I received a product that was defective, and instead of helping me and providing a new product, they offered me financial compensation, so that I could return and order the product myself, even though the defect was from them, their solution is for me to wait for the delivery period again when I specifically informed them that I need it today.
So, customer service is bad, and I received a defective product

If you are facing issues by either their online shop or in-store, do not bother reaching out to their customer service as they are useless from managers to agents, raise a complaint directly to consumer rights on the Dubai Consumer app and they will get it sorted for you straight away.this goes to all retails under Landmark group.

Worst after sell service and delivery,
I bought baby crib on 26th Nov and was suppose to be delivered on 28th Nov,
today we are on 8th December and even with my visit to emirates mall branch and the promise to deliver the item today by 10am I haven't received any call or message.

I don't recommend baby shopy to anyone anymore.

This is one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

Their customer service is extremely unhelpful, as if they cannot even hear you. Their delivery service is one of the worst in Dubai I’ve dealt with so far. The emails are useless because no one replies at all.

I made an order, paid online then more than a week later found my money returned for no reason, they keep on saying we called and no one answered although I checked and I’m 100% sure I didn’t get any call from the delivery guy.

If you need to buy something from baby shop then try to go get it yourself but I highly recommend to never use their application.

Appalling customer service. Only one phone number for a country wide franchise and when you call to find out where your delivery is, that was placed in-store, I get told point blank that the call centre cannot assist and the only way to get answers is to go directly to the store! If we had the time to travel back and forth to the store we would not request home delivery! My husband has now wasted an entire day, taking off of work to wait for a delivery that we cannot even trace and NOT A SINGLE PERSON AT THE CALL CENTRE, even after numerous phone call attempts, can assist. Worst experience I have had for any delivery service. If you cannot cope with delivery, do not offer it, simple!

Unreliable. Online customers cannot rely on Babyshop purchases.
We shopped online, made the payment, the delivery date has passed. That’s when when we started falling into the follow-up tornado.
Wasting our time calling customer support, who has ZERO authority to support.
After a week from ordering, asked for a refund to put my budget elsewhere. Anywhere I can find a return to my payment.
Beware!
Shopping here is an unnecessary hassle.

Very disappointing after sales service for such a big business! No response or appologies!
Customer service number indicated online is not in use, yet the shop never responded to out calls!
No one contacted us for delivery during delivery day! And the store team just wanted to make a transaction with false information about delivery schedule!

Must visit store for expecting mothers, moms of the newly born or for those who want to gift children's clothing.
All your needs for 0 to 14 year olds are catered to.
They have good collection of baby products, garments, strollers, footwear and feeding aids.
They are continuously changing with time, tastes and demographics of the UAE.

Worst customer service, online showed next day delivery and order is not processed also. Also the customer care people are very bad.no proper update, no apology to client, nothing. Very disappointing.don'y buy online

Never ever call to the store. Because they will not pick up your call. This happen to me for the fourth time.

Babyshop online is the worst store one should consider for purchasing stuff for their babies.
They have no work ethics & are very poor when it comes to being professional. Stores dealing with baby stuff should be fast in providing services to their customers. I have ordered a car seat for my 2 month old baby 15 days back & till now haven't received it. I had to take my baby to the clinic & I ordered online hoping that I would receive it by the weekend. But that was my mistake to trust them & I ended up taking my baby out without a car seat thus putting his life in danger. The height of carelessness & negligence is such that when you call them and ask them to make you talk to the senior management they tell you that we aren't allowed to do so unless an email is sent to the operation department & the manager. Incase they tend to reply then maybe I could speak to someone. Their customer service is as pathetic as their work. They really don't care about the customer needs. Neither do they work on solving the complains raised.
I would advice every parent not to purchase anything from babyshop online.

Really dissapointing & sad.
I am still awaiting their response but alas nothing till now. Hope they wake up soon & work on providing good services to their customers before they start losing them completely

Very worthwhile bargains in this shop. Value for money items. No point buying premium clothes fir kids who grow almost instantly. Love the value pack onesies.
