This is the worst least professional place I’ve ever dealt with. After placing my order and confirming delivery time and all - not only did my flowers never get delivered, they did not even bother giving me any heads up or notification that they didn’t make the time or day of delivery. When I called to follow up if my order was sent since I didn’t hear back, Merlin said it’s not her problem it may be with the driver and she hung up the phone multiple times on my face.
Was excited about finding a new place with good reviews, but never ever ordering from this place again. Disgusting service.
