Bacha Cargo

Fraud & completely irresponsible company, its been almost 4 months there is no update on my parcel. They will not pickup your call and will not reply on WhatsApp. I am going to put a case on them in consumer court on this fraud. I know there are so many people suffered by them, please contact me and we can take a further legal action against them.

My shipment is with this cargo from two months and still not received, very unprofessional way of handling customer complaints. Poor and pathetic service, agent will tell you to reach items to your destination within 25 days but it can be 60,90 days.
My order 20327 pending from 55 days and could be more.
No one caring of items and customers
Need call from owner. Thanks

One year has passed?
Didn't get the goods and didn't get a refund.

This is totally unprofessional I’m so disappointed. They’re just taking money and then end of the day not answering the call. I send my furniture and then almost 6 month finished they didn’t take action and not response my call and now reached furniture only half not full and that is also demage/broken.

Please don’t send anything to anywhere from this cargo

Very very very Bad Service. I suggest Don't use their service they are saying 20 days but it will take more than 2 months.if you call them their behavior is very bad and their staff doesn't know how to talk with a customer.

بہت بہت بری سروس۔ میرا مشورہ ہے کہ ان کی سروس استعمال نہ کریں جو وہ کہہ رہے ہیں 20 دن لیکن اس میں 2 ماہ سے زیادہ وقت لگے گا۔ اگر آپ ان کو کہتے ہیں تو ان کا رویہ بہت برا ہے اور ان کا عملہ نہیں جانتا کہ گاہک سے کیسے بات کرنی ہے۔

Took my item's more than two months, giving only one star cuz picking up item's on same day.

The worst cargo company I ever dealt with. It took them 4 months to deliver my cargo, including electronics, and that too was damaged. The TV screen was broken, the furniture was in bad condition, and the packing was awful. Please avoid them at all costs.

They are frauds, don't trust them, they are Gona Rob you and you guys will never get your stuff delivered and then they won't even bother to take your call. It's been three months and my package is lost, will soon launch complaint soon against this LLC

WORSET SERVICE EVER! Absolutely worst service! I have been waiting for over 2 months. They told me that my goods will be delivered in 20 days but it took 2months. I’ve called every single day to be told that my goods would be delivered the next day and nothing! No one seems to take ownership of the issues and actually help the customer.

They deliver in 2 months who receive stuff from me his name tahir bacha he take car petrol charges also he is not professional and his behaviour very rude and if u ask about your stuff he will threat you and close ur call then i contact his brother in karachi he is good guy.

They are big cheater company, they take all your money, then they do not deliver all stuff, and break it, and if you complaint they will abuse and threat you, they are BIGGEST CHEATERS

Worst experience with them, they are unprofessional people. They took my things and broke them when delivering them and now when i am asking they are abusive and threatening me.they are defaming the name of Pakistan.they take money for all packing and extra charges for wooden boxes for each item and later will pack and send witout packing, half of thing will be broken and when i asked they are abusing and other pending stuff they are not delivering or even returning back
