تعامل العيادة صاير جداً سئ في المواعيد و كان اتفاقي معاهم على مبلغ معين في جلسات الليزر و تم سحب مني ضعف المبلغ مرتين هذا الشي صاير الحين وين إدارة العيادة اللي مخلين العيادة فاضية بدون أحد يشرف على اللي يشتغلون اليوم.

The call center is rude, the receptionist took extra money till now they didn’t refund it, its the worst clinic, they took extra money for something i didn’t do it, idont recommend any one to visit this clinic

اسوء عياده و اسوء تعامل صراحه ، ندمت على اليوم اللي رحت عندهم والله لو هالمره يتصلون يقولون بنسوي لك شي ببلاش ما بروح ،

لقد سررت بعيادة بيو كلينك من حيث الخدمات وخاصة خدمات الليزر وتعامل الاطباء والممرضات ويعتبر جهاز الليزر لديهم من افضل انواع الاجهزة التي تستخدم عالميًا.

تعاملهم جيد جداً ، واكيد سوف اتعامل معهم اكثر واكثر ، اسعارهم ممتازه على شغلهم المرتب ، لكن خالص الشكر ️

ما انصح حد يروح العياده ابدا الي بايع نفسه يروح يسوي اي شي عندهم خربو ويهي والله حرام الحبوب الي اطلع لي حتا فلتر الاسناب ما يشلها ويهي وايد اخترب من بديت وياهم علاجي حق الويه لو رايح مستشفى حكومي عند دكتور جلديه و ببلاش احسن لي عن تجربه شخصيه

من أسوأ التجارب لي مريت فيها بحياتي ،زرت العيادة بفرعيها بالراشدية والبرشا، لي محتاج يخسر مصاريه ويطلع بابخس النتائج يروح ها العيادات، لا خدمة ولا تعامل، والانتظار لمدة طويلة،والعلاجات من الأسوأ على الاطلاق،وما في تنسيق ما بين الكوادر،لا تغركم المظاهر الكذابة لي يخطوها على وساءل التواصل، وإذا اشتكيت وطلبت يرجعو لك المبلغ هذا من سابع المستحيلات،وزيدكم من البيت شعر،دكتورة أسنان تسوي فيلر وبوتكس، ودكتورة عامة تسوي خيوط وعلاجات تجميلية،اتمنى من وزارة الصحة تلقي نظرة ،لانو الوضع مزري جدا،يتم جذب المريض عن طريق وضع صور مفبركة والضحية هو المراجع طبعا،طلعت اكتب واعلم الجميع بعد ما كل زياراتي باءت بالفشل وطلعت من عندهم بضغطي مرتفع. اتمنى ترقو بمستوى الخدمات لما تنشروه في مواقع التواصل

زرت المركز عشان اعمل هيدرافيشل وديرمابلان وابرة النضاره وهدول ما بيصير يتعملو بنفس الجلسه عشان الوجه ما يستحمل وانا دفعت بس عاساس ارجع على مرتين وهمه عملو كل شي بحلسه وحده ووجهي تحسس وصار فيه احمار وانتفاخ مع حكه مش طبيعيه، رجعت للمركز بعد ثلاث ايام وكانو لا مباليين ودخلوني بعد انتظار على دكتور جلديه عندهم وهو نفسو حكالي انو غلط الي عملوه كل شي بجلسه وحده وطلبت ارجع فلوسي وهمه رفضو.
هلا براجع دكتور جلديه عشان اعالج بشرتي الي دمروها
كل همهم بس ياخذون فلوس اكثر من صحه الزبائن وهاد وجه مش مكان تقدر تغطيه

Terrible experience.absolutely traumatized by the idea of doing anything cosmetic ever again, no matter how minor. I was always happy and chirpy to visit my dentist, be you clinics have single handedly ruined that for the rest of my life.

Terrible, terrible experience with veneers.the staff are rude, uninterested in helping paying customers, argumentative (I’m shocked at how common this is in this company, I’ve been living in the UAE for 25 years and never encountered such behavior in a “professional setting”) and quite frankly lack a uniform structure.

It’s been a year and my veneers are just sadly done, the after care is abysmal and I can’t get a call back from a dentist let alone a customer care representative to help me reschedule/book an appointment for the pain that I’m in.such a dehumanizing way to treat clients - I am literally an example of a company that hires below par staff and is solely interested in making money rather than providing a service to clients.

My veneers are: crooked and overlap and not centered when I smile. I was also left with shaved teeth for the better half of 2/3 weeks, waiting for them to get the shape right which of course was the complete opposite of the images which I shared during an in depth discussion with my dentist at the time.
