Well iv seen lot of bad reviews i dont know about them but so far tbh everything was good my rep is thabison he is really nice guy and professional, the car tbh got delivered clean and like i asked for it so far its going well. I found cheaper places but thabison made me feel comfortable to go for it i paid extra for full insurance which is good idea in my opinion iam happy so far

Slightly expensive but very reliable. No hidden charges. You get the deposit back and that's the most important thing.
The only gap was that the car may not be in the perfect condition, like last time when I rented the car, the fuel was very less.
But the overall experience was good, definitely recommended.

Very bad service, car sale and rental. 1st I rented a car for a month, and I returned it after 14 days early closure they refused to give me refund. Then I wanted to buy a car from their show room they made me pay 450 aed for the comprehensive test and the car was full of faults and they refused. To. Pay for it. So disappointed in such a well known place. Don't go rent neither think of buying from them

I had hired a monthly car rental from Belhasa, within 1 week of hiring the car, they reached out that they need to take the car since it is due for registration. I would have expected them to do the registration and then share it with the customer than causing inconvenience. But it did not stop there.

The day I got the car back, I had a flat tire and inspite of getting the air filled in, it continued and ended up in a flat tyre on the 3rd day. I couldn't use the car obviously and I was asked to take it to the repair centre. Ofcourse I could only do that on the weekend. The service centre suggested that the tyre replacement is long overdue.

So, Belhasa gave us the car inspite of knowing that the car tyres needed replacement and gave us car in a condition which was not just faulty but also risky to be driven given the condition of the cars.
We couldn't use the car for 4 days and spent our Saturday between the garage and Belhasa office to get his fixed. Would have atleast expected them to extend for us the days we could not use the car. Instead, they were not even apologetic for the inconveniences they caused to us.

The worst rental company!
Promise new car but give you old one and dirty inside, promise dewa discount in store but didn’t make it because it’s was just advertisement and all the time they are making a new rules.
Asked them to pay with other card but they used my credit and just doing whatever they want.
Didn’t bring a car on time, I was waiting 2 times, 2 days.
Terrible company! Not recommend!

Terrible Customer Service. I signed up for monthly lease. Each time they take away your car for service or registeration, they do not return the same car. I got to know that since the lease rates are increasing, they start to lease away the better cars to the newer customers who are willing to pay higher.

They abruptly charged me for excess kms even though my contract was never closed, promising me to refund this if total kms is within the specified limits when closing the contract. I have been following up for refunds since past 4 months and I am yet to receive the same.

The cars are usually very smelly and the seats very dirty. They simply refuse to do the interior detailed cleaning despite several complaints.

Such unprofessional and terrible customer experience and service is not expected from a known brand. Highly disappointed.

Would recommend to avoid these guys if you can.

I booked a car one day before, the next day I went and the car wasn't available. They offered a replacement I didn't like.
I confirmed before going that they will not ask for a copy of the credit card, once I reached they asked for a copy of the credit card, which isn't secure, I offered to do an online authorization or using the POS machine but they refused.
Ended up wasting my time and money and left with no car.

Everything worked out really well, great offers, awesome service from the beginning til the end and I went to a lot of car rental places!
By far the best one
As a side note, you'll get nowhere a better price performance ratio than here!

Staff is really unprofessional in maintenance services. If you got problem in car its hell place to go there and impossible for them to rectify the fault in vehicle. Even though i screen my vehicle from outside and told them that is issue with it. They still failed miserably.categorizing people accordingly to their professional status. Really felt horrible after being experienced such discrimination.

Trying to charge your customers for pre existing dents and scratches even when they have pictures from when the car was rented. This is unheard of with any car rental company. A complaint with consumer court has been raised. Highly suggest everyone to stay away from their scam.

Took rent a car.good experience at taking over so let's see on handover the car.as heard usually most of the people have bad experience when they handover the car.i am not talking about Belhasa.talking about general. I am feeling that i would have a best experience when handover to them.

Lack of coordination among the teams, horrible service and despite going physically to align a week before the specific car, the team changed it last minute and was not having any remorse or just we are sorry but this is what it is.wouldnt recommend them to anyone as they dont respect and take care of the consumer when its there mistake.

I have rented a car from Belhasa car rental at al qouz branch Dubai on a long term basis and they have the worse service in the whole world, for example if my car service km have completed and I want the car oil and filter changed and I don’t want a replacement car but I’m willing to go by myself change the oil and get back on the road I have to drive all the way from Ajman to Dubai al qouz branch, they don’t have any branch in Ajman or sharjah which is shocking for such big car rental for not having branches in Ajman, Sharjah and many more cites of UAE. The staff working in al qouz branch are also not very polite and keep you waiting for a minimum of 1 hour for a very small issue.
Not at all happy with the service by such a big rental company. Very disappointed.

Took full insurance and then I had a scratch they didn't cover it and told me I need to get police report. Annoying.
Rest was good service pick up and drop off. Also having to do service in middle of rental is Annoying.
They taking a 1 aed + vat commission on Salik is Annoying. Taking administrative fees for fines are Annoying.

Shabbir was very helpful, process was super smooth, all the details were well explained and clear. Got the car on time, it was in good condition. Very happy with the service all in all and would recommend Belhasa for anyone needing a car rental.

I liked a lot Belhasa Car Rental service and I would like to highlight one of the staff Harsha. He was very professional and helpful, he suggested a good car for road trip and explained everything very well since it was my first time renting the car. Belhasa is a trusted car rental company! No stealing money or extra charging. Just one moment to improve is mileage limitation (200 km per day is not enough if you want to go out of Dubai). Overall had a good experience and definitely will come back.

Ms. Shiela, helped me a lot for renting a car. She assisted me from choosing the car until the end of process. The car was clean also. Sanitize well and perfect condition. Kudos to Ms. Shiela!

This is very bad company, they will find multiple, rediculous reason (Such as small scratch like fingernail) to deduct money from your deposit. Even when you return the car they will cheat and signed “fine”report and after 2 days they call you said this car have damaged need charge more than 1000AED! They also will deduct money from your credit card without your permission. I am really regret to see this kindly of rip-off existing in such good country.

I was very satisfied with all aspects of the car rental from Belhasa. I received a whatsapp message immediately after asking a question on the live chat on their website and the communication hereafter was excellent and all my questions were answered swiftly. This was followed up by a phone call to explain the conditions of the rental. All rates and types of car were shared with me, on request. The representative I dealt with was Shiela Geronimo, who I found very helpful. The drop-off and collection of the vehicle was also very smooth and efficient. I have used Belhasa car rental this month and have been very satisfied with the quality, cleanliness of the car and the service from all Belhasa representatives i have come across from the driver who delivered the car (Mr Afaq) and the people who regularly followup to check on the service levels like Mr Rahim.
I got it for a month and got a very good rate for a nice and clean car.
Highly recommended!

I am sharing a genuine & personal experience, STAY AWAY from renting a car from them.i am regretting after leasing a car for a month. As their sales rep in my case it was Mr. Gulam. They will lure you with a new fleet (that's why I am giving 1 star) and no deposit scheme (but I am being charged) on my CC.

I received a different car (Kia Rio instead of Toyota Yaris). He was so quick to charing the amount and closing the deal on whatsApp and fast track with phone calls. They are fooling customer with misrepresentation of pricing and information on their website i.e. Pricing, Excess damage amount, insurance coverage. In my case vehicle monthly rental and excess claim was lower on their website but i was informed it is incorrectly updated.

As soon as monies are blocked then they will send you invoice, no replies or communication over email (only to get the documents or they will push you whatsapp). When i confronted over the car rental invoice for a Kia Rio instead of a 2020 Yaris, till now no response from Mr. Gulam. When i have confronted him this cheating and fraud, he has audacity first to push me to accept the vehicle then i was informed come over to our office within few hours and change the vehicle (no mention of excess amount refund) or otherwise take it or leave it. We will not send the driver to do any recovery or agreed car with correct details. When I even asked this great sales rep (Gulam) how about cancelling the a monthly deal and charge for a day and take your car back and refund my monies. He said he is having his lunch and will need to check since yesterday till now NO response.

I have to call multiple numbers to get details to reach out to their customer care team. I have narrated and shared all the details, but till now there is no concrete solution and they have registered the complain and top him copied as well.

I will request everyone to DON'T ENGAGE WITH THEM as they are doing MISREPRESENTATION, FRAUD & CHEATING. I am not sure how will they charge once they take the car back from you. So it's best to STAY AWAY.

I have rented from Belhasa on a number of occasions and I have never been disappointed. They are a professional and well run rental company.
Rahim from the sales team has especially been helpful in selection of right car for me. I’ll choose Belhasa over most other rental companies.

I had recently rented a car for 3 months and the service was absolutely fantastic. They brought the car at my location in 1 hr time from the booking! When I wanted to change to a smaller car Mr. Gulam did everything to meet my needs by giving me a brand new car. Both cars I rented that period were well maintained and I didn't faced any issues. I highly recommend them!

Worst car rental ever. Unprofessional to the core.they charged me 650 AED for a minor scratch which would hav gone with a Polish.even after requesting a call back none called for Any clarification regarding the incident. Mr Shaji is the worst rental employee ever.really rude and unpolite.please if u have any option try not to take cars from them.the worst car rental I have ever dealt with. Good luck guys

I recommend this company for anyone wants to rent a car and he want to have professional company he can relay on.

But expect to have so many details and conditions on the contract, like you can’t eat in the car.etc!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! They will try and charge you even if you buy the so called "extra insurance to cover damage". They will also take "security deposits" then charge you on top of that.

Worst company I have ever used and basically commit fraud when people sign up for the extra insurance.

My very first experience with a rent a car company which has made me swear never to rent a car again. Never ever in Dubai and God forbid never ever again.

This is the worst car rental company on the planet. I would advise all folks to stay away from this fraudulent company. The staff is pathetic. The sales staff's sole purpose is commit you into buying. Once you are in the trap, they will disappear!

I was charged a whooping amount of 1200 AED for a so called "scratch". You will never ever get a refund. They will try to consume your security deposit by claiming charges here and there. I was told 200 AED on the spot, and then 3 days later, I was told 1200 AED. Please read the contract carefully before you sign it. The car may already scratched and they'll blame it on you. On top of it, they threat you with nuisance and fuzzy logic! The customer service is total disaster.

These guys are a total rip off! Don't risk your hard earned money with them!

If you need trouble/pain/stress than you can rent from this car company. Just for 200-300 aed difference and more than for an old and smelly car this place is not worth renting. The real cheat comes once you return the car as they always charge extra.
My experience:
1) Rented a car and it needs cleaning they tried to give me without cleaning on my emphasis they cleaned it but told me let the strains there be on seat as they always charge extra.
2) Car broke down (battery went down) on day 2 and wasted all day
3) On my car return day the office mentioned on contract was closed and later I got to know it was closed from last 2 years
5) Tried all the numbers on contract to return the car but no one picked up the call not even the sales agent
6) Complaint through email, reception and customer service
7) After 20 days got charges extra because I didn't return the car in time although it was clearly their mistakes.

Just received call from Custome Service regarding my complaint and spoke about the problem I raised which is a positive step. The issue remained but I have remove one point and given 2 stars now.

Terrible service
They tell you they have the car and then when you agree they give you a lower standard car with the same price. Such a scam.

Check the conversation with the Nissan sunny 2020 today. Dont tell me if not available. I wouldnt be surprised if you tell me im a fake reviewer. Pathetic

Rana was my 1st contact from Belhasa and the way he explained everything about services and cars it was very helpful and I also found him with me whenever I had any query to support and clarify.
Belhasa Customer Service response was also very good, there was some issues for which I was exchanging the emails with operations however with their intervention it got resolved immediately.

One of the worst experience I’ve ever Had, rented a car for 5 consecutive month, the car had a cat scratch at the door “ as per their representative “ which is very common, they deducted 630 AED for it, even I tried with customer service to support but with no help they apologized and deducted the amount without taking my approval, as I wanted to appeal with higher management, but twist your hand by deducting without listening. ***NOT Recommended at ALL***
