Fab experience with Josephine - she was a dream! She got my colour perfectly for balayage and understood my hair cutting needs too. Shame the manager argued with her over drying my hair so I could see the colour but otherwise she is the one to ask for!...

The only time I've been to a salon and not been disappointed. My mother and I both got our hair done by Hanan who was very lovely and did exactly what we wanted, I recommend her to anyone who is thinking of going.
