Juan Salon is a true professional and master of hir craft.he is an educator for Dream Catchers and only provides the highest quality of hair for his clients. I have had one too many hair nightmares and Juan was my saving grace.he is extremely skilled at color as well.there isn’t a thing he can’t do! I’ve never had such an amazing experience and truly believe he is the best extension specialist in Dubai!

I got my hair treatment and eyebrow threading done in the salon.the staffs are very friendly and welcoming and Sheeba did a great job. Highly recommend.this is my third time visiting them and I will continue visiting them in the future as well.

I highly recommend visiting this salon. Both my mom and I got a Brazilian blowout and the results are incredible! I’ve tried many salons but this one by far had the best result. If anybody is looking for the best quality of hair extensions and truly amazing service then Beauty Talkz Salon is the place to go! I had wanted extensions for a long time but was very confused on which one to choose. The staff all helped me so much in picking and choosing and were so patient, helping me try on the extensions and really giving me good tips on what would work best for my hair. I bought the pony tail clip on extension and could not be happier! The quality is just amazing and the hair is so thick and natural, its definitely the best from all places I've been researching and seeing in Dubai! I went in to the salon feeling excited, but walked out feeling horrible.so sorry to say, the hospitality and the kindness isn’t really appreciated. The ladies in the saloon, didn’t have the energy and was having no proper respect towards their customers.

They are just money minded.they took the money before they do my service. Since its urgent i had to give.very bad experience. I will never recommend this parlour to anyone. They way the staff behave is really bad.

I had a terrible experience at this salon! A lady called Veena did my eyebrows and she did a huge mistake, she completely ruined them. When I asked for my compensation, she treated me rudely and ignored me. She didn’t even apologize even though it was very clear that what she did was horrible. I don’t think she has the training needed. She needs to be trained not only on eyebrows but also on how to deal with customers. She also has attitude problems! Never going again! Worst salon ever:)

They gave me a very nice service with facial and message in the qusais branch. Would definitely recommend to try their facials and the pedicure as well.

The day balayage was done it looked very well along with blow dry. During that time I didn’t notice underneath hair. After I washed my hair and saw the underneath hair it looks so weird and worst balayage ever done and seen. Very much disappointing and when called up the saloon the owner says it’s perfectly fine. Don’t fall in this trap. It’s just waste of money. Pics attached for reference. Underneath it’s all patchy work. Not at all like balayage. They only posted my first picture on their Facebook website.

Did my hair botox at this place. Had the worst experience in my whole life. My hair starts to fall like crazy and after few weeks realized that they burned hell lots of hair and I realized only after it started to grow back (thankfully it grew but its a LOT) - I know it is unbelievable. Please don't go to this place if u really care for ur hair.

Although a small place the service rendered is too good. I got my hair cut done and it was perfect. One of the staff Ms. Reshmi was quite friendly and her facial was excellent. The background music was truly entertaining during those long hours. It totally gave a new look to me. At the end of the day I was very happy.

I had gone to this saloon today afternoon for a package, which included full hand wax, eyebrow upperlip, manicure and pedicure.
The wax they use is not a good quality wax. My hands started to itch from an hour after the wax and now there are boils on my hands. It look quite bad. I really want to address this, as this is not something to be used on people's skin. I have shown in the picture as to how bad it looks now.
Also the nail polish used in the saloon was really bad quality. My nail polish started to come off by the evening. Keeping in mind that I got the manicure done today afternoon.

This morning I visited the salon and did a couple of services. So I felt happy. I want to checkout all the other services as well. Happy with the services I did today.

This was the first time I had visited beauty talks and my experience was really amazing the staff Rashmi was really friendly and very professional and also I was really happy with the results

It was an extremely bad experience. The whatsapp coordinator said something and the people there said something. When the Pilipino staff was there it was better but now they have become disgusting.
No hygiene nothing. The person there has no experience in waxing at all.she kept telling me to have spend a little more and chose a better wax instead of local wax. I am in Dubai past 25 years now and have never experienced any problem with normal wax. She used a piece of cotton on my face after facial to wipe my face nearly 20 times. She didnt even bother changing the water and the cotton.
Disgusting it was! Wanted to run away from there. But had paid them in advance so was lying there unwantedly to finish it up.
If you value your skin and care for it kindly never go there.

I opted to choose the services from Beauty Talks as they have good value offers and very close to my home. I took an early an appointment a week ahead only to see the Salon closed (due to some emergency work) at my schedule time. I was very upset, but the Team went an extra mile and did the services for me at the comfort of my home. The staff was friendly, and did a good job within the limitations of a home. This is the worst salon ever in my entire life! Dont ever go here. Like I been here to have a haircut and this lady just dont want to assist us. We still proceed with the haircur the funny part is in the middle of my hair cutting she put down the scissor and ask us to pay! Like what? ! She havent finish anything like I was going to run and ask us the money already and also to pay the service for my nephew who was not yet even begin! So I leave the salon half haircut and half not! Seriously! DO Not GO HEre AT ALL

I was looking to get keratin done and I chose Beautytalkz as it was close by. Not a bad choice needless to say. I have thick curly and stubborn hair. I reached at 9: 45am and was done by 2pm.very personable and accommodating staff. Reshmi and Beena did a great job. I was very happy with the results after the wash. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for an affordable place which delivers good results.

Highly recommended. The best ever service you can get in Dubai. Especially the pedicure by Beena and Waxing and threading by Rasmi was really good and best thing I can get in Dubai.

This people want to make money. They gave me a wrong advice for my hair colour. I told preet clearly about the hair colour but still she gave a wrong base colour to my hair. Nothing matched to my standards.

Got blonde highlights done from the Qusais branch. Got the exact colour I wanted. Preet kept checking the colour for tone and kept asking if the colour was exact. Happy with my experience.

Its the worst salon ever the lady even dont know how to threads eye brows well she is very bad. I dont recomend others to visit them

3 stars for the work done. Staff was not at all professional excpt for staff gurpreet. Place was not hygienic.i went for my highlights gurpreet has done a good job i was contend with her work.however other staff were quite lazy.they dont value for customers.

I had visited this salon for blow dry straight hair. The results barely lasted for few hours, when I get it done from elsewhere it lasts for Atleast 3 days. Plus the ends weren’t straightened well. I wouldn’t recommend this salon for this particular hair service.

Did facial there recently. Not good. In the first place, Place s not neat. Staff doesn't have clue wat facial v ask. Did not even put mask at d end. Jus scrubbed and said facial finished. After I asked no mask was put. Then staff put a mask for me. Dis a high cost facial but not worth it. I Don't recommend this place. Not Professional.

This Al Qusais branch of the beauty talks salons has very poor hygiene and highly untrained staff.
I got bruises on my arms (which took about a month to go) while getting waxed as the lady didn't seem to have any experience with waxing at all. She kept pulling the strips from any and everywhere.
I clearly asked the lady to lighten the bleach paste as I had never been given that dense a mixture while bleaching my face but she didn't obey and I suffered from burnt facial skin and rashes which last for weeks and my face turned flaky later on. She even put bleach on my under eye area (which is an absolute no no!). I had to remind her to apply vaseline on my face before bleaching.
I suspect they use very low quality or even expired beauty products.
The authorities should clearly revoke their license. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I had to coz my review wouldn't get posted without it.

My experience with beautytalkz quasais branch was horrible with regards to hair rebonding which wore off in a months time. They have a very unprofessional and lethargic team. Don't have proper manners to attend a client or answer their queries.
The owner Divya being a lovely person I went there. Wouldn't go again after the poor service and unprofessionalism.

I have been a regular customer for Beauty talkz. It’s been 5 years now. Arleen the new philipino staff is really good with her work.she was very careful and professional while doing the bikini waxing and also her pedicure was good as well! Sita was very helpful while I smudge the nail polish on my hand. Sita and iqra offered help! So kiddos to this team. Not even worth one star! Advertising is attractive n u enter the parlour to see a bunch of unprofessional people who are least bothered about clients. One thing to make very clear is for a "Short Haircut" - this parlour is a "BIG NO NO"

The worst beautiparlour I have ever seen in my life.very poor service and staffs are not at all customer friendly. I won't suggest anyone to go there. Atleast for threading they are not perfect. As a customer I didn't get satisfaction at all.
