Great sweets but high priced products. This year they added new collection and best quality as usual

You call ask for something, they tell you yes its available.
You go there, they tell you its finished, try to come back tomorrow early to catch your luck.
Very lame and lazy staff.
Wouldnt advise anyone to go unless you cant find any other place and you are gonna die if you dont eat desserts

I have tried them two times however we didn't enjoy the taste at all.products looks good but taste never do, not recommended!

It is a very bad experience, I received wrong item, the konafa is horrible (very dry and barely have syrup), balah el sham was at least baked 2 days before I received it.

اشتريت منتجات من عندهم وكان فيه منتج جواه حاجات غريبة، عادي ممكن تحصل فا رحت المحل عشان يشوفوا المنتج قالوا تمام هنخلي صاحب المحل يتواصل معاك فا سبت المنتج عندهم عشان يبصوا عليه بحسن نيه مني، للاسف متواصلوش معايا ودلوقتي لما رحت المحل اتابع حصل ايه بيقولولي مش هنعمل اي حاجة ولا هنرجع المنتج واني ابلغ عنهم لو حابب وطبعا عشان عارفين ان مش معايا المنتج فا مش هبنفع، واضح ان من كتر مشاكلهم في منتجاتهم بقوا عارفين القوانين كويس!
انا اصلا مش فارق معايا المنتج ولا تمنه، انا كنت مستغرب ان محل ممكن يخسر عميل عشان حاجة صغيرة زي كدة بس لما عرفت انهم معروفين بين ناس كتيرة ان منتجاتهم فيها مشاكل والكواليتي بتاعتهم مش مطابقة فهمت ليه بيعملوا كدة.

اقل وزن لعلبة الكحك هو ١ك و من نفس النوع. يعني لتذوق عدة انواع، يجب ان تشتري من كل نوع ١ك. لا يوجد بيع بالوزن كما متعارف عليه في اغلب محلات الحلويات. اجبار المستهلك على شراء كيلو كامل، مش جيد لان الكحك مصر و خطر صحيا. الواحد كان يتنمى ان يتذوقه بدون ان يخاطر بصحته.

This place does not respect its word with the customers, as long as I take 45 minutes to reach the shop, I did not find any of the products that I asked him about before going and the quality of the products different other than the pictures on their Instagram showing its all just photos and they not recommended for their attitude towards customers.
