Have been purchasing things for my baby at this place since a few months. But there were a few missing items in the product that I purchased recently, so had to replace it! Would not recommend online shopping though, their delivery services are not very good!

Worse online shop. No option for returning packages in their original packaging. No option for gift wrapping. Not recommended for use if you want to buy a gift for someone

Very bed customer service… we visited store and we like to purchase the baby bouncer we choose one of that when we told to fix they said you will be charged by full amount No discounted if they Fix. Over the displayed actual price was 249 AED and discount price was 175 …. I don’t understand the term that staff is telling us to go to deira city or mridif city center …. They can do that …. Really disgusting services

Non-cooperating staff, no one responses at time, I wasted half hour for packing and no one responded I came back, very bad experience, centrepoint should focus on customer satisfaction as well.

I have been purchasing toys for my kid from last couple of years and it was quite good quality though they are expensive. However the recent purchase made in the shop was disappointing as I had to exchange the items twice due to incomplete set in the box. Plz be aware and check the package prior billing.
Staff in the store are unprofessional and rude. Don’t t expect any kind Customer service from them. They just don’t care.

Worst experience when ordered online. Items showing processing on the app. Even four days after promised date its not delivered. If you call the customer care the only answer you would get is “Sir will raise a complaint on the courier company”. Had called thrice and got the same answer. Disappointed as the items purchased as a birthday gift and haven’t received it even after the birthday. HEREAFTER A BIG NOOO FOR ONLINE PURCHASE FROM CENTREPOINT.

One stop for all needs. But billing is pathetic, delay in billing due to counter staff cross selling of other items (soap comb ear pod chocolate perfumes)

Very nice collection of clothes, toys, games and much more. Awesome prices and deals also available at this time. GOOD!

Purchased a white baby crib at their store, they send a brown one without even asking its its ok, and then say white if out of stock
If you call Babyshopcustomer care they say offline stores are separate and they do not deal with physical stores
If you go to the store the staff lies that its backoffice mistake, and the sales person who sold you the product runs away hides and another employee says i don't know what that sales person said etc not my mistake
Say yourselves an headace and don't buy anything above AED 100 from babyshop

You can get lost in here While looking at stuff for your kid. Options! Good stuff and helpful service staff.

One of the staff members was so rude talking in their language about my kid and me that's not nice to talk behind someones back by your own language they should know even if we don't look like them as Filipino we still understand the language we all have a bad day we get that, for a child does a mess and so on it doesn't help your day to be great to talk about them you shouldn't talk out loud to make other people day even worse.

I was aimlessly wandering around the store with absolutely no idea what I was looking for my daughter. And then Mr. Jerwin assisted me. He showed an exemplary customer service, right from choosing the stuffs that I need till check out. It couldn’t have been any better. Keep up the good work.

Yesterday I went to Babyshop at center point Karama. After purchasing some item I asked them to gift wrapp.
The staff said gift wrapping is already stopped by management but if you want you have to pay 10 AED extra for paper.
Is this new way to generate some money from the customers? Gift wrapping should be free as normal practice in other branded and well known supermarket and hypermarkets in UAE.

If baby shop has stopped gift wrapping they should not even do it with cost, stoped means total stopped.

And if they are still doing it, this should be free of cost.

Management should think Baby Shop is good brand in market and such kind of attitude does not match with such brand name.
I hope they will think about this in future.
