I would like to thank Officer Mohammad Almatri, he has been extremely kind and helpfu to us.
I am really grateful for the service I received from him.

We called the police over a man who threatened us and tried to cause a car accident on the road on us. The 2 officers who came when we called 999 came and says log a complain via SPS in palm Jumeirah even though the case happened at Al barsha 3. At palm
Jumeirah, the officer says go to police station in al barsha. At the police station nobody helped us. Dubai police has disappointed us once again for not extending a helping hand. A very very sad evening. Our Expectations was very high but had to be tainted by this very disappointing experiences.

The staff at the entrance was very polite and showed me the way, where I could go with my issue. I came to the office room, the police lady Zainab helped me in my case. It took only 10 minutes. Good job.

Excellent Service unbelievable changes in this police station, highly qualified officers and the new smart system i love it,
The Service i will say amazing they even not let me to wait a minute, from the entrance of the main door 3 officers come to me and asked me what is your issue, i explain them and the same time on of officer help me to operate new smart system to raise my complaint.

Terrible service. We are dealing with a noise problem and did not get taken seriously at all. The officer dealing who filed our complaint was not interested, did not ask for information and rudely talked to others and on the phone instead of helping us. The process is confusing and it seems people do not care. Other officers belittled our complaint and basically told us to "just get over it". We filed this complaint nearly a week ago now and absolutely nothing has been done. We are extremly disappointed. Nobody cares in this city that should protect and help us.

Does al barsha police station assist in taking finger prints. If anyone has an information please assist. Thank you

Not sure why they were so rude to me when I went to file a hit and run, there’s no harm in being nice.

My wife had received a call from stranger person play of people time say bad word and challenge to catch him,
the police men rejected the complain say no wetness!
so ever one maybe can call and disturb the peoples without punishment!

They have the best police officers that I know, they help the public in everyway possible, I hope you never have to come here but if you do, I hope you finish your business as soon as possible

But ajman is very bad and un helpful rude

I did everything by my own as a tourist and went to the police station in the middle of the night with witness for a thief they send me out and told me i should write them online. How can i write anything online without a phone. So my hotel did the RTA report and the next day i went there so i showed them everything with my evidence of the location of my phone. They said to me they would contact me the following day. The next day i went back to get more information because i did not recieve any news. The Police told me they can not see anything and i have to wait. Since then i never heard anything again from them and my phone is still in the hands of two Women at al suhool street. The following day i called the police his respond was i have to wait because on Monday there is Eid. I have never seen aything like this i will never ever visit this Place again.

Amazing service from these guys! I wish all police were this courteous and helpful. I have come to look forward to going into the Dubai Police Station. Even the persons on the telephone are pleasant and helpful. I always felt genuine concern for my requests.

I went there to complain about forged cheque the police officer didn't help me at all and i couldn't take any action against the fraud case happened on my account and he said i can't help

Salam UAE, Salam UAE police, Today I got accident on sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed road, I called 999, with in few minutes UAE heros (police RTA) arrived. My family was scared because the accident was horrible. The police give us huge support, safely shift my family to safe side. Huge huge thankful from my all family to UAE heros, UAE police department, the most respectful HH sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, HH sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, and all respectful UAE nations. In Al barsha police station they also deal with huge respect and positive attitude with me. 5 star is very less, they needs 500000. Stars. Love you UAE, love you UAE police, heros

They closed one of the road's left side and allowing only left side vehicles, without any signboards or warnings, (previously due to some RTA construction, this was the alternative route marked, until today morning), they are putting fine of AED 700 for restricted entry for vehicle and AED 1000 on license. Absurd way of looting people's money. Well done

Me and my friends went to this police station and spoke to a lovely gentleman who I believe was the GM we had lost a really expensive bag in a taxi and had spent the whole day trying to locate the taxi. The police were able to locate the taxi and contact the driver within minutes! We have never experienced anything like this before the service was out of this world! If this was back in the U. K.we would never have been able to locate the driver let alone find the bag!

Thank you so much to everyone at Al Basha Police station for helping us get our bag back and that as-well so quickly! You guys make Dubai the best place to be in!

The best police station in Dubai by far. I’ve been to Al qusais and Bur dubai and ignorance was too much. But al barsha police station very helpful, and friendly.

I would like to know where i can complaint about fraud consultancy because one of consultancy WWIC JLT is not returning my money and not doing my work

What is there to say, a person committed crime, committed theft and the Dubai Police don't care! The officer clearly have no interest, and when they were called to the place of the incident, the officer was scrolling through his Instagram, disinterested! He said, "it's corona times, people steal". Our stolen electric scooter is over 2000 AED, and such a shame to hear a person of the law, acting so careless and states that because of pandamic people are stealing! Went to the Barsha police station over 3 times, the officer did not bother to open a file case and everyday told me to come the next day. The officer didn't even bother to go look at the cameras in RTA TRAM station! What has this city gone too, when officers of law who are supposed to care for us civilians and catch theives, don't have any care do to the job, and soon more crimes will start to happen. It is such a disgrace, and totally astonished by the behavior, more than 3 days constantly trying and wanting help from the Dubai police, and in the end this was the answer.

Worst service and wasted time. I opened a case more then 7 months ago, it's still active on the Dubai Police website. The case was never considered. Each time when I called there, they said: "it will take more time". I don't know where to go if a crime has been committed against you. I lost all hopes for the consideration of this case, especially since the offender has already closed the company during these 7 months.

و يقدم العديد من الخدمات منها أخذ تصاريح و الإبلاغات عن الحوادث و الإبلاغ عن المفقودات بخصوص قسم المفقودات موجودين من ساعة الصباح حتى 2 الضهر ما عدا يوم السبت و الجمعة.

I am consistently shocked by the audacity of these government workers. Today I went especially early to pay a fine and take my ID at the Al Barsha police station. There was only one clerk behind the counter and he decided it was perfectly acceptable to have a 10 minute long personal phone conversation while I was sat directly in front of him waiting patiently for the ID. The most shocking and insulting part is that he continued to chat, laugh and smile while gesturing with his hands while I was looking directly at him, clearly in a hurry to get to my own workplace without her making me late. They have no respect for other peoples schedules and the fact that people are taking time away from their jobs only to have it wasted by disrespectful and unprofessional clerks. On top of that I came in once for a separate issue as one of the reckless local drivers hit my car and ran off with their modified Nissan 4x4s. After I filed a complaint and gave the plate number of the culprit. Once they realised it was one of their own people, they started treating me in a very ill mannered way. They were loud, spoke very aggressively towards me and when I asked them to inspect the cars. As mine is red and the other guys was white, there would obviously be red marks on his car. Upon inspection, they guy and the officer had a chat for a couple of minutes and then I was accused of lying and they stated that the color scratches on his car don't match mine. What a display of absolute corruption and favoritism towards their own people. From now one I will report any future events or issues with another police station as I have also confirmed from many acquaintances that this specific branch has a notorious reputation for having the worst bunch of police workers stationed here.

When I approached the building I saw 5 stars and I it’s rightfully deserved. The police office who handled my enquiry possessed high customer service skills. Hats off to such institution

Only one police officer available, waited for 1.5 hours and in the end they gave me wrong information.again I have to visit then and again they provided wrong information.

And no Q system to organize the people.

Very helpful Police Station. One of the sergeants was incredible and should be promoted. Senior officers said not to use lawyers (they only care about their fees not about clients) until you speak with Police first. They showed me Dubai Police App on mobile phone for reporting cases.

Had a very bad experience today and two more customers ahead of me too.we were hopped from one officer to another for 1.5 hours and then told I need to go to the police station in burdubai. I came yesterday and today and told what I want to the officer with my first token and very unfair service since people who were not in the que walked in too

Every country is different and so is its police force. The service and assistance was poor and unmannered.
It is sad to see police officers operating at this level and makes me respect those who are proud of their job and serve people to their best.

Very nice officers, when me and my friends got arrested, they were nice to us, offered us water, and they allowed us to open the window, coz it was hot, so people also gave us weird look. At the end they just double checked mine and my friends IDs and they allowed us to go. Oh and they’re funny. Even tho we were alots of people, we still had space in the car. Great experience 5/5.

They closed the parking lot for people.are asked to park in a non-mated parking.although they have parking.the police must be open to people, and they close and create difficulties.

Excellent facility and several of these gentlemen have been incredibly helpful to me on some unfortunate occasions. Two noteworthy features of the place. 1.) Try the automated orange juice machine. 2.) You can have documents printed onsite as needed.

Not many employees available there was only two officers working when I was there, but they are polite and tried their best, the station itself looks old and not many parking, I tried to call the customer service of this station and out of maybe 50 times they answered once and that wasn’t helpful, if you called the station and didn’t get an answer I recommend you to call 901.

I had my windshield cracked. I landed at the reception. An officer approached me and asked me to have a seat. Narrated the issue. Asked me for EID, Driving License and Car Registration. In exactly 1 minute. He asked me for 120dhs cash, printed out the report and voila! It was done. The compete process didn't take more than 10 after parking my car.

Helpful officers.always busy.but telecommunication agents are not available at all.you have to go there and do your stuff by your own knowledge. Hope to get over this issue soon.

Ineffective and inadequate public service with arrogant attitude!
Playing with the mobile phone is more importance than taking your case.
