We had an amazing tour of Abu Dhabi with mufeer khan. He is the best. Please ask for him during your tour. He knows the history and did an awesome job taking us around and answering all our questions. Mufeer also took us to the best buffet in Abu Dhabi. Yummy food with excellent service. Ferrari World was awesome. I highly recommend adding this to your list of activities when visiting Dubai. Also we forgot our headphone in the van and he found it and brought it to our hotel. So awesome.

Satnam Singh did a phenomenal job introducing us to Dubai and it’s culture. His conduct was patient, polite and friendly. He knew the city well and kept us engaged throughout the tour with his knowledgeable commentary.
Our trip to Dubai was very short, and we couldn’t have asked for more than what Satnam had to offer. We were pleased to have a tour guide like Satnam.

Availed the Dubai City Tour + Dubai Frame, and it was definitely worth it. Omar, our tour guide, has been a great help during the entire tour.our questions were always entertained and answered. He ensured that every significant place we passed through is explained. Also, he made sure that I get inside the Dubai Frame by assisting me thoroughly.

I did the desert tour, car is not very clean and not sure if they sanitised before/after pick ups
Desert ride was great, driver was friendly
The camp and dinner were horrible, worst dinner, it seemed from yesterday, and did have a smell.

Unmanaged and excessive delayed service.
Their drivers are good and very helpful but the man behind it is unreachable half the times.
All pick ups were delayed including airport drop.
You would have to follow up for all the pick ups.

Kishor was really a fantastic tour guide! We had a wonderful time experiencing the beautiful sites of Abu Dhabi and some really interesting information shared by Kishor. He was very helpful in making sure we were able to enter the areas all okay and we got some lovely photos. There was another group of people on our tour that was always coming back to the bus late which was frustrating but Kishor would go in search for them to bring them back to the minibus so we weren’t waiting to long. Highly recommend doing this tour and couldn’t recommend Kishor enough

Had a very good trip to Abu Dhabi.thanks to Mufeer khan, our tour Instructor and operator. He covered so many places in a very short time span. We visited mosque, Emirates Palace, art gallery, dates market, good restaurant for lunch, ferrari world. Had a great day, thanks a lot Mufeer. I recommend this to everyone

Very unprofessional and rude staff. They will entertain only if you make the payment to them directly instead of Groupon. I dont understand why they are even registered with Groupon.

This is sharing an experience for Dubai City Tour booked through Baisan Tours on March 3,2020. It was a SIT based trip and the driver alloted was Mr. Thtisham. The tour started right on time and the driver alloted was co-operative and shared a lot of information about the sight seeing locations. Overall experience was very good.

Trip experience is good but getting confirmation is difficult. Staff on call is not reachable or not avilable or doesn't call back even after multiple follow up.

During my Abu Dahbi tour Wassim was amazing. Really helpful and provided excellent service. I would recommend to anyone considering taking this tour.

Our tour guide ehtisham was amazing during our Dubai city tour. Explained everything to us and never was in a rush. Very friendly and offered us complimentary bottles of water and offered us to eat inside the van eventhough it's not allowed to. Very patient and always checked on our wellbeing.would definitely book again and we already have our other three tours planned with him.

The Driver / tourguid (Ehtisaham) a excelent and good instructed for the excursions. The way to Abu Dhabi was comfortable, because the driver was very safe and not driven fast. Emirates Palace and the White Mosque are hard to describe in words, would repeat this tour again and again.

Entisham is an absolute wonderful tour guide, first we got lost reaching the bus then he guide us to the Frame and puch us up from their, he went out of his way to assist us, then he took us on tour through ogh old Dubai and new Dubai, guide us all the way, drop us again at the Frame make sure we received our tuckets to enter the Fame.
