Belad Al Sham Restaurant

Very poor service while placing takeaway order. I place for 2 Arayes and 1 full chicken charcoal.
They only given the main dish but not given the Hamoos, salad, ect.
While order I asked, they told me everything will come together.
Once I reached home, we didn't found the hammos, salad, ect.
I called and he told me we forgot.
I asked this not my mistake, you should give at the same time.
Pl note that we need to check while received any food from restaurants.
We didn't enjoy food, because not Hamoos, salad ect.
Hope you will take care all the customer.

High quality food, cooked to perfection and splendid taste always. They maintain their consistency, friendly staff.
Their Shawarmas and grills are top notch.

This Syrian place serves such delicious juicy meat shawarma which is a must try (a very different filling compared to the regular Lebanese). Due to a short visit could not try more but word of mouth on the street is, this place is really good.

Customer Service and food especially the Counter Cash person has a lot of ego and humiliated customer if you buy a shawarma takeaway and want to eat inside he will throw u outside and humiliate customer

Best thing about belad al sham is the food have unique and fresh taste unlike others the meats salads juices have fresher in taste.

Great Food and now with the new expansion Great Ambience. One thing be rest assured no matter what time you go you are assured of freshness in the food they serve I have been visiting this place for years and they never disappoint.

Had chicken shawarma with my friend. The cost for two chicken shawarma with a black coffee for AED18 is way too much. The shawarma was good but not excellent. There was only pickled cucumber along with the shawarma.

The best shawarma in Dubai!

This is our favourite go-to shawarma place in Dubai. Perfectly toasted, the chicken is so savoury and the garlic sauce just brings it all together and the fries are the perfect addition to this delicious wrap. Very quickly made and comes to you warm - you can order from your car. I only wished it delivered in the Barsha/Jumeirah area.

Try Mexican shawarma, it's really good.

Sometimes the shawarma is dry because they wrap and keep it for a while.

Expect a waiting time of 10 to 15 minutes during rush hours. The restaurant is not big, there are enough paid parking spaces nearby

If you are politely waiting in the line or you don't speak Arabic then don't waste your time, you will be waiting to be seated forever. Go next door, Syrian place, fantastic people with welcoming smile and hospitality!

Lovely and fresh food.the taste of every dish is unique. Specially love the Falafel and Grille Chicken.

Quantity was very very limited and the taste has changed too. It's no more like old belad al sham. Not recommended.

Just outside the metro station on the main road, it is a charming restaurant with typical middle eastern and Turkish cuisines. The service is very prompt, the staff are attentive and the food quality and quantity is very good. Very decently priced.

Shawarma is very nice and crispy. Grilled chicken is also good. Crowded in weekend evening. Little costly, but worth it.

The salad was so fresh lettuce.homus wàs excellent and the kaab can be improved. Not bad the service was excellent. Must visit with family.

We were planning to have shawarma so thought of trying this restaurant.
Spacious, comfortable restaurant.
Services was bit slow (May be because of the delivery they were handling).

Ordered for Chicken shawarma Normal, Mexican and Falafel shawarma.
Chicken shawarma Normal was nice perfect shawarma, didn't like Mexican.

I am not so found of Falafel shawarma but my husband said it's nice.

Price is reasonable.

The place is best for Syrian food, the taste is fabulous and the quality of every food item is quite amazing. The starters, extras and salads are so good and rich of varieties of veggies and traditional items. The service is also very good and staff are very friendly. Best value for money and must visit and try place in Dubai.

This place is really famous for its shawarma in the Qusais area. Their shawarmas were juicy and hot. We also ordered their grilled chicken with yoghurt. The meat was cooked well but it lacked any actual flavor, it was really plain to be honest. Also the qubbus they serve weren’t hot. Even when we requested for hot ones, they said they have only already prepared ones. The pickles that came along was very good. Their orange juice also tasted good. Service was nice and ambience is decent. Parking wouldn’t be much of a problem in that area. I would come again next time to try a couple of other dishes.

The interior and the set up is relaxing and you are insulated from the ruckus happening outside. The place is kept very well, and the staff are good at what they do.

The Meat Shawarma was highly recommended and it sure does live upto it’s hype. The sour punch makes it stand out from the rest.

I’m yet to try other dishes from the menu.

Service was not good. They treat arabs in nice manner but others they cannot ask you whats our need and even forgot the menu we ordered.food was nice and superb.

Price tooooo costly.

Their shawarma used to be good, not anymore. I had ordered 2 spicy shawarmas and 2 pepsi and after 1 hour they delivered the shawarmas and only 1 pepsi. I called the restaurant and they said they will deliver it immediately. But even after one day, they have not. Clearly not interested in their customers. Thanks Belad Al Sham for the excellent service!

Pathetic delivery service two times i ordered and Both time they said delivery in 30 mins but took 60+ mins. They keep lying about delievery status. Horrible experience

Shawarma good enough, but their customer interaction toooo too bad.they have never mind while we order anything again and ask. But, they treat locals soft. Their this type bad behaviour to us will finish our good mood and our food time. That much horrible guyz.telling from ma heart.really hurtz.if you are going with your family or couple, you can choose other restaurant.that will be better

Food is fine. The kebabs are nice. However, I didn't enjoy the yoghurt chicken. The quantity is not sufficient even as a main course. Not the best value for money. Good for takeaway shawerma

My family and me have been eating shawarma from here for almost 20 years and we still never get bored. The food is fresh and tasty and clean! We mostly order in the charcoal grilled chicken and moutabel and they are so prompt! The owners are kind and plesasant when they take orders and i like that! All the best for years to come
