I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Amit Bobade, an orthopedic surgeon at Badr Al Samaa Medical Centre in Dubai. I was very impressed with his expertise, professionalism, and compassion.

I first saw Dr. Amit Bobade for a consultation after Dr. Faisal recommendation. He was very patient and took the time to listen to my concerns and perform a thorough examination. He then explained my diagnosis in detail and outlined my treatment options. He was also very clear about the risks and benefits of each option, and helped me to make the best decision for my individual needs.

Dr. Bobade performed the treatment of my wounds flawlessly, and I was very pleased with the outcome. He also provided me with excellent care and guidance. I am diabetic and almost amputated.

Throughout my entire experience, Dr. Bobade was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. He is a truly skilled and compassionate surgeon, and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of orthopedic care.

The phone line is not working! I called many times and no one answering only keeps ringing! Your Whatspp support takes ages to reply too! I am waiting for 2 days to ask the skin Dr for clarification of my medicine that written the prescription confusingly. She wrote cream for foot but says for finger. I need clarification but the phone is not answering. Very disappointed. Please improve or put someone answering the phone politely. I called and someone dropped the phone without saying bye. Rude.

Very slow service, patient are in full que and reception only 2 counter is open and rest staff is least not bothered and sitting in the reception with counter closed board to take a token it’s takes 35 min No token system is followed in the vital room. The person sitting in the ground floor vital room is in his own world n not helpful at all and mostly not sitting in his seat n always chatting with all other staff.

It was very nice experience they are so helpful, kind specially to Dr. Amit and Dr. Athulya who helped me for my back sore, now I felt relieved for my pain it was so amazing service. Thanks alot God bless you

I have visited Badr Al Sama several times for my maternity checkup. I met "Charu" there, no doubt he was very friendly and cooperative with me. I will remember His hospitality life long. Special Thanks to him.

Normally i don’t get blood extractions so easily, but thanks to Nawas from laboratory department he made my life easier today. Dr. Thameem was very helpful too. Only the main thing was my medicine was refused by our insurance, rest all was good.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! THE PHARMACIST IS SUPER RUDE AND PROVIDED ZERO ASSISTANCE. Have been waiting at the pharmacy for almost 2 hours.

All good. I think they need more counters for insurace. I had planter fascia.they don t have silikon soles.otherwise theyhad every medical available. Services are good.

Hopeless service and staff
Staff are asking “how will I know what to do with the medical reports”

Delayed service. Tests done on 20th, reports received on 21st Dec 2022. Still no action taken by the hospital. Reason given we are not aware what to do with the reports on 24th Dec 2022.
And expecting the patient to tell them what to do with the reports whether to send it to insurance team or how to proceed.

Also, Reason was also given only because the patient followed up with them on call. As there was no response through WhatsApp.

Bad experience, Have to wait 1 hour to see doctor. I was just two tickets behind but doctor was taking so much time on each.

Dr. Cecil Kunnappilly, Specialist General Surgeon is very good in his diagnosis and only thanks to his proper treatment, my friend's hand healed. Would also like to thank Mr. Charudith of Marketing team who very efficiently coordinated everything. The nurses and other staff are all very helpful.

We have to say special thanks to doctor Komal, she is well experienced and knowledged person. Her diagnosis on my health condition helped a lot before and during the pregency period. She is very calm and polite person and she gives individual attention to each patient that makes more comfort to us. I will highly recommend her for Pregency and other gynecology related issues. Absolutely horrible male pediatrician.
I went there a little late in the evening and instead of advising me to go the ER, he suggests I give my child more medicines and antibiotics and wasn’t even able to speak English properly. I told him she’s been throwing up and had tummy upset and is weak to even stand up properly and he tells me that they close at 9pm and I should give her antibiotic and other medicines. I left without taking the medicines and went to a DHA hospital where they immediately put her on medicines through IV. If your child is extremely sick, I’d definitely recommend to stay away as far as possible from this clinic.

There is one lady with most fair complexion in the reception for token. She doesn’t know how to behave with patients and too rude, arrogant, and aggressive. She is very rough and bad- mannered. Management should take a step for such kind of employee's and give them proper training how to behave with patients in their hard times. So i am going to switch my treatment from your clinic to another. Doctors are very nice and polite but having such kind of staff gives negative vibes.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided from Badar Al Samah, as i am suffereing from a ortho condition triggered by an injury.the GP doctor quickly reffered me to orthopedics specialist and also got quick approval for tests and consultation, truly best experience, also the guy named Renjith at the reception, was quick and apt to help me get through the procedures quickly, this guy is very efficient i must say and posses good soft skills, always ready to help, manages internal procedures very well and thats why got the approval very quickly.

I didn't have good experience with badr before i always get “if it happens it happens” answer from doctors but with Dr. Komal she was quick to pin point the problem and explain me in detail. Akahatha there is one lady who is in the reception for registration she treats very badly and this is not the first time it’s happening she desperately make particular patients to wait even if it’s with kids. The clinic had very nice staffs earlier but this particular lady is very rude.after waiting for long she made us to wait for no reason she do this every time when I visit.

My prior rating for this clinic was one star. I had a terrible experience with the nurses as well as the token system.

But this time, they vastly improved. The entire building was renovated. A better token system, new personnel, and a welcoming environment. Because of the last encounter, I had my doubts about the location. I went there since this is the one closest to my place. I am now that happy I went there.

The entire administration and personnel deserve praise for these changes.

Dr sweta, got my rct done from her.she is the best dentist I have ever known.she is handling patients very calmly and provides the right decision. I completely recommended her for any dental procedures.

I visited badr Al samaa clinic last week and their service is quite good. Especially Mr. Brahmadathan in the reception is really sincere to his work and helped us to clear all the procedures without waiting for long time. I wish i could give 0 stars. Their pharmacy missells you vitamins that are not prescribed by the doctor and does not inform you and gives you medicines that will expire during your dosage tenure and they refuse to return the money back for their close to expiry medicines or medicines that they have missold. Terrible customer experience and pharmacy manager Mr Jose refuses to listen to customer grievances and is un-cooperative. Never buy medicines from their pharmacy.

Visited this medical center on last Thursday and had a very very bad experience. Right from the receptionist to doctor and pharmacy, everyone is just after making money. Doctor Anvar (Orthopedic) was very rude and does not answer questions or explain anything. He was even rude with his staff. He gave me a bag full of medicines and the pharmacy said most of them were not covered. They gave me more than 600 dirhams worth of medicines plus unwanted tests that costed another 595 dirhams. I was skeptical so I approached 2 other doctors - one in India and one in UAE for second opinion. Surprisingly, both of them said that the medicines prescribed were not necessary at all. I am very disappointed that such medical center and pharmacy is allowed to operate in UAE that is just looting the customers and have no empathy for people who are approaching them for a cure.

Very unprofessional and rude staff both at clinic and pharmacy. Doctor does not know how to talk to patients and nurses don't give you proper info. Same is the case with this pharmacy. Will not recommend this place.

This clinic is really very good and I like visiting this clinic whenever I am ill. The staffs are helpful and Dr. Suresh Mani is a well experienced and a kind hearted doctor. Overall the service is good and I recommend all to visit in case you want a quick and good service.

Had the worst experience with this clinic and pharmacy. Unruly, rude and highly unprofessional doctors and nurses. Pharmacy is one step ahead in cheating customers. They will sell things that are expensive and not prescribed. They take advantage of people for whom the insurance won't cover costs. Never visiting again and will not recommend anyone to visit this place if you care about your health and money.

Badr Al Sama is the worst medical center in Dubai. Doctor Anvar the orthopedic is very rude and does not know how to talk to patients. He prescribed unwanted tests (only from ph diagnostics center from where he gets comission and will also give you their form directly) plus a bag full of medicines that were not required. When I consulted another 2 doctors for second opinion, both told me that the medicines were wrongly prescribed. Their pharmacy is also all baout cheating customers. If you dont have insurance, they will forcefully give you expensive medicines. PLEASE avoid this center and pharmacy if you love your health and money.

Such a worst experience with Ortho - Dr. Anvar Habeeb. He will put plaster for anything that comes his way. He will prolong the treamment. Please go to some other doctor for Orthi.

IMPORTANT REVIEW!
My son had sprained his left leg while playing, as he refused to let us touch or keep his leg down, I immediately took him to this clinic, which was our sheer bad luck. The clinic had only Dr. ANWAR HABEEB available and it was our first experience with him which turned out the worst.
Firstly, extended waiting hours and he was very rude with his own staff, the nurse was in tears when he shouted at her. Secondly, he could not make out which leg was to be treated which is obvious because there was not much of swelling or any sign of fracture.
We consulted him because my son had final exams the next day, v didn’t wanted to take any risk. And this doc put him a plaster for a month telling us that’s it’s a hairline fracture after doing the X-ray. Very casually he said let him not give the exams, for which he had prepared so much.
After four days v went for second opinion and it turned out he had no fracture at all whatsoever. Dr. Anwar told us several kind of injuries after seeing the X-ray, apparently he had none. Only a sprain.
We spent almost Dhs. 1200 behind all this excluding the crutches which is a waste now. Above all, the stress my family went through.
Highly recommend not to consult him even if he’s the last doctor left in Dubai.

The worst medical centre ever experienced. From reception, to environment, consultation all over a poor experience. Not recommended

Was at Badr Al Samaa last week for issues with breathing. Which I have consulted multiple times in the last year at Aster, with not successful treatment. The diagnosis and treatment at Badr turned out very effective for me so far. I was at awe with the hospitality provided by staff and nurses. Thanks Dr Saleel. Highly recommend.

The Doctor was Not at all ready to listen the issues I have. He insisted on making me agree what he was saying rather than diagnosing. I have no option of giving a zero star.so gave 1 star.

From my experience, if you want to consult the Orthopedic- go to some other hospital.

And another thing- initially they said - the treatment is covered in insurance, later, when the doctor prescribed for x-ray, - they said it is not covered - whereas in the form it is clearly mentioned the radiology & other treatments ARE covered.

My shoulder pain became worse with last two days trips and doctor checking at Bader Al Sama.

Recently i visit bur Dubai Badar al sama emergency case 11.30 pm receptionist said dr inform me no need to give token we have already patient and closing time, this is way to treat emergency patient, i never expect from badar al sama normally i am visiting there that's why i went.very bad service, if this rules from management i requesting to change you rules and provide better service sorry to say thanks

There's no commitment to patient care; instead they are more concerned about what insurance card you have and only will attend to a patient in critical care after the payments are processed, despite willingness to pay instead of insurance. Would not recommend to visit here.

Since last 2 weeks I am taking treatment for my 11 months old baby she was having a little bit cough and cold. After taking their treatment her cough and cold problem is not solve also increasing day by day now the situation is she even can't breath while she is sleeping. I just want to say if you don't know how to give proper medical treatment why you are their to spoil some one's life by wrong treatments. Shut this bloody hospital and the staff. Huh.
Just want to suggest please don't visit this hospital it's only west of time and money nothing else.they can't provide proper medical treatment as they were uneducated doctors who just want to write any medicine which is not covered in insurance and also not improves your medical conditions.

How pathetic! I just had a call and the lady was so rude, I am inquiring with regards to appointment and insurance, but she just dropped the call while I as still talking on the line! There is no phone etiquette! You just need to train your staff with proper customer service!
