I have been using the services of Bay Laundry for over a year now. I’m very happy with them. The service is very punctual and deliveries are very precise. If I’m late with the pick up I receive a gentle reminder, if hitch I find very helpful. The items always come in the condition I had requested and I never had any kind of difficulties with them. The staff is very friendly, and I would definitely advise to use their services.

They advertised that they are specialized in quality designer garments. They are ruined all my silk. All faded! I think they laundered all delicate items! Did not even read the fabric label. Very disappointed!

It’s been 2 years that I trust them to wash my bed sheets and every white piece of clothe that I have. They used to be my neighbours and now I moved 20 km away, and the service is still the same. George picks up the stuff here and drops off, everything nice and clean. The entire staff is nice and friendly.
The only time that I used a famous app to wash my clothes, this app lost my duvet cover. I am a 100% loyal customer to Bay Laundry and they are the ones that I trust to wash my things. Super recommend them.

I have used Bay Laundry for over a year now, the staff are very friendly and accommodating and my shirts are always perfectly cleaned and pressed. Pickup and delivery usually within 2 days.

I’m always on the go and at any instance the staff are always so accommodating if I don't have the time to collect, they offer drop off, they always have my uniform and personal clothes done on time. I drop them a message for any concerns and I get a reply if not immediately within minutes. 10+ No issues ever

Take the shoes to wash, and put the shoelaces in the bag. The store did not check the bag and threw it away. After washing the shoes, the shoelaces disappeared.

Terrible customer service!
They damaged two clothing items. After following up for a month they just said management said they are sorry!
Then they took my shoes and damaged it and when I complained they sent me the following message “ Note: if you believe that we are not doing our job and you are not happy with our service, there are many laundries that you can utilize. Thank you”
Will never use them again!

It's the worst experience ever, very unprofessional, the guy has anger issues, he started hitting hit hands on the table when i asked for a refund as he ruined all my white clothes, i asked him to give me the manager's no. And the manager never answered my calls.

Took eight days to get my shoes back and ruined a ted baker dress. Kept saying the delivery was coming and was kept waiting

Never on time with delivery, promissed to deliver 3 days ago, if you dont push and call, they will just forget.

Said price would be 25 Dhs then changed the price to 35 Dhs then changed me another 35 Dhs for express service which I didn't receive - buyer beware of this company
