BAMBINO KIDS SALON & PLAY AREA

My daughter spent a month in BAMBINO KIDS ZONE & SALON . place is fine with the learning tools,toys and overall infrastructure designed for kids however the staff behaviour was thorough appalling, excerpts below:

1. The teacher in charge actually passed a lewd comment about the meaning of my daughter's name in her language to her assistant and both being utterly ignorant didn't realise that a Western name has a totally different background and nomenclature. was SHOCKING that a "teacher" (so called) could actually stoop so low. Not sure what the selection process is to have such ignorant employees at an important position.

2. The assistant, who is no better, and who spilt the beans to my wife about the teacher's comment - not out of concern but to add fuel to the fire, continued her unprofessional behaviour ever since. She even sheepishly, with a half smile, even had the audacity to tell my wife to pronounce our daughter's name in a different way. We certainly don't need her advice or tuition on how to pronounce a name we've chosen for our own daughter! INCREDIBLE!

3. The place shut down for a day due to a power outage after the rains and we weren't informed , others were. When my wife and daughter rocked up, they were greeted by a locked door. When this was brought up with the assistant, she then proceeded to blame it on another staff (the male kids barber) infront of my wife to make things even more awkward. We have found out afterwards that we were still charged for that day despite the fact that they were closed.

4. Fact is that my wife and the assistant are of the same nationality and it is our opinion that she did not take matters seriously throughout the month, when matters got bad to worse. Not a single apology received.

5. Very traumatic experience overall for both my wife and kid.

6. Happy to announce that I've signed up with a new place and excited for working with professionals.

Overall can be an excellent place if the right staff with the right professional training are hired.

Think twice before sending your kid to BAMBINO KIDS ZONE & SALON.

This place is understaffing. Just one staff for all six kids in average! They rejected our renewal because they cannnot handle child like 3.5 years old. BAD EXPERIENCE!

Update: This issue has been discussed prior with our admission. 2 staff are duty but different time frame. Regardless of disposition, child shoud well take care with your end since this is the service you offer! I also see other kids from the therapy center!

For the first time, I feel that Youssef is very happy and does not want to go home. I am very happy because there are a lot of activities and that the TV is off. Amazing place for kids to enjoy and have fun. Well managed and organized by the management.

Bambino salon and Kids Zone is great place, that you can achieve 2 things at one place. The salon is good and Is not crowded at all.

Really good thought of opening a kids play area along which does spend too much off your pocket.

Rather than taking to expensive play area this spot can give quick access and also budget friendly

My daughter not just liked the haircut but loved it.special thanks to hair stylist Mr Ravi.

Amazing services and what I really liked is I can leave my kids there for a short time whenever we had to go for some work instead of taking a membership elsewhere and pay them monthly. Highly recommended!

My nephew is a fussy child when it comes to haircuts, but the team at Bambino was so friendly and kind towards him, that he happily got his cut done.

Hi I would like to recommend bambino play area which is really good for kids with activities workshop and also they have good haircut saloon

I had got my daughters haircut last week and the staff was really nice, patient and cooperative. Like the vibe and ambiance and the way they know how to manage a kid ans do the childs haircut. A really well maintained and professional. Highly Recommended for my side.

Very poor service. First of all there is only one staff doing the hair cut and on top of that the card machine was not working. Worst experience and lot of time wasted

The lady who cut the hair was very unprofessional and my daughter’s front hairline looked very uneven. I had specifically told that we were going on vacation, and now people keep asking who cut her hair so bad. Very disappointing and not returning. She did not clean the borders as well without prompt. The existing 4 rating is very misleading since it’s the worst haircut my daughter got so far in dubai. I had to take her to another place to fix the bad haircut. Overall overrated and overpriced for the service offered
