First you people send me wrong order and your manager is so disrespectful the way he is talking so unprofessional Ajit or something please keep professional staff instead of refunding or giving replacement ignoring my calls and messages i was your regular customer but you loose and customer now just have your service and staff behavior please improve it

I order 54 croissants from them, choclate and almond and cheese each box 18pcs, i have meeting at 9am at 8: 30they calling and appologize that they dont have the order ready there is a pending items, the croissants not good not fresh all broken in the night i talk with the manager he said that all will be ready, and nobody eat the croissants all said not good not fresh and broken OMG what this bad service

We had an amazing time. The staffs Ismail, Sajeer and Devi were really co-operative and amazing.

It’s a must visit place for mango pistachio cake. And the best part about this place is the staff really aims at satisfying the customers need. I am highly impressed with the service and the variety of pastries. Mr Ismail served us very well. I would highly recommend this place.

Called them on thursday to know how to get eggless mango cake on sunday evening, lady said only call 3 hours back. Called today for evening delivery say eggless mango cake no stock. Very bad service, if you know u are short in stock u need to arrange sufficient stock. Its a weekend and they dont have sufficient eggless mango cakes which is their good cakes.

I have been a regular eater at Artisan Bakery since 2017 when it was known as BAKEMART Gourmet. Almost tried everything here, all the desserts made here are super fresh and extremely tasty. Ranjeeta attended me today and served me my all time favorite “Trois Chocolate Cake” which is the best of all of them, as what I think! She is polite and was happy to serve me. She even asked me for a personal feedback on if the taste of the cake is same as 7 years earlier and with a smile and happy tummy, I said yes! Keep up the great work guys.

Very disappointed.
They delivered a "birthday cake" without a candle. The delivery schedule was set to 11am - 12 noon, along with the other deliveries (food, flowers, other cakes) as the celebration will be in an office. The guy who answered the Karama mobile issued no apology and just said they will deliver immediately. The candle arrived at 12: 40pm.
Their whatsapp number issued no apology as well and did not read the remaining messages.
Great service.

Unbelievably good. You can order in cakes and pasteries on the same day or in advance. The taste, texture and design of their cakes is to die for - have been ordering from here regularly for our office celebrations.

Went to this place on 03 july at 4 pm and asked for a eggless cake or pastry but unfortunatley according to them its made to order only in such a big shop they did not even had one eggless pastry so not a place for people looking vegeterian options unless you pre order.

Best place for cakes and pastries, they are cheaper than others but quality is impeccable. Their mango mousse cake is heavenly, they are the best compared to others. They have eggless varieties version of the cakes too. Perfect for vegetarians. They have their own breads also.

Chocolate Ganache cake was excellent! From order to on time delivery to quality of cake and the beautiful packaging, Bakemart Karama did not disappoint at all! And they got the birthday message spot on!

Bakemart is always preparing awesome premium choice of cakes. I purchased today flavor of Pista.name of the cake was KIFAYA. Very creamy taste.lovely finished with topping on Cherry, Raspberry, Cranberry, Strawberry.and a Chocolate leaf on it.it was Eggleston.a perfact cake for perfact occasions.

Ordered 2 cakes - Mango mousse & Chocolate Ganache. Mango mousse picked at 7AM. They put the fresh Mangoes at that time. They have Eggless cakes too.

One of the best cake shops in Dubai.our family's favourite. Mango Mouse, Chocolate Ganache, Kifaya are really good and different.plum cakes during Christmas season are yummy too.

I am in love with their mango mousse cake. It is a treat for your taste buds. They serve a variety of ready to buy cakes. The second best is Kifaya cake which is a pistachio cake. If you want to buy a small piece of cake it costs around 20 dirhams and 1kg cake range from 100 dirhams onwards. You can also place an order for customised cakes. They also sell fresh bakery items like bread and biscuits. I have not tried those yet but can definitely vouch for them.
They have a seating area as well if you prefer to enjoy your cake there and then.
Staff is also friendly and helpful.
There is paid public parking outside the shop.

Just recently i ordered for dora photo cake with chocolate fudge flavour. Even through the cake luked good.the coloured butter cream coating tasted awefully bitter.the food colour left stain in the mouth and teeth too.this wasn't bakemart's quality before.sad but thats the pathetic quality as of today.we even got paper peaces inside the cake

Bakemart Gourmet cake shop located at Karama Dubai have some interesting flavours with customized cake for your loved ones. They have got many yumm flavours that sparks your taste buds Affordable price and their approach towards the customer is commendable. Must visit cake shop if you want a quick pick up or in a hurry.

Order one cake through the phone. And receive the cake not what I order and wrong writing on it. Also the writing on top is ugly. Very disappointed.

Excellent cakes and excellent staff - prices could be a bit low which can be the best in future.

Summary: Delicious cakes, expensive compared to most other bakers but the taste and quality of the cakes are excellent.

Hired them again recently for my daughter's brithday cake. Absolutely delicious chocolate ganache cake! I felt like eating it all up myself.lol! I had given a rather tough custom made design for the cake and the artwork was not as good as i expected it to turn out.so my advice would be to have a face to face chat with the chef urself if ur planning to order a cake with much customised design coz "artistic skill " varies from person to person n u need to assess their skill b4 finalizing the design. But well.the taste remained uncompromised regardless! I had ordered a cake last yr too and the artwork was way better then though.but defintely il hire them again coz ALL THE GUESTS LOVED THE DELICIOUS CAKE. YUMMMMMYYYY!
I would also like to thank their staff, Mr Dinu, for the excellent customer care. Due to time constraints i couldnt visit them personally to discuss the design but Mr Dinu coordinated well through phone and that helped me concentrate on other party arrangement aspects. So in a funny way.ordering the cake was 'a piece of cake indeed! '.

The only thing i found odd n below par from other places' customer care standard was that they dont let u sample different flavours even when u have paid for a cake above 5kg! They asked me to buy different pastries from thr counter and try them instead! That sounded rather impolite and stingy.

I bought a velvet cake for the new year celebrations and the cake tastes is really yummy and worth it for the cost. For good quality and tasty cakes I suggest Bakemart Gourmet in Karama to all tourists / residents in UAE.
