Honestly good service but bad quality, these balloons were dead in less then 24hours!
Tried reaching out to them and know more details but no replies, very disappointed. Not worth the price

I love this company. All the staffs are creative and professionals. The flowers and gift they created were extraordinary. A well-recommended gift shop.

Materials are so bad, overpriced and the girls in the shop are not decision makers so when you complain they even made it worst with the answer. I didn’t like their treatment and quality, I’m living in the same area but I prefer to order online rather than buy from them. I would not post this if the manager or owner took my complaint seriously but unfortunately they kept making non sense excuse. If it’s a first time I would give them a benefit of doubt but I’ve been buying from them for the past 8 years and every time the balloons keep deflated after couple of hours. Last time I bought from another shop across the street and the balloons stayed in good condition for 3 days. Again in my daughter birthday I’ve ordered from different shop but they forgot one letter. We bought one letter without hilum for AED57! The guy from the different shop he has done the setup and used same technique for all the letters but unfortunately the E letter from this shop was so bad and didn’t stay. I was so embarrassed and when I complained they said because they are not the one who put the air in! I’ll never buy from them again never!

They have a good variety of helium balloons to choose from for various occasions. The team were happy to help and assist with my requests.

It's a nice place to pick a gift, 5 helium balloons with 50 AED, flowers bouquet cost's 140 AED, they don't have wide options for flowers, but for balloons they have very wide options

Way too overpriced, around 60 Aed for a small box and another 100 to arrange a few things? Sorry but definitely not worth it

One star for taking days to give a quotation on balloons design photos. Whoever is handling the WhatsApp is not keen to have new clients. And I am talking about purchasing balloons in bulk not one or two!

The manager, Diana, is the worst manager I have ever spoken to in my life. I got the balloons and they were just so ugly and called to find a solution; she proceeded to shout, disrespect and threaten me. And she ended the call by hanging up on my face.
