I don’t know how it’s a brand ice cream
The vanilla was like an ice
There is no taste for any flavor
I don’t know why it become so bad
I really regret for this experience
I tried many time before
It’s almost one year now and it’s the worst ice cream you could try ever
My advice for any one just buy London ice cream and you will be happy

We were staying in a Nearby hotel and frequently visited this store. We love the taste of the icecream, but in this particular branch, Niraj, the staff was always super friendly and ensured prompt service. I noticed him to be very hardworking as he was single-handedly managing to meet the varied needs very efficiently during peak hours!

First don’t have flavour which you show on website and accept order. Strawberry Cheesecake is out of stock for a week and still u keep on accepting the order for same. Talk about honest customer service and professionalism.and after paying AED 8 for delivery you take more than 30 mins for a place 7 mins max from your store.
Hope it improve one day ….

This branch wasted my entertainer coupon as the screen showed already redeemed but they didn't agree and said system is not accepting which is not correct.

It’s the only place on 2022 that doesn’t allow you to eat (inside) during Ramadan. I’ve been to different restaurants this week, and you can dine in without problem even before iftar.

Try Baseball Nut flavour. It's Yummm
I wish Baskin Robbins sold Blackberry flavour. It's Soo weird that UAE doesn't sell this flavour anywhere.

Baskin Robbins is just Baskin Robbins, but customer service was horrible (African lady.) should customer understand that employee has been long day, bad mood, even irritation?

Employee was good. Swipe machine was not working due to that we couldn't utilize our mashreq card coupon. There should be support team to help such outlet in difficult times. Avoid outlet employee to have disputes with customers.

Nice outlet! They are selling a good array of ice cream cakes. I used entertainer and had 2 for 1 ice cream. Since I visited the place with my baby girl and we stayed a bit longer than the usual ice cream time, the staff were nice enough to bring her a Baskin Robbins inflatable ball which literally made her day - in no time she was all over the place. Prices are great! Recommended.
