Baby Sensory and Toddler Sense @ Marina Mansions Tower

Really disappointed in their customer service and how they operate. I bought a 10 class package during the summer for my two babies for a specific location. Once they stopped classes at that location I was no longer able to take my kids because of how far and inconvenient it was. I still have 3 remaining classes that I paid for that I have asked time and again for a refund. Their customer support on whatsapp is HORRIBLE. Overall extremely inappropriate. I still would like my refund for 3 classes.

They are refusing to refund unused sessions. However their booking system on the website is unclear and I asked them about this specifically before purchasing which they confirmed however once i purchased it did not work as per what they confirmed earlier. Also whatsapp communication is very slow. I had trouble finding the entrance location and was delayed 15 minutes into their 1h class because the whatsapp correspondent did not know the location either. They still refuse to refund unused sessions! The classes in itself are fun for kids but do Not purchase a package from this unreliable company.
