Broke my husbands rod and refused to replace it. Shocking customer service. Admitted liability but refused to address this. Do not shop here.

Put an expensive rod in to have an eye replaced, they broke my rod - which can happen. But this shop washed their hands of it, first off tried to say was too expensive and staff would have to pay, then tried to say was a different rod, but finally came back with an excuse of they have no policy to replace equipment they damage. 4 weeks I was waiting on the owner to call while chasing, but nothing. Not really what you expect from a so called friendly local tackle shop.

A great place to find what you need, if you know what you want or need some advice from the staff this is the place to go. Lots of rod, reel, lure and accessories on offer. As with everything before spending large sums on money on expensive things like rods and reels i'd suggest doing a bit of research to make sure what you buy suits your needs. You can really tell from the staffs knowledge that this shop is run by fishermen (and women) for fishermen (and women).

probably the best premium fishing tackle store in dubai.the rods are a bit expensive compared to japan ; the reels are ok.the lures are actually cheaper than i expected.there are also apparels and many offshore stuff you can find inside.note: you should really update and launch your website.

Fished a lot as a kid but new to it in Dubai so needed help / info on tackle, etc. These guys were super helpful. Shared lots of info and helped me get set up. One if them even have me his WhatsApp and said I could message him any time with any question. If you're new to fishing I definitely recommend these guys.
