Bay square has one of the worst parkings ever, the parking is full of potholes and its in a very very bad shape, theres water leakage, parking ceilings are broken, rods popping out and during peak hours you might end up taking 30 mins to just get out of the basement

Have a parking facility with 20 minutes Free of charge and AED 10 per hour then onwards. An excellent location for having corporate offices with all facilities.

Bay squire is a very nice place have many buildings number B1, B2, etc.
I visited B13 was nice the lift is not crowded, the place is nice and clean.
Business offices are there.

Very nice place, excellent atmosphere, public/guest parking available as well. Well maintained and beautiful building.

This place is my second home. Besides, Im staying here for more hours than I stay at home. Yet, the comfort and convenience feels amazing. From our company that is overlooking with famous Burj Khalifa, where our pantry section is. Every break its good to enjoy and relax with such a nice view. A well maintained bldg, from washroom down to hallway and elevator. Specially the new and improved interior design of the lobby, terrific! Cheers Dp team!

A business hub for multiple companies as well as giving multiple jobs opportunities, healthy environment with water and plants decorations, parking is not affordable very costly

Easy to get to. Go by metro to business bay and get the bus f14 outside metro station. And get down after approximately 15mins.
