It's a very nice branch of the lovely Bateel cafe and restaurant, however, usually it's very crowded and you'll have to wait for some time before you find your table. Yet it deserves the wait and it is worth it as Bateel for me is the best when it comes to the breakfast and the local brands here in UAE

Slow service. I ordered avocado and dates which was good, and smoked salmon rye that took around 45 minutes to get prepared and the bread was so hard. I tired other branches and this branch can’t compete at all.

The new guy is really not good. He throws dates in the boxes. For the price you are paying service was bad. I even told him to arrange the dates

I had a breakfast at Bateel cafe and I tried their green shakshouka, it was delicious, the green dressing/sauce was so tasty along with green advocado and beans topped with eggs and herbs, definitely will order it again, also had breakfast tea with a dash of milk.the service was top-notch.
During other visits, I ordered their date pudding and date latte, both were very nice.

We needed some good quality dates to be distributed so we went to Bateel store at MOE,
The staff was very cooperative, super friendly, and very patient.
They were really focused on the customers need and requirement they exactly packed the stuff as we wanted!
very professional and super impressive!
Rotchel, Nino, elegnora and the store manager Vanessa were awesome she even gave us a discount and some bottles of chutneys as samples to taste. A big thank you to the super friendly team for your top notch service and we appreciate all of you on duty for going above and beyond your services!

Very average breakfast. I had been to Bateel cafe in Riyadh and absolutely loved the breakfast there. With same thing in mind I ordered the same food and was very disappointed. The bread surely wasn’t fresh as it was extremely hard, they didn’t offered bread and butter which they did to many other tables. I’ll for sure won’t be visiting Bateel MOE again. Also seems like that staff don’t care about customers.

As a long time customer I was surprised by incredibly low quality of service.looks like excellent location and big quantity of clients give the manager illusion that they shouldn't bother about level and image of the restaurant.we were served warm liquid butter ("oh, you want cold butter? ! "), very long time to serve the food and yes! We were ignored to be attended to be seated even.will never be back again.

Way too expensive if you get a good quality box. This is hard to justify. Seems there should be more competition in premium dates market.

Disappointing breakfast experience mainly due to poor service planning!
Had breakfast here with my daughter around 10am on a Saturday and the place was less than 3rd full.
Ordered the Bateel breakfast for myself and the French toast for my daughter.
The Bateel breakfast was served very quickly and was good overall.
However, it took forever to get the french toast.
I had already finished my breakfast and called the server a few times to check on the French toast.
It finally arrived and it was piping hot that we both burnt ourselves, the toast was soggy in the center which made the experience even worst.

So dissatisfied and disappointed.

I only gave it 2 stars as I've had better experience with Bateel in other locations otherwise it would have been a one star!

The service is very bad and I am very disappointed. This will be my last time to come to this branch. NOT RECOMMENDED

If you want a big quantity please make sure you order in advance and collect at their delivery time iso of waiting to pack the product.

Ordered online from website. Got delivered after five days even though it said 1-3 days online. Very disappointing. Don’t order online only buy from the shop.

Service was just ok compared to other branches. Luz wasn't so helpful, didn't even offer their complimentary bread that they usually do for other branches we went to, so we're waiting for 15 to 20 minutes without anything in our table not even plates. Manager was pleasant and another Filipina in eyeglasses. Food is good in Bateel but they should make the place bigger in MOE and seriously check on their service.

Worst branch of bateel. They are not organized and will never go there again. Never respect the customer

I was so happy to see that Cafe Bateel has a branch in Mall of the Emirates! Though it's not as large or accommodating as their branch in Dubai Mall, it is 'good enough' for those looking for a quick bite or coffee.

Located just in front of H&M, it's hard to miss. Size-wise, it's smaller than most of their branches, and although they serve most of the regular menu items, all their main courses are not offered in this branch. This branch only offers breakfast items, salads, soups (2 options only), pastas, sandwiches and desserts. Nevertheless, their pastas are delicious and I can always enjoy them, especially their Prawn Ricette, that one is a favorite of mine!

Overall, a decent place for a quick bite to eat, and especially a great choice for some delicious coffee and unique Arabian-inspired desserts!

I have never seen an amazing service like this before. Blanca from Emirates Mall branch was. Very welcoming and sweet and she helped us with our arrangement beautifully. We always choose Bateel for our special occasions

It’s an amazing cafe, vast collection kind of pastries and coffee available nice service also.if anybody is going to Mall of Emirates I’ll surely suggest this Bateel Cafe

Service at the counter is good
I did the mistake of ordering dates online due to the covid situation and guess what it’s over 5 days and I did not receive the product, on inquiry I was told that it will take 3 more days
Delivery within dubai takes 8-9 days
Either you change your courier service with a better one or be ready to get these kind of feedbacks

If you guys had a chance to visit Mall of Emirates please try this amazing dates shops. They have many selections of dates with all good and tasty filling. The staffs who took my order was really nice as well

My husband and I had an enjoyable dinner last night, thanks to our hostess Hanifa. We dine at Bateel frequently because of the excellent quality of their food but last night meal was made even better because of Hanifa. She is welcoming, smiling, friendly and attentive. She responded to our requests willingly and very politely. I am looking forward to dining there again.

This review is for the Bateel store in MOE. Terrible experience while trying to make a purchase. A tall bald gentleman who seemed to be the manager was particularly rude and had no idea how to address customers. Rude enough for us to leave the shop without buying anything.

For food

Tast: - it was cold with burn nuts
-The coffee tast was amazing

Food Quality: high quality

Overall Service Quality: very bad service unfortunately I forgot the waiter name, he forgot us he didn’t serviced us like the other tables

But I’ll not forget to mention the assistant manager He was very helpful and he gave us the coffee as a treat

Cleanliness: excellent

Speed of Service: excellent

Value: Dissatisfied
