Very poor management. It took 3 MONTH of follow ups to process order for our store and still no improvement. They keep asking same document which I have sent. Very poor management. Always saying sorry

It used to be good service the 1st, 2nd and 3rd but this time I didn't know what happened. I ordered and should be delivered on Thursday but then since I will be at work if delivered later than 1245pm, so I rescheduled to Friday because it's my day off. It was confirmed to be Friday. But then on Thursday while at work around 3: 15pm someone called and informed me he is in my flat for delivery. I was surprised. Are they communicating or what? So I called the call center again and he said it was a miscommunication from the 3rd party delivery company. So I confirmed again about the Friday delivery and since I'm in Abu Dhabi the delivery slot is 10am to 3pm only. But today, Friday, it's 3: 48pm now still no one sent a message or arrived. So is there something wrong again? I'm a regular customer here but maybe not anymore.

From 1 star earlier, post delivery I changed to 3 stars.
I received the orders around 5: 30pm today. Somehow the delivery guy was very kind and courteous.
I think the issue is they're under staff that's why there are delays nowadays. I hope they will add more staff so as not to compromise the quality of services or else they will lose regular clients.

Very bad experience with salesman from today morning. I just inform the guy come fast I don't have stock right now but re reply to me with bad words. This is not good we are the sellers for your company (route 6 coustemer code c11276 Dubai

In the last three instances, chilled items have been warm when delivered. This includes items like juices and smoothies.

Delivery is late by 3 hours or more compared to the slot selected. There is never an apology for late deliveries. Just a driver calling over and over and asking for your location.

Had the possibility of being a good option, but alas operations make or break a brand.

Highly recommend Barakats juices and fresh meat, fruit and vegetables. So glad I found this place.

It was the best orange juice I’ve been drinking. But lately it smells weird and taste weird. I hope you can look into the matter and fix it.

Quality of the fruits and veggies are exceptionally good from our last 4 orders. Prices are fair! We have been hooked on their fresh juices too. Delivery captains are courteous and reliable as per the time slot chosen.

Drawback/suggestion: Mgmt.should encourage the return of the empty bottles for a future purchase discount or have a deposit allotted. This way customers will be contributing to less plastic hampering the environment and it would also lower the company budget of manufacturing or buying new bottles to some margin.

There juices are the best coz what ever we are getting in the market from other companies there standard and freshness cannot be compared.
We waste lots of money on cold drinks as we know what they do to our health, so my advice spend a little more and have fresh and natural things.

I guess i need to stop buying & suggesting Barakat product, bz the added water is more than the juice contents (stressing bout - MIXED BERRIES), also too much sugar in it, the main purpose to buy this product bz it was organic with natural ingredients, if you add more sugar of course the other brands are available in liters.trust this is my honest opinion, it should worth it.
