Really un professional staff, i tried to apply home loan, only email i got, no one willing to listen what am saying, the loan sales guy name XXX when ever am calling he will say will call u back or in meeting, more than 5times did something, lost interest in applying loan as nre, bank should recruit professional staff like Axis or HDFC, this why govt.banks not improving.
The staff think they are doing us a big favor. Each one of them think they own the bank. They work like tortoises. As slow as anyone could get. With a stinking attitude.
None of their payment machines are working Meena bazar branch have a paper stuck to go to Umm Hurair branch. Umm Hurair branch is written a paper on 2 machines not to pay cash as they are out of order and 2 are switched off. Karama branch only withdrawal is working.
Worst customer service ever especially if you are not an Indian. If you visit personally, they will treat you like air as if you don't exist in front of their faces. If you call them, it takes 5 or more attempts for someone to answer, and after explaining my issue they will pass the call to everyone, explain to each one of them just to be informed that I have to call another number. THE WORST. I REPEAT, THE WORST. You don't even deserve even a single star.
Lousiest service i have ever seen from any of the bank, they have a different style of working and that's worst. No care attitude, no courtesy to reply to customer.from top to bottom they have incorporated typical way of non responsive working.
