Why is Bay Square always so congested with traffic? I consistently arrive at the office late and leave the parking lot late! This is unacceptable

Bay Square is a multi-business area. Very clean and well maintained area. Many offices and coffee shops are operating here in different buildings. Bus station is nearby.

As you enter Bay Square, you are immediately greeted by the open-air design and Italian piazza-inspired atmosphere. The bustling energy of the diverse mix of residents and visitors fills the air, creating a sense of excitement and anticipation.

You start by browsing the many retail options, ranging from trendy boutiques to well-known international brands. You find unique clothing, accessories, and home goods that catch your eye, and you can't resist making a few purchases.

Next, you head to one of the many dining options, each with their unique ambiance and cuisine. You choose a cozy cafe with outdoor seating and order a delicious latte and a pastry to enjoy while people-watching and taking in the lively atmosphere.

Afterward, you explore the hospitality options, considering a stay at one of the many hotels or serviced apartments in the area. You are impressed by the high-end amenities and beautiful views from the rooms, making a mental note to book a stay on your next trip to the area.

Worst parking management! Took me 45 mins just to leave the parking cause payments are manually processed at the exit and its causing the traffic. 1st hour free, 2nd hour 10 aed. If you are coming back for the 2nd time within the day there is zero minute free as per the not so nice guy at the exit. Im glad my office is not situated there.

It's really luxurious. The atmosphere is really awesome. Nice place to work and for spending at evenings. I will give excellent feedback for this location. There are many seatings at out side of buildings. Restaurants and cafes also available here. The architecture and designs outside the building is really photographic and we will get a stress free feel in the outside of the building. I suggest this as one of the good location for your business or corporate offices. ALKHOSH Documents Clearing Services recently started an office here and they invited me here for some official engagement. But I really appreciate the Bay Square management for bringing a good atmosphere for the employees and entrepreneurs. Thank You!

Business Bay consist of 12 towers, which includes residential, commercial and office towers. These are the first buildings to be completed in Business Bay and are located near its entrance. A three-storey podium connects all the towers in addition to the nearby Vision Tower, which is going to be connected by a special passage.

Fantastic area lots of nice choices from restaurants to Supermarkets and other services in addition to the beautiful night ambiance

Nice place, calm mostly commercial place with offices, some stores, bank etc, there is free parking for an hour

Nice place to walk and lot of restaurant options and cafe availble in the area. Not crowded during week days which makes it more attractive.

A small square that have couple of offices towers and a lot of restaurants and coffee shops and services stores like barbers, pharmacies and supermarkets. There is also a hotel there which is doubletree by Hilton hotel.

A small square among many offices, the design and reflection pool makes it a very relaxing place to walk around, there is a variety of outlets and cafes that are all good for lunch or friends gatherings

Nice place, with so many options to dine in like gilatos, pizza express, wing stop and many more.in winters the place is heaven where you can enjoy after food walk with beautiful ambiance. Hiwever due to the lake there are so many mosquitoes need to be careful with kids.
Also note that there is free 2 hour parking to enjoy the food and walk without any tension.

Just downgraded to one star after latest experience: Nice place, but horrific parking management! 10 AED for second hour! No validation with restaurants or gyms possible and no the rotten cherry on the top: Only one payment machine, only cash and no change for 100 AED (even though it says on the machine up to 200 AED) and of course calling the Hotline is of no help.none of the surrounding shops have change either, so I had to go up to enbd and queue up for cash change. 15 minutes of my life wasted!

Car parking for residents is a nightmare as the building and security management don't keep a track of who has access to the secure parking.

Empower is expensive and the hot water tanks are small.

The bedrooms have wooden flooring which is nice as they're not as cold as the floor tiles.

Big balconies and generally quiet at the weekend as this is a business location.

Great wide place to spend the afternoon with wide choice of restaurants and cafe.
The area is quite residential and commercial complex of many modern buildings with great architectural design, spaces between building is large with spacious parking, great area for kids to play around, or even for a pet walk, for early jogging if residing there.

Very good Office Building in business Bay Area.main attraction most of the Buiding is having green parking and it’s 1 hour free and it’s enough time to have food or to visit any offices
