The HR manager this filipina lady Mary Taparo is not following the proper rules of hiring staff.
They will send the offer letter first before the background checking. She dont have concern to her kabayan. They are spending metro fees attending 2 interviews and rejected offers from other companies because of the offer letter from the HR. Then suddenly they will send an email regarding withdrawal of offer letter they sent. They shouldve have done the background checking before sending offer letter.
Bateel is a big company.better to give Mary proper training your when recruiting staff. I hope this concern will reach the owner of the company.

This is a factory and there's no retail store. Other reviews of Bateel suggest there is a retail store in this location but this is not the case
