Beauty Avenue Salon&Spa Dubai Silicon Oasis

I’ve been going to beauty avenue for years and specifically Anna’s customer for 10years now! Never ever heard her screaming nor using bad words! She is extremely sweet and nice and very professional at her work! Its a shame when someone tries to provoke and humiliate the other in public in such way written below! No one ever has the right to describe and write bad explanation about her body, her tattoos or her facials just because she didn't like the price that she has to pay against the service she got! This is unethical!

I have been going to this salon for a while now and have to say the staff are very professional and caring.
Thank you for all you lovely work especially Ripa you are great

I love this salon! The people are always friendly & Ripa is such a talented hairstylist! Magic scissors! The prices are also fair & reasonable.

I have been using this Salon for the last 9 years, and they have a consistency in their quality. Anna is my go to hairdresser for anything related to my hair, hair coloring, bleaching, hair cut…. Etc.
All the ladies are friendly and professional and the products used are good quality.

It is my favourite salon, it feels like home. Anna is amazing she is a professional and an expert. The service is perfect, the products are very highh end.

Great place, friendly staff. Excellent stylists, particularly Ana. Good for nails and stuff too. Has customer parking if driving in.

Have been coming to this salon for years already and absolutely love it! Very nice atmosphere and the lady at the reception always make sure to book me in for the next appointment when i need it!
I am always doing my hair with their hairstylist Ana, she is the best at her job and makes my hair exactly how i wanted it every time!

Staff are so rude and very unfriendly. Despite of your unreasonable price, you should act decent since we customer are not coming in your salon for free. Even your receptionist are not even smiling. To the owner of this salon, change all your staff!

Since I moved to Silicon Oasis I visit the salon for all services, Anna is gr8 in hair color and styling, all the girls are amazing in all services, prices are reasonable also.

The receptionists are not welcoming. If you complaint about any employee due to a serious incident they won't even report it or call you back.

I don't even think they have a supervisor.

There is no proper uniform or descent clothes for their employees, salon is average or even less.

I think the management should consider renovating the place and understanding that salons should be for relaxing and disconnecting. It looks like an old salon in any suburb in different country but definitely not in Dubai.

I feel shy to recommend it to different ladies, because it is not up to anyone's expectations.

I just go there for Lisa and because they're same tower as my office, nothing more.

*Reply to the owner after your comment* (since i couldn’t reply, i posted my reply here) : I am not mistaken i go to your salon at least twice or three times per month, i used to go more frequent but later i stopped bcz everytime there is a new issue. (And yes this week i didnt visit your salon but i always do)

I wrote the review as a message for you to give you an overview about your business nothing more - because many times i asked for you to inform you about things that go on in your salon but your employees don’t report it. We can all delete our comments and give 5* star rating but what’s the purpose?

I have been going to this place for more than 10 years now. Service has downgraded a lot, however I always go to Moon there, she is detailed and smart. If she is not there, I cancel the booking.

2 time i was there and my manicure held on 6-7 days this was gelish

The beautician Lisa has a very bad attitude and temper. Her quality of service sucks and not open to receive feedback either!
Definitely not recommend!

I requested for a soothing facial which costs around 175 aed + tax. It was a waste of money all the technician did was steam it, put a mask, massage and that's it. No cleaning of pores, no scrub. This was one of the worst facials I've ever had.

Love going to Anna, been my hairdresser for a year now. She keeps my hair fresh with every cut. She advises on different cuts and what fits me and what doesn't, she tells it to you like it is

Worst experience ever, they don’t know how to make manicure and bleeding during do manicure which increase risk of infection and the manicure was soooooo bad Staff attitude so bad they don’t care don’t go there

Worst Saloon Ever! Ladies If you are planning to visit this saloon, My advise is never Go there. They cannot even Do a proper haircut, Bad attitudes, Snatching money, Fooling clients. There is a new saloon Bianco Spa in cedre villas around spinneys. I recommend everyone to Go there.my personal experience with beauty avenue has been worst.their hair dressers Donot know how to style hair, Went for highlights, She did lowlights & took the amount which they dont deserve at all. Underserving Saloon run by unprofessionals.

Their attitude is very unprofessional. Make sure you go very dressed up and don't go just for one small service like threading, otherwise they won't admit you, telling that all of their staff is busy at the moment and to come back later. I've experienced it whenever I went to this place dressed casually, not wearing any make up. Once when I went there all dressed up, wearing makeup, they were behaving normally and all smiles.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 Star. My wife went there few times and was always bad. Worst attitude towards the customers. They will never treat you good until unless you are dressed up or if you are there to do 3-4 services. NEVER GO THERE!

Friendly team, clean place, they need to work on the nails stuff, some of them is very bad and they don't know how to do it at all. Leesa is the best employee you have for nails, she is very cute and friendly!

It's not even worth a star
I had a pedicure and the girl didn't even scrub my feet. I didn't notice until I was on my way out, I could actually see the dead skin my feet wasn't clean even, so I asked the receptionist to call the girl and when she came she was soooooo confused they didn't know what to do or what to say so they ended up telling me YES WE KEEP THE FEET HALF CLEAN UNLESS U WANNA PAY MORE SO WE FINISH CLEANING

No one informed me I have to pay more I asked what's the price and I payed it!

I did threading, pedicure and blow dry. Threading and pedicure were really good, but the lady there burned my hair, worst experience ever. When i called they did nothing about my concern!

I’ve been to Beauty avenue a couple of times for manicure and pedicure and im very satisfied with it. The girls are careful and its a very nice atmosphere as well. Overall a great experience and will visit again

Good place for eyebrow threading but not happy with the mani pedi.the girl who did my mani pedi was hurting me so badly. I kept telling her but she didn’t seem to care. One of my fingers started to bleed and the other still hurts.she kept justifying why she cut my cuticles so deep despite seeing it bleed. Did the service around 5pm, now it’s almost 11pm and my hands & legs r still hurting

Disappointed! The one I have had haircut was extremely showing off the bad attitude. When she got done with the haircut she immediately went somewhere may be to get refreshed! She did not made my hair dry completely also the hair cut was not at all good wasted time. I need to wait up for least 3 months to get a better hair style.

Best salon to go only for waxing, meni and pedi. The haircuts & hairstyling, I was never satisfied with their work.

I went for a facial and opted a whitening one. I reached the salon at 5.00, they started my facial at 5.15. I should say this one was the worst facial I ever had, they did noting other than steaming for more than 30 minutes, and just two or three times putting cream on the face without a proper scrubbing or things. I would never recommend this saloon for facial.tho it charged 399 including bleaching and tax, I would have opted for a 5 star services which would give me a best service. And after all they finished my facial around 7.15 just making me wt for noting not even a proper face mask

Good for waxing, eyebrows and upperlips threading not a good place for hair related services be it haircut or blow dry. They don't treat the customers well and after shampoo u have to keep waiting for so long for the next step to be done although almost each staff lady there could be seen free roaming around, talking to each other but no attention to customers waiting. Have tried getting haircuts twice both times the services were unsatisfactory. There are better salons and parlour around try somewhere else. These people seem too busy to be interested in good customer service.

I had an appointment here to do my hair and makeup for graduation. I showed the lady a picture of exactly how i wanted my hair (simple hair curling with curling wand) I ended up with my hair looking exactly how it did when i entered the salon. Also when i asked her to re curl a section of my hair she denied it and said it was good when clearly it hasn't been touched. For my makeup, the actual "makeup artist" couldn't even stick my false lashes. She had to get another lady to do so. Even after that, the lady sticked the false lashes to my actual lashes (it's supposed to be glued to the skin right above the lash line) which made most of my real lashes fall out when i took my false lashes off. Moving on to the face makeup, she used a very light foundation shade. Also it was very very patchy. I showed her a picture of a very simple eye look and she couldn't even do the outcome. Very very very disappointed. Never ever coming back again. Even 1 star is too much for this salon.
