Horrible customer service in business bay. They have a guy named John who works the desk, very rude and disrespectful.

One of the best massage places in Dubai, it’s not luxurious but the massage is very good. I’ve been coming here with my husband for years. We do massages with Sara and a Sophia, they always do their best

Bay Square Therapy is great! I’ve been coming here for years and my experience has always been great! The masseuses are all great and very knowledgeable on which areas of your body are the most tense and help elevate the tension.

We really like this place, great value for money.the therapists know what they are doing.they don't speak much English, so have the front desk staff communicate what kind of massage you want exactly

I went for a massage today after a horrible week. I had many knots in my back and had a super tight back. The massage stated without being asked what I wanted or what pressure I wanted. My therapist started off super rough. It was very unpleasant. I asked it there were a lot of knots because I was in quiet a lot of pain. She continues to apply way to much pressure and pull and drag from tight muscles and ligaments. I repeatedly told her that I wanted her to stop pulling my neck- it was too sore. She continued to. After around 20 minutes of absolute pain and tension I said it was too sore. She left the room and got hot stones and proceeded to drag them over the sore areas with the same force she used with her fingers. I had had enough then and said it was extremely painful and asked her to stop touching me. I sat up and she said she could continue sitting up. So clueless to the pain I was in despite telling her repeatedly that it was too painful, asking her to be softer- it was a joke. I was charged 180dhs before the appointment and left 20 minutes early. My husband was called as he had booked the appointment and I left my watch behind. When he told them how unhappy and hurt I was they said thanks for the feedback. I left feeling disgusting and in a lot of pain. Horrible experience

I would have given this place a 5 star as the value for money and the masseuse was great. However, customer service was not great. Firstly, I didn't like how it was difficult to find your massage center. Your A4 size logo was not big enough to be easily seen as I exited the lift looking for your center. The entrace to your place looked like a hidden storage somewhere. Not what I expected when I searched your center before hand. Your receptionist was slighty rude and was not patient enough to explain to new customers like me where or how to go inside and exit your work place knowing that there's alot of detours/doors which makes it harder to find. As I was requiring help to find the exit lift she gave off a big sigh while showing me out. She also neglected to mention about parking regulations even after asking her if there's anything else I needed to do after the massage. I didn't like the fact that she gave an excuse that " I didn't specifically asked about it" even though she knew I called repeatedly regarding the parking beforehand. Kindly take note the bldg does not give you a ticket upon entering so it is automatically assumed that is for free but in fact it is not. 1 hour is for free (this too, she neglected to mention) Otherwise validate it with them. This info would have been easily given to customers who were asking for parking information as it should be like any other places. Surely you could have added that to the list of things your receptionist needed to inform clients. I was very frustrated as I left your premises. It was not a nice experience in the end. I will not be coming back regardless how good your masseuse was.

My ‘office’ back loves this place! Don’t expect to get sports massage but deep tissue one will sort those muscles as well

One of the best massage in Dubai! The cilinic was so clean and the receptionists are very good and professionals. They will allow you to choose which treatment you want/need and they didn't fail to explain the differences of each treatment. The therapists named Annie and Tina were excellent! Me and my husband will surely be a regular customers. Thanks to Lyn and Kim for accommodating us so nicely. X

Anna is a lovely masseuse, very clean place following all covid protocols. Recommend you bring change for tips and exiting the car park as the payment machine doesn’t take cards or offer change.

I just had the best 90min of deep tissue massage and I was totally relieved. The spa has just lowkey atmosphere, nothing fancy but the massage and overall friendliness are top notch! I highly recommend Sarah. She takes time to really focus on certain areas such as back pain and the head massage are amaaazing! Will gonna come back for sure.

Loved the experience, got massage done by Anna. Strong hands, attention to detail-my body felt relieved afterwards! Staff I have met in the center are all nice and welcoming.

Incidentally the spa caters only to certain kinds of people in certain sections of Dubai. Pls do not call them if you value yourself.

This place is the definition of, don't judge a book by the cover, but those ladies definitely know how to give an amazing massage. I love this place and the massages are amazing not to mention affordable. Absolute must!

This place is wonderful! It's both male and female friendly, it's clean, the staff are super friendly, and the therapists that I've had, are amazing.

The place was not very high profile but the staff was very nice. I had a full body massage but they did not cover the full body in that. I also had pain in my back for days after getting the massage. When it comes to going there again, I would rather try some other place as I was not completely satisfied.
