The customer service at the time I visited was unfriendly and probably we reached almost at closing hour was non co-operative.

Most of the times the offers which are running online are not available in this store and staff is not that polite

It seems so hard to smile for a customer who will barely stay 4 minutes, take his ice cream and leave, but no, you don't feel welcomed at all, thats 3rd or 4th visit, sometimes hesitate what yo chose and never been asked if I want to try, the opposite is that I get this look of come on hurry up, ️

Gotta love the variety of flavours we love mint choc chip & love potion. Go along & try for yourselves! Try to stop using plastic spoons to test though- exchange for wood & lead the way to zero plastic!
