It was truly unforgettable experience! There is nothing on the menu that we can order and not enjoy it .

Make sure to have the chat , pani puri the authentic way.its one of the best i had in Dubai to date, especially the option of unlimited pani puri during weekdays in the evenings.also loved the lip-smacking dahi puri .

A must dine out place for authentic Hyderabadi food had different dishes on many occasions be it chicken biryani ,mutton biryani or talawa gosh with hyderabadi dal and rice.

The staff is well mannered and.special thanks to the Manager who was very helpful and attentive , made sure we felt comfortable while we dine .

Photo lovers who like to take quick picks while they wait for the amazing food they also have a beautiful PHOTOBOOTH (pictures attached)

Will surely revisit on the next available opportunity to enjoy the food.

One of the best affordable biriyani restaurants around Deira area. Food was tasty, nicely presented and staff too was friendly.

Ordered a malai tikka kabbab. The chicken was undercooked and tasted old and chewy. Asked them to cook it some more which they did.however it did not help. Ended up leaving half the dish untouched. Fortunately family members who ate it did not fall sick the next day. Will never go back again. ‍️

Awesome food and great service. A lot of chat options are there but Not many in main course but whatever is available tastes really good, Mutton biryani, chilly chicken and the desert sweet are favorite. Keep your good service

Good place for tea and biryani. They have tea thali in special I like the concept of this but thing is biryani and tea are average compare to other biryani in Dubai still eatable I really like there service staff was so nice and polite.hope in time they stick with there service and improve taste of biryani

I must say the quality and quantity they serve.especially their sweet particularly malai ghevar.so delicious. And their 1 portion of biriyani can have by two.

The decor was cute and the food actually does justice to the name of the restaurant.we met Mr. Anthony there, such a sweet soul helped us with the location before getting there also the service was 10/10!

We ordered Iftar thali, mutton halim and noodles. Apart from halim and noodles the food served was all cold. The food taste is average. The place is very small for dine in and can be congested for families. The place could be more cleaner, as it was dirty where we were seated. The service was good.

Just had their non-veg chaat thali. Plating was good. The paani accompanying the puri was good. Right blends of spicy+mint and sour+sweet. The sev puri was also fine. The samosas were truly delectable - all six small bite sized. The kaathi roll and pizza were okay, not the tastiest. The Vada Paav was not good. The Vada batter was too thick and chewy. The bread had been frozen and then re-heated making it also chewy. Chef Sunil did apologise and said he would improve it. Good service by Afsal. The carrot halwa is good too. Have not tried their tandoori/grill items. Small set up, but very nicely done authentic decor. Pricing is reasonable. Finding parking near the restaurant is a difficult experience. Overall, it's okay.

The name of the restaurant Behtreen Zaiqa is not just only the Name Wallah amazing taste. I just had breakfast it was very Delicious the Dish name called Choly Batory also I feel Good seevice nice to meet with Mr. Anthony.

I always enjoy eating here, Very hygiene with brilliant taste. The way they set up there Restaurant is so amazing. And the team is so polite. Specially Anthony is very humble person. He make sure that we leave with good taste.

Way out of behtahreen.worse experience.food quality and service is also worse.

After 50 minutes of order staff realize that the mutton biryani is over

Worse worse worse place, ever been in my life.

Extremely bad service. Waited 45 mins for food and arrives cold and stale! Ordered biryani based on review … but after 45 mins of taking order were told that biryani was over!
Never had such an experience where we had to walk out!

The ambience is quite good with an overall good decoration and quite an eye catching telephone booth for photo lovers. And such nice peoples. With such delicacy in food and service is super quick and responsive. Would love to come again n again.don't have much suggestions to give as they are still growing so in coming times their food is going to go well too. Hope to see that soon.

I am a hard core foodie and living in UAE for last 14 years, have tried Indian cuisine in almost all hotels and restaurants from small to 5 start.
The biryani of behtareen zaika is the best, the blend of spices and aroma of authentic Hyderabadi biryani takes me back to charminar.
One more recommendation is to try the tandoori chucked it's finger liking good.

Exotic Biryani! Worth visiting.
Inshallah will try more cuisines in future.

It was an unplanned visit, I saw their street food display was attractive enough to make me stop the car and step down to try. We saw amazing variations so we decided to go inside

Honestly we were surprised the restaurant inside is very beautiful and cosy. The service is honestly exceptional compared to the location and the prices was great, best was the quality and how they serve the dishes it was like going to a restaurant in a mall.

Amazing quality food with a class service by antony.the best in diera u could have to eat. Recomend u guyz can order online too.

Probably the best Hyderabadi briyani in town. The haleem here is fantabulous. The chicken 65 briyani is a must try for all the briyani lovers out there. The quantity is too good and for the pricing it's a clear winner in every aspect. A neat and clean, no frills kind of ambiance. The staff are just amazing. Behtareen show guys keep up the good work

Behtareen Zaiqa - The name itself says all- one of the best paya I had in UAE - I must say I’m a frequent visitor now with NO complaints of anything - the taste, service etc all 5* and the way the owner and the staff intersects with you that’s the main reason as well for visiting the hotel - over all I must say every food lover should visit for the experience and i can assure that you ll definitely visit again and again and lastly very good quantity and reasonable price.

A hidden gem by definition. Was the case in the past but now it's gained a lot of popularity because but obvious for its yummy Hyderabadi cuisine. Any Hyderabadi biryani lover would be easily left satisfied with the portions faring equally well with the taste that their biryani provides. We usually go for the chicken biryani and it tends to run out quick. One must try their Chicken 65 as well which is a typical Hyderabadi side/starter or you could even have a biryani version of the same. They have daily specials and I will definitely recommend the Bagara chicken rice they serve for Sundays as this dish is just absolutely finger licking yum. Overall I'm quite impressed and strongly feel they need to expand now given the popularity rise.

Bahtrren Zaiqa one of the best restaurant in the taste of food in the town, had food in the restaurant felt like having good food in affordable price, well behaved staff and interior of the restaurant is also good.
