Bait Al Mandi Restaurant SZR

I don't get it why this place has 3 stars, it deserves literally 10! The lamb melts in your mouth, the staff is so pleasant (wearing hygiene caps and gloves which is such a plus for me personally) and its sooooo unbelievably cheap!

Food is average, below average actually because i felt that the chicken is not fresh, atmosphere is average also, you dont feel that you’re entering a restaurant on sheikh zayed road, service is good, food reached me quick, but plates and spoons used are not in a good quality and not a restaurant material, more like home material

They have no variety in hot drinks just black tea.plus it gets too noisy at times and the sitting tables are too close to eachother.only the food was good but can't sit there for too long.

I ordered food from this restaurant on Noon, the noon app did not pick up the current location that i was in and delivered to the known location.they cancelled my order and did not even refund me the money or charge me for the wrong address delivery (App did not pick up the location). We slept hungry and i lost money and food.

Nice place on sheikh zayed road
Comparing to price food is below average.
Service is ok

The worst Mandi restaurant in the world and my advice NO one eat from it.
I ordered and I shocked when I received the order.
- less quantity compared to what I paid.
- The bending damage food plates.
- The food quality which was really disaster, bad smell in the meat.

It’s really shame to depend in this restaurant if you have visitors or gust in your home.

I wanted to go try this place since long time now, and today wad the day! I ordered madfoun chicken, honestly speaking it was OK, nothing wrong with it, and I completely finished my plate. BUT.for someone like me who knows and tried almost all the mandi restaurants in Dubai, this place will not be considered a real mandi house. There are many places in Dubai that serve proper chicken madfoun.with perfect taste!

The best restaurant where you can eat and all the flies in the world can eat with you.dirty as hell, the staff are good but the food is bad and no cleaning staff. I saw the waiter clean the floor.the chef is really disrespectful and cant take criticism.

I always eaten there and always thought the food was good until today, i ordered chicken madffoon and there was a hair on the plate. The place is nice but its very dirty.
I hope you guys will level up your hygienic standards.

I'm giving this place 5 stars for the food, the chef they have deserves it. We came at midnight during Ramadan and granted not everything was available or just made, but the taste of the food is just that good to outweigh the rest as many others have mentioned. I am very interested in returning when the food is just made to see how much better it can be! We both had the Mandi chicken only because their recommended Hanith shoulder was not available

The quality of food was amazing.but the delivery took 2hrs.when you followed up to the customer service at the store, she answered you in a sarcastic way that its not the store problem its from the rider.

Set in the backdrop of the beautiful Address Sky View Hotel, this restaurant offers some absolutely scrumptious Mandi, Grills, Salad, dessert, Milkshake & juices. We had visited this Arabic restaurant on recommendation to us by a friend mainly to try the Mandi. After the visit all we can say that we just loved the food. Ambience is cozy & seats were comfortable. Ample parking is easily available just behind the restaurant.

Chicken Mandi we tried here is easily one of the best we tried so far. The rice paired with the Mandi was very flavorful & moist unlike the other restaurants i had visited. Chicken is super moist & falling off the bone. Both the kebabs were also excellent to taste. Dont forget to try the Fattoush & Hummus too, you will love it. A special shoutout needs to our wonderful server, Muhammad, he is very polite & efficient in his work.

Overall we had a wonderful experience. So, Mandi cravings anyone? Do drop by at Mandi's. Highly recommended!

Food wise is good. These guys are getting greedy with time do increase prices regularly. I think for a meal 40 dhs real value is not more than 25 dhs.
Go somewhere else. Don’t get ripped off

It was a very long time since I ate a good mandi meal, fine meat, fresh ingredients, high quality rice, mild spices, sooo tasty, very appropriate portions and I was very impressed with the price then.
Side dishes are delicious, balanced and authentic.

It is definitely worth trying.
I ordered online, didn't experience dining in.

If you are craving for authentic arabic food you can never go wrong with this restaurant! They are serving the best arabic food in town! Clean and tasty as it should be! ️

They have as well rooms for your privacy so you can eat according to your liking! The waiting time is not much, expect 10-15mins as they will serve it to you fresh!

My go to order is chicken Mandi and chicken charcoal! ️️️ been always faithful to this restaurant ever since I came here and didn’t disappoint me in all their branches

Tasty mandi and awesome kunafe available here, kunafe was awesome and absolutely yummy Arabic sweet. We are going regularly there. Awesome ambience and neat. Family chilling place. We can sit outside with good weather. I have been there several times and satisfied with their kunafeh.

The best Mandi I've been to, whether it is in SZR, Barsha, Al Hudaiba Awards ldg.they give the same quality of food taste and servings. It is easy on the budget too.

Good food. If you like some Arab food. This is the place to be. Specialities Mandi and Mazbi. Nice sitting inside and outdoor also. Cabins available to sit on floor and enjoy special arab tradition.

Speciality in Arabic food, they serve very delicious Mandi at a very affordable price. Plus they also have some very nice desserts to have after having meal.

Today 02/08/2019 10 pm we 4 friends visited Barsha branch.during order waiter informed al fahim & Mandi already finished.and only Mahdoof available.we ordered the same & when almost we finished our dinner.we noticed other waiters serving alfaham & Mandi in other table.we enquire on cash counter no answer.no excuse also.simply laughing
. Very unsatisfied.never visit again

Mostly Fridays preference is either Biryani or Mandi
Visited #BaitAlMandi last evening with my parents since they came from Pakistan.

We ordered:
1 Mutton Madfoom
2 Chicken Madhbi
1 extra Mandi Rice

Food was as usual good but i felt that quantity of the rice was less compare to my past experiences.
Anyways Food was amazing very hot and Fresh Meat and Chicken was properly tendered
Must visit place guys
#Kunafawithcream was amazing and my parents loved it.

Only issue was in the sitting area AC was not working due to some issues

In the outskirts of Dubai but very quaint and very well decorated with ancient iyems like the gramophone, the Radio, and the food was very good. Especially the Rice n tender chicken. Goat oil n date syrup.

Staff is courteous and food quality is good. Need to add more in menu. Also rice taste same for all the dishes. Need some improvement in that regards

Clean and nice setup. Experience wise it is a watered down version to traditional Arabic dishes. Watered down meaning that it is adapted to suit non arab taste and preferences.

In fact you don't deserve even one star due to your staff as Mohamed Raouf and sliti or slimi, one year I m getting food from there and all is ok but when they bring those stupid staff & impolite, racist I started taking from other due to their unprofessional manner in dealing the satisfaction of the client, I hope they were just keeping the kabayns doing and managing the business than those mentioned stupid names.

The location is good. RTA On street parking behind the restaurant. Portions aren't as big as usual, and service isn't up to standards.

الفرع هذا فقط مكانه حلو. لاكن الأكل الصراحه هذا الفرع عار ع مطعم بيت المندي لأن الدجاج واضح انه حق امس وياااابس ومسخن والرز كذالك. اما الفرع الرئيسي في شارع المرقبات ديره هو يبقى الأفضل والاكل يكون طازج وتوه مطبوخ

Cold food. Indian style mandi. Not coming here again. المندي طباخ هندي وليس يمني. الاكل بارد. تاخير كبير فى إيصال المشوربات.

To be honest, this restaurant compare to what’s serving is outstanding. First of all, food are well prepared like a homemade. Prices are very very reasonable. Service was ok. I would definitely come back again. Try king fish, it’s very delicious.

Food is average, ambiance is average, staff are great and price is affordable. I'll come back again to try other menu.

Environment ok but the main thing should be food which i was very disappointed to eat. Rice too dry it was like generalized rice which seem to be re heated alot of times as they were hard. Overall not a good experience
