It was yesterday night please do check the camera of his behaviour so it may help improvise himself in his profession and be responsible. Thank you for saving his job but training him on behaviour management

Very foor management. They asking for 2000 AED for visa cost even they know its Illegal according to UAE law. Candidates traveling in this hot weather and there they demand for that amount otherwise go back to home.

Never go for a job with this company. Their actions do not match their words. They say something about the company and they practice something. The only company that doesn't provide any salary slips to the employees. They doesn't reply to any of the queries of the employees. They make you work 30 days a month. They deduct a lot of money from salary without providing the deduction.
Never ever go for a job with Berkeley Services UAE. I would have given them a zero rating if possible.

I am not satisfied with this company because I have not got visa and offer letter after passing the interview also.

I would like to share my experience with the cleaning services of this company in the residential apartments. The cleaners are not trained properly, they are so dumb to the extent that they can't differentiate between a garbage bag and laundry hamper. One of the cleaner who has 9 years of experience in cleaning, has thrown my, laundry hamper with all the clothes kept for iron to be picked up. When reported to the manager, supervisors no action has been taken, not even responded till now. They don't care about customer service, very arrogant attitude by the supervisor towards the client. You need to be very careful when these cleaners are around.
