We had called the store regarding an enquiry for helium filled balloons yesterday. The lady who picked up the phone was extremely rude and sarcastic. I don’t think we said anything to offend her but her attitude was appalling. I can’t believe that a receptionist or staff who answers client calls, speaks in this way to any client.
I would never step into the store for anything.
