I would call them (Fraudsters and liars).
I couldn't put less than 1 star. I don't recommend anyone to try their services.
My wife story started when they offer her the Liposuction procedure with 31500 AED including all the consultation free (specially the 1st consultation) and they offered her RF session (5 for free before the procedure and 10 after with the cost 150AED each) - during the visit, they didn't show any professionalism starting from the appointment (never on time - waiting time 45min-90min) and never take the measures before our insistence). My wife talked to the department head and the doctor and agreed they need to improve the service but again they show careless actions (another waiting time 90 min). My wife asked to withdraw the procedure and take our money - she didn't do anything - literally nothing). They refused at the start and their argument was the fees to the hospital were already paid against the booking.i checked with the hospital and they confirmed to me (recorded call) there is no payment under my name that was made). We confronted them and they agreed after 4 meetings with the customer service head and the department head and the finance head and finally with the owner herself.we all agreed to deduct the money against any service they provided to my wife.here is the surprise - they deducted 4000 AED considering the consultation fees of the doctor is 1500 aed each (3000 for two visits one of them is the measures although they were free) and they charged us 1000 aed for the RF session although it was 150AED.their answer was funny (go to DED). Attached is the what's up message from the department head (who is the sister of the owner BTW) to show their action when it comes to money (they are literally lying). When u talk to them or visit them (ask how much the consultation fees) and compare it to the attached price they deducted from me.
please be careful and always be ready for lies.

بدأت قصة زوجتي عندما اتفقت على إجراء عملية شفط الدهون بمبلغ 31500 درهم إماراتي، يتضمن في ذلك جميع الاستشارات الطبيه ان تكون مجانية (خاصة الاستشارة الأولى) بالاضافه لجلساتRF عددها 5 جلسات مجانية قبل الإجراء و10 بعد العمليه تكلفة الجلسه 150 درهمًا إماراتيًا).
في الزياره الأولى، لم يظهروا أي احترافية بدءًا من الموعد (لم يصلوا أبدًا في الوقت المحدد - وقت الانتظار 45 دقيقة - 90 دقيقة) ولم يتخذوا أبدًا الإجراءات الازمه. تحدثت زوجتي إلى رئيسه القسم والطبيبه واتفقت على أنهما بحاجة إلى تحسين الخدمة ولكنهم استمروا مرة أخرى بتصرفات مهملة (وقت انتظار آخر 90 دقيقة).
هنا طلبت زوجتي الغاء الإجراء وأسترجاع المبلغ كامل لانها لم تفعل شيئًا - لا شيء حرفيًا.
رفضوا في البداية وكانت حجتهم هي أن رسوم العمليه تم دفعها للمستشفى (مستشفى لندن). لقد تواصلت مع المستشفى وأكدوا لي (مكالمة مسجلة) أنه لا يوجد أي دفعات ماليه باسم زوجتي. وعندما واجهناهم بالحقيقه و بعد 4 اجتماعات مع رئيس خدمة العملاء ورئيسه القسم ورئيس الشؤون المالية وأخيراً مع المالكه نفسها. اتفقنا جميعًا على خصم الأموال الخاصه مقابل أي خدمة قدمونها لزوجتي.
وهنا المفاجأة - لقد خصموا مبلغ 4000 درهم على اعتبار أن رسوم استشارة الطبيب هي 1500 درهم - (3000 لزيارتين إحداهما الزياره الأولى المجانية). 1000 درهم ثمن لجلسة RF رغم أنها 150 درهماً.
عند الأعتراض كانت إجابتهم مضحكة (اذهب إلى دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية). مرفق رسالة الرد من رئيسه القسم (والتي هي أخت المالكه)
لاحظوا تصرفاتهم عندما يتعلق الأمر بالمال (إنهم يكذبون حرفيًا). عندما تتحدث معهم أو تزورهم (اسأل عن تكلفة الاستشارة) وقارنها بالسعر المرفق الذي خصموه مني.
يرجى توخي الحذر والاستعداد دائمًا للأكاذيب.

I went to Al barsha clinic on the 04/11/2021 for Botox and fillers and I must say they only lasted arround 1 and 1/2 month. I did not choose any offers and paid extra money to have extra quality. I contacted the clinic more then 3 times to complain about the situation after I came back from winter vacation on the 10/01/2022 and they always promise a call back and today is the 25/01/2022 and still nothing no response from them. Definitely not recommend it

Ils sont incapable de donner un rendez-vous et le comportement call centre et la réception sont incapable de fixer un rendez-vous sa a eu de vous appeler et c'est a nous d'être libre le temps qu'ils leurs correspondent
ma consultation a durée 2 minutes et je me suis choqué que le docteur aussi parle que du montant
l'important pour eux c'est de payer et venir ld temps qui veulent et le résultat ils sont fous

The staff was very polite and respectful. I liked the clinic. I am currently satisfied with the service. I went in for a laser treatment. So far, so good.

I got a beautiful smile here thanks to Dr. Ehab, he did a wonderful job, highly recommended specially with Dr. Ehab.

My first visit to Be You after many many recommendations from friends and colleagues. This clinic will not disappoint you at all! Starting from the guy in the call center who was super friendly and helpful. I did a full body laser with (Eileen) very professional and efficient when she advised me which machine matches my skin type and some do's and dont's i felt am in safe hands. By the way for the first time i did a laser with ZERO pain. I then met (Dr. Marwa) for fillers and botox consultation and it didn't take me seconds to decide i want her to enhance my looks, she is confident, talented and most important does whats best for my face and I LOVED THE RESULTS. Big thanks to (Alaa) for her assistance and the great offers she got me, am super satisfied. Not to forget the reception nice and friendly ladies, all of them.

الدكتورة يلي عملت البوتوكس لوالدتي خربت وجها و لمًا طلبنا التعديل خربتو اكتر. مستحيل تروحو مرة تشوفو الدكتورة و تفوتو عالموعد لازم تستنو اقل شي نص ساعة ل ساعة و هنن فخورين ب هالشي. ما حدا بيهتم للشكوى. بس همهم ياخدو فلوس و بعدين ولا بيعنيهم الزبون او رضاه. خدمة سيئة. عم عدل اسناني و حطيت قشور مفروض بعد اسبوعين شيلهم و حط الدائم كملت ١٧ يوم و ما حدا تواصل معي ليعطيني موعد و رحت المركز و كلمتهم و برضو ما عطوني موعد و القشور وقعت وًما حدا همو. مركز كل يلي بيهمو ياخد فلوس و بعدين انت ولا تهمهم.

Personally love this place and their services but I must honestly say they are humiliating their front staff by not hiring enough. There's always so much pressure at the front and everyone keeps yelling at the reception when I clearly see that front desk is doing everything correctly. There should never be less than 2 receptionists on rotation. Poor front desk but otherwise all amazing.

I've done Laser treatment here and it was absolutely phenomenal from a pricing stand point to the professionalism in dealing with a different type of patients and their different requests - specially the front desk receptionist (Umaima) she's remarkable at her work

أسوء عياده اسنان لا مصداقيه لا في نوعية الفينير ولا التركيب ولا المواعيد ولا اسلوب الدكاتره من اول شهرين التهابات في اللثه وروائح كريه وتغير لون الاسنان وتكسر الماده يوم تتصل تلهذ موعد يذلونك فيه واهم شي عندهم المبلغ من يندفع تركض انت وراهم بالعلاج والمواعيد ودكاترهم عديمي الخبره اتألم والتهابات فيني وهو مايعرف شو فيني ويتم ينظف وينحت الاسنان وهذا وانا شهرين مكمله من يوليو ٢٠٢١ والضمان على شو اذا ماكملت السنه والمدام ماتحصلينها اذا تبين تشتكين كله مشغوله واهم شي ضمان وصول الفلوس عقب تحصل مذله منهم لا لها اول ولاتالي

Can anyone give reviews about working at Be You clinic? As a clinic manager or patient consultant

I will speak about my experience as a doctor, not as a patient. I really experienced one of the most bizzare and unprofessional interviews in my career at Be You clinics. Unfortunately, because of the word limit I am unable to explain what happened, but frankly speaking these people lack professionalism and honesty.

Pay attention! This place is crazy it feels like in a souk too much noise no professionalism really do not play with your health do not go anywhere! It is better to pay more and be satisfied with the quality do not forget that the quality is better than the quantity!

Pathetic experience
I would call a fish market rather than a clinic.
They just book u and give u an appointment and will let u wait even u have booked an appointment. The nurse which was doing my laser was very ruid and i was continuously telling about the unbareable pain but she just wanted to finish and i am having burn scars today. I commented on instagram but they remove my comment. Dont over book

Very disappointed with my lip filler. I did fillers 3 times before in other clinics and this was the only time that I’m not satisfied with the results at all. The doctor was sort of randomly injecting the fillers which resulted into one side side of my lip fuller than the other. I would definitely not recommend this place.

I have a very poor experience in this clinic they are playing for a time they are promise for so many things from two weeks i had been there and it was have inspection from dubai health authority they are scared from them, im saw them try to hide some staff there I don’t what they are do All staff they say there is some fine and will close this facility soon
Im try to get appointment from a call center for my smile they say sorry we don’t have appointments at this time and when im went there they ask me to rate 5 stars on goggle to give me some free service

Please do not visit the clinic. Today is 13 of august 2020 a dr with big beard he is rude, he was looking at me and saying not my job with other dr, alot of things i so there in just 35 minutes, who advertise for this place he is not fair person

Its the worst clinic ever, the guy answered my call and he said yes come will make for you a discount once i visited there was so rude, he was saying that the only option we have we don’t do discount and he was way was soooo ruude and gave me appointment after 40 days

Plus there was also one guy fighting because he came form abu dhabi and they said the dr is sick and they canceled his appointment

THEY DONT HAVE ANY SKILLS AND NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL

Please dont visit the clinin not to waste you time

Avoid if you can. I ignored the reviews here but I get it now.
Administration is a mess and I went with no pain, now I have a toothache for a week with infection. Good luck taking a follow up appointment.
Also went there for an appointment at 9 and waited 45 mins with no updates on when I will see the doctor.

The clinic timings are incorrect and the clinic is currently closed by the Dubai Health Authority

The worst experience I am having for the Hollywood Smile, first they keep changing the appointment dates without even letting me know, it's been 1 month now, finally when they called me few days ago which was "Supposedly" the final day, they messed up by taking the wrong 'Dental Impression' and I had to do it again the 4th time and i have been having really bad toothache since the first Dental Impression.

No matter how many times you call them and ask them to make the doctor or the manager call back, they don't, they never do, I have called for than 20 times and had to explain my problems over and over and over again, i am so tired with this clinic.

I am sharing my experience so anyone who is planning to do the Hollywood smile from here, save your money, pain, time, headache and find some other clinic.

I would give it zero stars if I can. In September I went to the Barsha clinic and paid 9000 AED for a teeth package.literally two days after the first visit, they call me saying that closed the Barsha branch and I have to go to Al Rashidiya for my appointment. I have indicated that going to Al Rashidiya is not an option for me and requested a refund. They told me they cant offer a refund and wont do anything for me. They stole my money, changed their location 2 days after my visit without even telling me in advance, and keep lying whenever i call them on the phone. The worst service i have encountered in UAE.

The experience here has always been bumpy thanks to the management team. Customer service is extremely poor with aggressive and pushy management. They are unable to be clear with their teams and their customers in what service is being provided at what rate, frankly making it feel like a rip-off and unprofessional. While the aestheticians are great, their equipment underwent ‘technical issues’ thrice in the 6 sessions I’ve had here. I would recommend better places like Riva in Dubai for your laser needs.

The worst worst clinic you may ever visit. I did body laser and nothing happened except having pain and itching. Don’t go there believe me and all the 5 star reviews are FFAAKKEE because they ask you to rate it 5 starts

I could not speak more highly of this clinic, they treat my Injury with proper sense of urgency and compassion it warranted, they were so sensitive to my needs and accommodated my requests happily; and i really felt important and cared, thank you so much.

Very unorganized and unprofessional. Every time you book an appointment you should wait at least 40 to 60 minutes. The quality of the service is quite poor. Lot of hassles you may face until get what you really want.

Most of the 5 star reviews are from their own staff and the other half are people told to give 5 stars to get a discount, dont be fooled.they made me pay for a procedure then told me the machine for this procedure did not arrive yet, when i came back the next day i was told that this procedure can not be done for me, i asked for a refund for the 1k that i have payed by cash and told me that's not possible or it would take too long to get a refund its been 2 weeks and i did not get my money back and was forced to do something else with the money.staff is the worst even the manager is a big lair i tried their laser twice, it never worked on me even though its the same machine that i use in other medical centers, the doctors are fake and have 0 knowledge they all run behind the money and they always make u pay before getting your procedure done.my advice is to never go there even if their advertisements are tempting, they're the worse, its like your throwing your money in the streets

Had an appointment at 12 pm this afternoon; and was waiting till 12.30; then they informed me that the doctor hasn't arrived to the clinic yet and they don't know when she will come! Despite the fact when I called for the appointment I had clear confirmation that no delays would happen.it is disrespectful manner!
