatal classes were online, I asked several times for the cost of them and nobody answered. One day I received a bill of 400 AED for a skype which last for 45 minutes. I called several time to get an explanation and to know more about the following classes and again no answer, I wrote 3 emails.so I finally paid this bill and I decided not to continue the process with them.since then, NO NEW FROM THE MIDWIFE and NO NEW FROM THE TEAM. Really Unprofessional!

I have lost 10,500 dirhams with Babies and Beyond! None of the candidates they sent us were adequate and matched our needs. Everytine we tried a nurse out it was deducted from our monthly plan. We asked them for a refund and they never did! Instead they gave us credit claiming that they don’t refund money even though it doesn’t state that anywhere on their contract! So we decided to opt for company’s credit which we were supposed to utilize until end of 2019 after running after them for an official letter for 4 months. So we decided give them a chance and use their service again in December and again they failed to get us the caliber we needed while deducting from whatever remaining balance we had. And when I asked them for a refund again they stopped answering my calls and blocked my number. Do yourself a favor and deal with a proper company who would train their nurses to handle babies and not ignore your calls when you try to get a proper response from them while threatening to send your frustrated emails to their legal department!

Absolutely outstanding service from beginning to end. Nurse Annie looked after our 7 month old at our hotel while my husband and I went out for dinner, and kept us updated via WhatsApp. Babies and Beyond came highly recommended, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book Annie again, or to recommend to friends.

It is the best service that you can ever get! Best staff with best quality and well trained nurses.

My wife and I had a very good experiance with
Charina Taoatao. She is very nice, helpful and good with our baby. He liked her instantly and she gave us good advices about teaching and caring of our child. I do highly recommend her.
Furthermore, about 6 months ago we also use there sevices with another nurse called Nastle
She was also at the same level of qualification and amazing with kids.

This is the only company I trust my son with. The nurses have been fantastic and the best support I can hope for
