I have a very bad experience with them, customer service really frustrating, lazer machines are broken thats why they make offers. And when u contact them they don't respond after you pay for them.

The centre is nice, there marketing department are the sweetest ever Dentist Toka is great

Very bad service, I paid for PRP service 2000 AED, in the time of session unprofessional nurse, and no doctors, they pierced my vein and they took a blood from other hand, left the plasma for 40 minutes without proper storage, in the end I’m not allowed to inject, I’m asking for refund already 15days left they ignore me

I have appointment at 3: 00 PM and now it's 3: 15 PM and the doctor is not in the here even. - The problem has been resolved by doctors, appreciate their efforts.

سويت زراعة شعر عندهم وطاف ست شهور على الزراعة حتى مافي تحسن واحد فالميه عيادة فاشله وما انصح حد يروحها لانهم استغلاليين ومامنهم اي فايدة وياريت لوكنت سويت الزراعة فمكان ثاني والدكتور مال الزراعه مايعرف شي واشياء استوت وهو يسويلي الزراعه بس عيب اقولها

للاسف غير ملتزمين بالمواعيد و خدمة من اسوأ لاسوأ
لا يوجد تنسيق و لا اوقات عمل الموظفين
غير مرتبين في عملهم
المره الاولى تاخير اكثر عن ساعة
الموعد الثاني تاخير 40 دقيقة
الموعد الثالث تغيير الممرضة الي الاسوأ
الموعد الرابع وصولي من منطقة بعيده و بعدها قالوا ان الطبيبة في اجازة و للعلم ان هناك شي اسمه هاتف و اتصال
الموعد الخامس تاخير من الساعة 3.30 العصر و الان صارت الساعة 4.30 ولم ياتي اي احد

اكره عيادة ف حياتي دخلتها … تاخير منهم اكثر من 20 دقيقه. 4 مرات في 4 جلسات. ما انصح حد فيه حرام عليهم نص نجمة.

No follow up with the customer, appointments booked just not confirmed on the system which leads to delays in getting other appointment. Ortho section is not up to level and the quality of work is not acceptable.

First time I deal with them and to be honest they are not professional in their time management or customer treatment my daughter has an appointment at 5: 30 and she was there 5: 15 pm and she entered at 6: 30 pm after four calls I did it for them I mentioned when I do the appointment that I need Philipino to do for her the Lazer and then they said she waited because your daughters asked for Philipino and I requested one week before anyway it is poor service

Dr Radwa is the best Doctor I dealt with in Botox and fillers Techniques I will always visit her to do such a wonderful job

I have to say I have tried many places for laser but honestly this was the best experience.
Reception ladies were nice and helpful.
But most importantly the girl who the session with me her name is NISHA, she was very thorough and took care of every little details without me asking and she was making sure I am comfortable the whole time.

Place is not fancy or anything but you will get a really good quality of service there
Definitely will be visiting again.

Dr Rana is one of the best doctors when it comes to Dentist she’s such a sweetheart very friendly and especially the veneer I had it from her amazing job done 100% recommended value for money. Plus ladies at reception are humble and very nice I really had good experience with team Bella rose highly recommended. Hope to visit them again Inshallah for laser sessions.

I just want to say that Dr. Radwa Atwa the dermatologist is amazing, she is very professional, she is providing all information you need before and after the treatment. She is answering all questions with care, I felt like I am setting with my sister️️, even after the treatment, she was messing me to check how do I feel and what is the result. I am very happy with the visit and It will never be the last

انا جربت خدمات فالمركز بعضها كان وايد اوكيه و البعض ماشي منه اي فايده. لكن تقييمي بنجمه واحد على سوء الاداره و التعامل فالريسبشن خصوصا اخر فتره تعاملهم مستوي واييد خايس و ماشي احترام للبيشنت خصوصا شي بنت عيونها مدري عدسات هذي فظيع اسلوبها ما اعرف كيف مابى اتكلم و لا يحترمون وقت البيشنت و محد يهتم ولا يسالون و يوم تيين تساليهم عن وقت موعدج يردون عليج باسلوب مب زين. و لكن اسلوب البنات يلي يردون عالفون راقي و لطيف و متعاونين البنات كلهم ماشاءالله عليهم اسلوبهم حلو و يجذبك تيي تسوي خدمات فالمركز لكن يوم توصل و تشوف كيف الاستقبال تكنسل كلشي

دخلت استشارة ع الدكتوره بخصوص ويهي فيه حبوب تحت الجلد وحبوب ظاهره ونصحتني اسوي ديرمابن وقالت بتحسين فرق من اول جلسة وسويت اول جلسه وزادت الحبوب في ويهي وقالت عادي الجلسه الثانيه بتخف وسويت الثانيه والحين ويهي مخترب ع الاخر والتهب وصار جااااااف جدا والحبوب التهبت وقاعده ادور دكتور جلديه محترم يشوف وضعي وحسبي الله عليكم

We have booked an appointment two weeks prior and showed up on time to find a chaotic scene! The waiting area is packed with customers who were told to come with complete disregard to existing schedules, many disgruntled people including ourselves left the place unserviced after two or more hours of waiting!

Find a decent place who stick to their word when they say "your booking is confirmed! ".

I took appointment for consultation and reached the clinic 15 minutes before the appointed time they made me fill all the registration forms and asked to wait, after 45 minutes of waiting informed doctor has left cant see you, this is how they informed. Totally unprofessional behavior.

I just want to say that Dr. Abdulrahman Ammar is my life saver! The best and amazing dentist! Im soo happy with my teeth, gives me a natural look, he is very particular in every details! I cant thank you enough how u change my smile doctor! I have been wanting for this, for long time.and alhamdullilah i found the best doctor️️shukran katir doctor abdulrahman️️️thank you also to the dental lab staff, you did an amazing job for my teeth

Very bad service, and they didn’t care about the patient after the consultation, just they need money from the first visit.

This is hands down the worst clinc i’ve ever been too! The staff are very rude especially the receptionists, they have no idea what customer care is and their service is so bad i can’t put it in words.i’ve been going there for a laser package but they’re always late even though i book an appointment and come before my appointment 20 minutes at least as a way of respecting their time but they never respect mine! And keep me waiting for an hour every time i come for my appointment.moreover, i always ask for a certain laser specialist when i book my appointment but when i come for the appointment they tell me she’s busy with another client:) and they just give me whoever available and be like “this one is good too don’t worry”! They book multiple clients with the same laser specialist at the same time which causes the longs hours of waiting!
the staff don’t have any training in customer service at all, i have no idea how they all get hired and for what exactly? They obviously have no experience at all!
today i had the worst experience with them, from waiting almost 3 hours for my appointment to dealing with very very very rude receptionists.i didn’t complain at all throughout the whole time i waited but their service was really bad as they first didn’t respect my time and wasted hours of my time waiting for them and second having an absolutely extremely rude staff receptionists who have no training whatsoever in customer service and even their management need a management to manage them! Everything is so bad in this place!
if any of the admins is seeing my comment, please educate your staff and have them trained before putting them in front of us.me as someone who also works in customer service i give bella rose staff the award to the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced

Best clinic in town for acne scar I did treatment for acne scar but I don’t know the name of machine but it’s result amazing I felt different after one session thank you Bella rose specially thanks to doctor hameeda?

أسوء عيادة دخلت عليها واندم فعلا على إضاعة الوقت معهم ، الإدارة والسكرتيرات فوضويين وسلبيين للغايه ، تم تأجيل موعدي لأسبوعين لأسباب مفبركة ، وعند قدومي للموعد الثالث تم تغيير سعر العرض المعلن عنه ومضاعفته ثلاث اضعاف وطريقة في اللف والدوران على الزبون وبعد ذلك كله تم تبديل موعدي بعد البدء بالجلسه لمراجعة حضرت بشكل مفاجئ دون موعد فقط لانها ستدفع أكثر، لا احترام المواعيد ولا أي مبدا في التعامل مع الزبون ، ولا لا أنصح
احد في التعامل معهم تجاريين فقط لا غير. ع

Very friendly place to do Botox, Filler, LASER, Dental, all cosmetic surgeries and more in one center.
Prices are so fair

This place does not respect customer appointment, and they will make you wait overtime and do not give any justification or apology for the delay.
I seriously don't recommend visiting the place for any consultation

Terrible customer service. Messed up appointments, always have to wait for 30 mins to 1 hour after appointments. Irresponsible receptionist and rude technicians. Horrible customer experience

Very very bad, they dont have any respect towards the customers and they dont keep up their dates with the customers i always go by the given date but when i reach there they let me wait for 1- 2 hours more and never let me in by the given time i dont recommend anyone going there because they always do the same thing

They have no respect for your time. I was there 10 mins before my appointment and They made me wait for 1 hr. The Dr. Was stinking of cigarette and was so casual that PRP will hydrate your skin.buy this and do this treatments and when I refused he said" if ur here for PRP do it.the Dr.is not really interested in your skin just money making.

I’v done hydra facial at their place, the staff and the nurse’s are expert at their job; the results were amazing and I’m glad i went there and will keep up with them definitely!

Horrible experience,

firstly, I went there for prp as they obviously have an unbeatable offer, I met the doctor and he advised me to combine the prp with another treatment for better results. I have paid a huge amount for that, which I was ok with as long as I’m paying for a service, however, it turned out he didn’t mix it with anything and he charged for something completely different!

Ps. Please if you go make sure you ask what they’re offering and double check with the nurse who’s actually the one preparing the combination.

Secondly, the second time I went I had to wait for more than 45 minutes and it’s only when I started to feel irritated that they sent me to the doctor. (And it was actually the time I realized that the previous doctor charged me for something different that I haven’t used.) So I started asking what is it that I paid for and no one was able to answer, so here the accountant interfered to help with a solution, and we agreed to see another doctor instead and see with her what to do with the balance.

I was happy to do so because I wanted to use other services. I met dr. Ibtissam, she was professional unlike any one else in the center starting from the receptionist that doesn’t wear mask at all! I finished the treatment and I came back after two weeks for a follow up, booked my appointment at 3 arrived at 2.50 and I had to wait till 4! And the doctor still didn’t show up.

It’s obviously the mistake of the receptionist taking appointments.

I don’t recommend anyone to go there or use their services they’re not professional neither they are competent!

للأسف الليزر تسبب لي في حروق وعلامات غامقة. بتاخد وقت لتروح، وأما بلغتهم بالمركز ما اتخذوا أي إجراء غير إن الدكتور كتبت لي على كريمين، وأما أصريت يتحملوا العلاج، الطبيبة أعطتني مرهم مفتوح من قبل ومستخدم والكريم الآخر غير متاح بأي صيدلية، تجربة سيئة ومكان غير احترافي

-10 in time management. Booked me an oppointment to come and find other paitient has the same timings as mine.

Came few minutes late to find the previous patient inside and when she finished, they allowed other patient in instead of me, although dr Rana herself saw me waiting and whispered to the receptionest!

Not the best experience at all! The location wasn't clear, no one was answering the phone to assist, they started only after 30 minutes of the session, I couldn't see any progress on laser hair removal, they called to confirm the next session, I told them to cancel due to unsatisfied results, never asked for any details or explain the reasons

I do not advise.

This Place is Terrible terrible clinic because of the following reasons:

1) Timing is bad so many times I had to wait 1 hr and 1 and half to check me in for my treatment.
2) the rooms are very unhygienic, no disposable towels.
3) No Coffee Station or even water to drink, even if I want to buy I can't as the location in the middle of no where.
4) Reception staff don't approach the clients at all.
5) No seating area most of time I had to stand till I find a place to sit, and again non of the Reception staff come and offer a solution.
6) Every time I come to my session they keep asking if it is my 1st time even though on the system they can check.
7) Technicians as really bad they don't put aloe vera nor a topical anesthesia.
8) I went 3 session and the result wasn't satisfying.and every time there is a new person which is uncomfortable and they don't know how many session I done the treatment.
9) There are better offers in 5 stars Clinics even in DHCC.

تجربتي مع المركز هي عدم الاهتمام بالعملاء و عندهم ضعف بالتعامل بالمواقفز اتعرضت من اسبوعين لحروق من جاهز الليزر الي عندهم و اتصلت و بغلت و اشتكيت و كان رد الي عالرسبشن بس حطي كريم ميبو وبس! ولا كأنه صار شي مع انه الحرق لسة ما راح و ما اتصلوا ولا تابعوا الحالة ولا كأنه صار شي مع العلم الحرق مش بسيط و بيترك اثر الليزر بالاضافة الى الانتظار و عدم الدقة بالمواعيد. بتحجزي موعدك الساعة 10 و بيدخلوك عالجلسة بعد ساعة ومرات بعد ساعتين بحجة انه فيه موعد قبل! لا مواعيد عالوقت
وفوق هذا حرق و اهمال و الخدمة سيئة و جدا مستاءة من تعاملهم مع الموقف

تجربة سيئة وما أنصح أي أحد يتعامل معاهم لأنهم عطوني موعد وإتصلوا قبل الموعد بيوم لتأكيد الموعد ويوم وصلت العيادة عالوقت إكتشفت إن الدكتور ما عنده مواعيد المسا والموعد مجرد غلطة من طرفهم بعد ما ضيعوا وقتي عالفاضي بإختصار أنا قريت تعليق ثاني بخصوص عدم إلتزامهم بالمواعيد والحين تأكدت بنفسي ونصيحتي للجميع لا تتعاملون وياهم لأنهم جدا سيئين في الرد على المكالمات وفي تنظيم المواعيد

Would be a great clinic without the bad customer service I’m very disappointed very poor customer service.

It is an amazing experience, excellent service at very competitive prices as well as professional and friendly staff.

I wanted to extend my deep appreciation for the care that i got from Bella Rose Medical Center, an excellent people like Mr. KamaI who was following all the treatment steps with me, and a special thanks for Dr. Abdulrahman for all what he did, i was so impressed by the care and professionalism I saw there. I unfortunately did not write down all the names but each staff member starting from the receptionist ending with the nurses were amazing and deeply appreciated, I’m very happy from the results that i got comparing with what I paid, i suffered from my tooth for a long time, now i feel that I’m a new person with a new smile.
