They advised I would have another interview the following day as the ops manager was not in. I called eand left a message and emailed the next day however no one ever came back to me. Subroto Banerji, a director at Banke International Properties, tarnishes the company's reputation by altering agreement. This unethical practice is acknowledged by the CEO, Porush Jhunjhunwala, driven by a focus on commissions 5% to get from ARADA over customer satisfaction. I have evidence of a promised discount in an ARADA villa deal, confirmed by Subroto Banerjee, which was later reneged upon, citing unrelated reasons from ARADA.
Attempts to contact Banke's legal and complaint cell departments yielded no response. The company prioritizes their 5% commission from ARADA over honoring their agreements. I will be sending a legal notice to Banke and have approached DLD for potential penalties against them for violating DLD procedures while offering discounts to customers. Banke's reputation and awards should not be taken as indicators of their fairness and ethics.

Hira at Banke is the Queen of Al Furjan! A top-notch, hard-working, consummate professional who is totally on top of the latest demand and supply situation in the Al Furjan sales market.and I mean she knows how the market is changing on a day-to-day basis. It took several months to sell my 4BR villa in Al Furjan but that's because I needed a certain price to settle the liabilities on the property and throughout this time Hira was consistently bringing qualified serious buyers to view the property without losing motivation because I gave her an exclusive mandate and I trusted her judgement.

Hira also understood the complexities of dealing with Nakheel to sell a property which is still under a direct instalment plan with Nakheel - which required a lot of understanding of DLD rules, Nakheel legal policies and retail bank policies and processes for residential mortgages. We ended up selling above the original asking price because Hira identified the upsurge in demand for villas in Al-Furjan well in advance and she knew which buyers to focus on because she spends a lot of time to understand their needs and budget properly. I was abroad throughout this process and getting continuous feedback throughout these months.

If you're selling a property in Al-Furjan you simply cannot do better than Hira at Banke. Other agents actually come to her for stock and even Nakheel use her for secondary market sales so it was an easy decision for me to appoint her exclusively and let her deal with prospective buyers and a small army of no-name brokers (none of whom had the same level of knowledge on the Al Furjan sales market) on my behalf over the months - something I could never have done myself from abroad. Hira also even went above and beyond and helped me with the legal process of selling, appointing a power of attorney, getting the villa ready for inspection and even helping me to sell my furniture!

You will be hard-pressed to find an agent with the same level of specialisation on the Al-Furjan market, dedication and communication skills.

Ravi provided us with all the details that helped us take the decision. He provided us with various options good flexibility in payments, back-outs if necessary, and discounts to support our purchase. He seemed very reliable and supportive. He was available to view locations and answered every detail that was asked however silly but he had an answer and would always oblige. Moreover he did not evaluate or limit us to the originally mentioned budget but provided us all details to even expand the budget and get the best. I think Ravi is a good person and that’s why the deal felt right too.

Overall, the experience was great. Abhinav knows the process very well and continues to be engaged until the end of the transaction. Highly recommended for anyone looking to purchase property in Dubai

Avoid interacting with this bunch of liars and don't deal with this company or any of its incompetent employees if you don't want to have problems. I do not wish them any good. Dealt with: Poorna Bharwada, make sure you avoid working with her.
