Babu town located in barshadubai serve Indian cuisine with their unique touch. Their modern take on Indian dishes will give you something new to taste.

Being an Indian restaurant, their starter consists of chaat options, which is a great start to your meal. It is very interesting that they serve dal soup, which is such a comforting dish for most Indian dinner's. If you want to try something different, I highly recommend ordering chicken tacos. Also, coconut mutton curry is a good option along with their soft butter naan. A lot more variety of dishes is offered such as

- salads
- cheese balls
- bamboo biryani
- mutton karak kebabs
- bollywood biryani
- babu special biryani

It doesn't stop there. I would give 10 on 10 to their dessert. Coconut ice cream was delicious. I ordered it twice. Serve in real coconut shell, shareable quality for two. Natural coconut flavours. It was amazing.

We had food from this restaurant from their Global village branch.me, my brothers and their families. Food was very pricey and food we ordered (biriyani) was spoiled. Probably it just happened that day with them. However, will never go there again.

Great customer service, chicken tikka was good, however the chips aren’t chillis chips… just chips with sauce on it and the keebab aren’t tender

Accidentally found this place, it is decorated with style, a lot of small details that complete the atmosphere. And the food itself has really good taste, not too spicy, nice flavors. As a fan of Indian cuisine I was surprised of the presentation and colors. Ladies will have good photos for instagram. Among all the dishes my recommendation will be butter chicken, and all dishes with it. You won’t regret The staff is attentive and friendly, for regular customers they give discount vouchers, so you are for sure coming again.

Discovered the restaurant through Talabat daily promotions. I ordered only chicken curry as one of the guest we had, didn’t eat seafood. The order was delivered on time. Their menu is little bit on the pricey side. The food was delivered in a sealed recyclable container which was good. However, the taste and quantity dint justify pricing. The food was bland and no flavor or aroma.

Super exception service by Mr Jawahar he was great smiling and welcoming always.he has real sweetness in his nature.he can grow more with this attitude in hospitality.good thing about him I was late few minutes late but he did refuse me of anything.seems like he made my day. I would really be pleased if the your management will appreciate him for his outstanding hospitality in the restaurant. He is really a great asset to your company. I would recommend all my guest who comes to this restaurant to once go and meet this personality.

It was our first time to order food from babu town based on the reviews.not a great experience as we ordered rolls as follow kashmir chicken, babu chicken, punjabi lamb bhuna and chicken cheetos.it felt like I was eating the same food over and over again.no difference in taste or appearance.only lamb was little different.

Names are different but taste and flavour Is same.you need to really improve and deliver what you mention in ur menu.in condiment u gave a sweet gravy which is absolute waste.

Not happy with the experience

So i bought plain white rice for 11 dirhams in Babu restaurant next to our cake shop expensive coz it's canned
the taste is awful, it's like cooked old rice with the smell of insect/weevils

We dined at their Khorfakkam beach restaurant on 01st Jan 2022. We were lucky to get a table in-spite of prior required reservation.

After few minutes of initial nostalgic feeling of having a table with a view of Gulf of Oman, we were greeted by plethora of guest with confirmed reservation not having any table to serve them.

I don’t know that caused this confusion but restaurant staffs were unable to manage the situation and it started getting chaos.absolute chaos …

There were lot of noise and shout around the dining area. Bearers started blaming each other without any regard to decorum.plus it seems kitchen chef was also shouting at the bearers. I don’t know why…

Food quality for all this we have gone through to say the least was not great … it’s just good for photo op….

Hi i came to your restaurant today Al barsha branch.they made me wait 45 mins for bamboo chicken biryani and at the end they served cold food.the biryani was cold they put it in the bamboo and served it.very bad service.i left the restaurant without eating after waiting 1 hour.very bad service

Really lovely place and staff.
It is often very busy yet the waiter always remembers my and my husbands preferences.)

Visited them recently and really liked the food. The service and ambiance are really good too. I would recommend to try out their pani puri, Bombay chicken biryani and strawberry margherita. Presentation of the food is very good too.

Fancy fusion Indian food from babu restaurant at Barsha south.nice spacious place with ample parking… tried few varieties of food and all of it was just delicious.

A beautiful well lit restaurant taking us to the memory lanes of India with beautiful wall painted murals and authentic Indian delicacies. Recently visited this place with my lovelies for a tasting session and amazed to know that each item is better than the next with subtle and lasting flavours. Pleasing food presentation and courteous staff has made the experience memorable.

Folks, visit Babu Town to have these exquisite Indian flavors.

This restaurant by the name Babu Town located in Al Barsha serves some amazingly well presented food which are perfect to be photographed. They look bright and beautiful. Wouldn’t say the food was the best I have had. But highly recommended here are:
Babu mango frappe (must must try)
Babu gulab jamun
Chicken Cheetos roll
Bamboo boneless chicken biriyani (spinach chicken biriyani rather)

Tandoori lobster tasted good, but it had a fair amount of cheese in it, so don’t go by the name.
The fresh mango ice cream was served in coconut. This was quite enjoyable as well.

Their service was one of the best I have seen in the recent past. Dipen Chhetri, Jawar Singh and Issa were kind and super friendly.

Tried 4 different meals for delivery. Bollywood & babu biryani, butter chicken.
Portion is very stingy, only 3 small pieces of boneless meat in both chicken & mutton meals.
Rice flavour is decent, portion is below average. Biryanis were covered in uncooked dough, it seems they forgot to cook the dough to become like proper bread.
Very disappointing.

Clean restaurant, and pleasant atmosphere. They do an awesome job blending the spices just enough to appease your palate and not leave your mouth burning. The menu is child friendly and the prices are competitive for Dubai. Babu won't disappoint you when you make the time to sit and eat. Bring your people and enjoy

Good for Indian food destination i liked Food quality, Atmosfir, i didnt like the service, overall its a must visit and dine, specially the mango icecream

I’ve tried almost everything in the menu. Food is definitely 10/10, each dish is so rich with authentic Indian flavors. My favorite is the vegetable samosa, And babu Biryani. I have even ordered pizza out of curiosity! The pizza is not the ordinary pizza u get, it’s full of Indian flavors and spices. If u want to be surprised! Try it and thank me later ;).

If you are looking for food to photograph and post on your social media channels, then Babu is a good option. Their food is colorful, in some cases suspiciously bright, and presented in a very photogenic way.
But when it comes to taste, Babu fells short. The food here is way below what you can get in average Indian restaurants in Dubai.
Service is great, but when I crave Indian food next time, I will never consider Babu Town.

Me and my friend wanted to try this place out since it opened as we live walking distance. Wow it was so worth it and you will surely get the pur indian taste. The vibes are oyre indian i totally love the painting and the costumes by the staff.
We ordered garlic naan which was amazing that we ordered seconds. Mutton rogan josh was nice and tender.

I would surely recommend this place to all and would highly ask for people to spread the word.

بكل صراحه تحت المستوى و قايل التطوير المكيف حار و الاضاءه مزعجه و شياط الاكل يضرب في ثيابك (اتمنى لكم الارتقاء) below average AC not cooling and food smell and food quility below average

I loved it, the waiters were pretty good the food did not take much time, and it tastes great. However i think it's a little bit overpriced for example the parata costs 9dhs for 2 pieces! And the portion of food were not sufficient for my consumption, maybe different people find it otherwise.
