Terrible experience! Worst bank ever, I don't know how it got such a high rating (most probably it's fake). We have a business account and it's time to do an audit, but surprise surprise, since the day we have opened our bank account there was not a single E-statement been sent! So we contacted our Account manager - Hussein Osman, who I have a feeling is a new employee or not qualified enough, as he couldn't help us at all instead giving useless advises and leading us with a wrong path! It's been a week we have requested the bank statement, nothing received so far. The E-statement that should have been sent automatically every month never could be received. So I wouldn't suggest to deal with this bank under any circumstances. Oh, this special sentence I would love to sent to their online banking, which is a nightmare for a normal human. It's difficult to login, it's difficult to find anything there and the funniest part it kicks you out every 1-2minute of use and again you have to login. So it gives you 0 chances to download your bank statement!
The worst bank ever I don’t know how they open here in UAE. When i asked them to deposit US dollars to company account they rejected from 5K 2K because old and small stamp on it. They think them selfies in Egypt not in UAE under central bank of you UAE regulations. Don’t use this bank don’t open account.

Such an amazing bank and branch. Very helpful stuff, my case was complicated and i thought both banks are linked to each other between Dubai and Cairo, but the stuff helped me alot finalizing my case and in couple of days all what i need to be done is done as if im physically in Cairo.

I must say that Banque Misr Dubai is going through a healthy transition under new leaders. For a complaint I had sent, I have already received 2 calls from them which shows their commitment towards prioritizing customer satisfaction. I see this as Banque Misr's leap towards pursuing excellence.
The bank started to hire better staff than they used to have, it was a bad banking experience before not even compatible with the UAE market, I hope with the new staff they can improve the customer experience, while it is not all about the staff, also the systems and the management mindset need to be enhanced and split from the Egyptian culture of Banque Misr in Egypt and try to compete with the UAE market which can have a great potential to the bank.
I am a customer in misr bank Dubai. They improved their bank. Very thankful to Essam and Rawda in customer service. They are helpful in good manner. I wish to have more Branches and ATM in Dubai.
Very poor customer service. Nobody sit on the chair. One hour is needed to reach at customer service officer even there is no rush in the bank. Because they don't sit on their seats.its been 2 weaaks I didn't get my checkbook, nobody guide when I will get it. Everyday I visited bank to ask for checkbook, they said come after two days, come tomorrow, come that day. Very disappointed.
I am not a client with this bank, but recently they are keep sending frequent sms's to me, I called their customer service twice and I asked them to remove me from their sms service list; they promised so but they still sending their annoying sms's.
