They are very professional and their bikes are good

And I also loved the bike trail
They open at 6am (before the park opening hours), so i needed to tell the people at the park gate that i am going to Be Cyclist for them to let me in

Kenny is the most helping guy ever wallah Richard fixes my bike thank you becyclist the best shop ever in uae good team wish you nothing but the best funny guy kenny

It was a perfect experience with the shop especially kenny was super supportive and friendly with us help the visitors to come back and try the cycling again with full motivation

We rented our bikes there! Kudos to Dennis who's very kind and polite in assisting us. The bikes are nice and well-taken care of. Cozy ambiance Will definitely visit this place again this winter.

Best place you could ever visit! My sister didn’t know to ride bikes they (mr Kane) taught her within few days. I really recommend this place.

The bike worked well and was capable on the blue trail. The gears did get sticky occassionally with the tires losing traction uphill but nothing unexpected.

My initial experience was less than ideal, so Alex and his team invited me back to try their more rugged line of bikes which coped fairly well. I was happy to see that they were ready to rectify the initial issue.

Update: I rented a bike this Eid and I was informed that the previous bike was booked out even though I called in advance. Another smaller model was offered where the chain dislodged from the gears 2 minutes into the ride on smooth cycling tracks.

I walked the bike back and was given another one which worked fine on the trails but the brakes locked on descent and sharp bends causing it to skid.

This rental place is like a lucky draw. You might receive a working bike as likely as you are to win a lottery.

We had an awesome time. Best to phone and book bikes in advance - especially if you want to ride over a weekend. Very nice routes. We hired 3 bikes - 2 was perfect. 1 bikes gears was not nice. And it made a noise the entire time. They awesome smoothies.

I had an awesome time and i met the awesome staff that helped me around (Kenny and Richard).

Actually we use to rent mountains bikes from this shop since a couple of weeks ago, everything was fine, the ambiance and the staff who consider us as regular customer.
But last week we decided to bring more freinds to try the experience with us.
Unfortunately one of our biker got a small crash while he's biking due to front wheel get stuck on sand accumulated on the offroad track and he crashed, likely he's safe with small injuries. The front wheel rims get misaligned but still ok to use.
After getting back to the shop, the guys there were claiming the cost of the wheel rims with exorbitant price. (normally for that kind of activity it should be covered with insurance and claimed to customer specially there is no deliberate action from the customer who get injured also)
So after barging and a lot of conversations we share it half of the price with the shop.
And since we were a regular customer we use to have a small privilege of some extra time above one hour time rate, but the guy there insisted to make all of us paying for 2 hours cost even not fully utilised!
So we were obliged to pay with our freinds that we bring (more customers) 2 hours rate. And i decide to not go anymore to that place and do not rent any more from them for there luck of professionalism and kind of rudeness against regular customers.
Note: we asked for manager number and we got only whatapp number which not working even!
I feel sorry for the owner to loose so easily more potential customers with this behaviour of the staffs specially our big group of bikers were planning to join for the next coming trip!
Still many palces there are offering same service so hello to them.

I just found out this place while on my bike ride. It’s cozy & in a quiet place. And you can rent a bike here too. Amazing!
