Bakemart Gourmet Cake Shop and Restaurant - Qusais

Loved the cakes. It was so fresh and light. Not overly sweet. However, the presentation could have been a little better (the cakes were kept in a blue tray-photo attached).
The packaging is beautiful. That speaks for the price!

I recommend them atleast once!

I got my birthday “cake” from ARTISAN BAKERS and I was stunned by the beauty, the packaging, Not only they look amazingly pretty, but they tast heavenly! I absolutely adored every bit of it.

It was too hot to dine-in. When inquired regarding this the staff told as that it was always that way.
We also saw a cockroach right under our table.
Coffee was bad and not at all worth the price. We had tried their latte and cappuccino. And both were bad.
We also had tried cinnamon roll and almond croissant which were good.
Then we had wild mushroom toast and steak sandwich and both were just ok and again not worth the price.
Even though the croissants were tasty we were put down by the heat in the store which made it very uncomfortable for us to sit and eat.
This also could be one of the reasons why their cakes even though tastes good, are sometimes spoilt. We once had a cheese cake from here which made me hospitalised die to food poisoning. The cake was good otherwise but it was not stored properly.

Previously Bakemart Gourmet and recently they have have changed their name to Artisan Bakers. Along with the name they change their theme aswell from dark brown to black. I started buying their cakes for my office and from there I started to try their other dishes. I loved their breakfast all the time.

Artisan is expensive compared to normal bakers but the quality aswell differs.

Breakfast here is very superb! Portion is big and the staffs are very accomodating. Although the waiting time is quite long for the food to be served, still one of my favorite bakery in town. There Mango Mousse Cake is amazing!

Our favourite cake shop, now a favourite fine dining place as well.their cakes are the best in town.now with the gourmet, they have a very nice variety for dining for family and kids.we liked their steak and pasta varieties really well.food presentation also really nice.

They have the best pattie so yummy I'm glad I found this best place they got good meal options with 50% off now. Good service

I had small single cake Desserts which ways very yummy and soft, but it's a little expensive compared to othere cafes.

My wife and I had breakfast in this cozy place. They have many selections. Coffee and the food are delicious. We even had to take away the cute little cakes on display. Will be bringing our friends here for some good chat and great food.

This time you guys disappointed us. This cake was completely failure.utter flop. I don’t think so somebody will like this taste of this lauren cake … flavours are not matching and price is high too… past 4 years never disappointed but this time you failed

Hi Guys. This is not just a 5 star review for their Amazing cakes but also 5 Star reviews for their Amazing Staff.

I visited bake mart with my Family and by chance my wife lost her gold chain there. But we were unsure where it could be. Without any hope i visited Bake mart and informed them that we may have lost a Gold chain there and they took my number and responded that they will get back to me.

Lo and Behold.i received a call from their manager the next day that their staff Mr. Swapon Roy has found a chain while doing their daily routine job.i immediately went that evening and got my chain back and thanked their amazing and honest staff for their professional ethics.

I would like to management to read this review and commend their staff for being an Amazing Team which has so much Ethics in their work.

Once again Thankyou Mr. Swapon Roy for your honesty and i hope you are rewarded with great blessing from the almighty.

The service of Qusais is very poor and staff has no ethics. Appreciate if the management can look into the attitude of your staff because it is not giving a good impression. All we heard is we don't have staff and we have to wait. So sad to see such wonderful place having poor customer service.

Tried almost all varieties of their cakes.
They’re fresh and super delicious. It makes special occasions more beautiful.
But they are pricey as per their quantity.

1st the bakemart employees are amazing and they give the best recommendations and the food and cakes are really amazing. Timely delivery of custom cake. I have been bakemart customer for more than 3 years. They have never disappointed and best part is they worked on my last minute requests. Thank you so bakemart team.

Bread is great! But seriously we are in Al Qusais industrial area not at the Palm, they really need to re consider prices extremely overpriced

Food and cakes are good but the staff is very unfriendly. They seem to be so bothered when you want to order/pay for something. My friends and I won’t be going back.

Cool gourmet restaurant to have leisurely food on weekends or catch up over wide array of coffee/tea with friends over weekdays. They have one of best spreads of food bowls and steaks, bit pricey but then food and ambience makes up for it. One of the best places around in Al Qusais area!

Over priced. Poor service by Imran. I guess he was more worried about selling the cakes than a good experience to customer. Pathetic treatment

Yummy desserts definitely recommend for those with a craving. Kifaya and mango mousse must try. All the best coming back for more.

We bought the tiramisu cake from the Bakemart Qusais branch last night. It was an extremely disappointing experience as the quality of the cake was terrible. We've been purchasing cakes from this store for all special occasions for years now and it was one of our favourite store and this was the first time we've had such a terrible experience. It was mostly filled with whipped cream and barely had any cake. The quality has been drastically compromised.

The shop is well maintained and has a good ambience. The cakes kept on display are a work of art which not only looks appetising but also tastes awesome.

I would rather call it a 'Cakemart' for their wide variety of so satisfying cakes.

They will never make you think about the money you spend on cakes, but you will think of Bakemart whenever you wish for a piece of cake

Poor customer service at Al Quais branch marred the experience, otherwise pastries and bread are all high quality. They never seems to have the two more popular items, Kulafi pastry and strawberry cheesecake. Customers are often asked to wait up to 45 minutes for above items.

Love the place as it is closest to my home, but based in Qusais Dubai.

Place is quite spacious and staff is always busy, yet friendly.

Usually end up at this place to have the yummy fluffy omelettes breakfast.

Coffee here is amazing, yet expensive.

Used to love the old plain french toasts with the different bread.

Recommended!

Not very large but can accommodate a reasonable number of customers they have many types of cakes and breads also you can have breakfast lunch and dinner there its worth to try and they have wifi

Love their limited gourmet menu especially when they do 1+1 Free on all weekdays until 2300 Hrs. Love their Kifaya, burst of all fresh fruit flavors & their passion fruit mojito is really refreshing.

The professional service they provided to me.
I was sitting in Abudhabi and i got a cake delivery done in Qusais with no hassle infact their Staff Mr Jude helped me guided me where i could place the order and he ensured it reaches my uncle on time.the Choclate Ganache cake is a must have also their mousse cake is yummy

Never had a let down till date. Mango mooz and kifaya are the best. Bit expensive.

Below cake is Chocolate Donach. (Spelling might be different lol). But taste was amazing.

Excellent ambience, peaceful and not crowded. Pastriies are awesome. We tried Kifaya and Mango mousse, both are really good. Car parking is a real challenge in this place.

People with a sweet tooth especially for western desserts must visitthis place. Their cakes and pastries are awesome. Love the ambience and spread out set up. Lovely and peaceful place to catch up with friends or just chill out.

Truly gourmet food in small packages. The desserts are amazing. The mango mousse is to die for. Good variety of fresh juices and snacks. Some fresh bakery items on the racks to take away including cookies, bread and cakes. Also served are a few delectable dishes for lunch / dinner. Great ambiance in Qusais branch and friendly staff. Need to try the good range of breakfast options on offer. A little hard on the wallet but well worth the quality of what goes into your mouth.

Brought a 2kg cake.nice pakcking but no carry bag.answer was simple, they don’t have big carry bags.

Good bake shop with lot of options. But they have only 1kg and more weight cake. Little expensive as well.

Amazing cakes and light food. I love their coffees, fresh juices and backed goods. Plenty of parking up front. A high quality bakery is a rarity in that industrial area.

Good for cakes. But service need to be improved. The staffs are not at all polite.
While selecting these staffs do rush us unnecessarly as if we are buying from their pocket money. Always they dont have change for cash buyers and request for cards.

A very lovely bakery and confectionery. They have been well known for their cakes. Now the outlet itself is very good and creates a great ambience. I believe they have a good menu of snacks and coffee, though I'm yet to try it. Also they great speciality cakes

The cake is good. But the service at this branch not at all satisfactory. Unprofessional attitude from their staff. We ordered 8 new year cake. They had offered discount of 10%. As an advance we paid half of the order value. When we went for collection and final payment, they told the 10% discount is applicable only on the balance amount payable and not on the total value of purchase. Further they didn't provide the bag for cake as promised. Since the cake is good I would like everyone to be careful when dealing with their staff.
