An amazing store, but the staff working at the cash register lack motivation at all, not yet interested in working, just sad

Worst customer service, especially when the fitting room attendee accuses the customer of theft and arguing because she did not properly count how many fragments were taken into the fitting room. Adding to that that she added a curse word when coached about her behaviour.

Nice place to get some clothes and accessories. I would recommend anyone visiting Dubai to check this store as they are economical!

I was really disappointed with the staff at Dubai mall. I bought this from the 69aed sale items but when I went to cash in they charged me 89 aed. I asked them why did they charge me 89 when it was clearly written 69aed even in the price tag. One of the staff (male-Indian) he took the item from me and disappeared for a while without saying anything to me. And when he came back he told me it is 89 Diram and they did not change the price tag and just left. (without even apologizing). I bought the item but the staff should realy know the standards of hospitality.

Excellent service and not too expensive pricing, promotion prices are quite good also. Customer service is topnotch.

Its deeply sad how Bershka's clothing material has deteriorated, with low quality stitching that leaves your clothes ripped off after a few months. We understand how you want to keep up with the trends, but dont forget your original consumer target that built your brand.

A few days ago I bought a denim jacket from Bershka (in Mall of the Emirates). As always staff are lovely and shopping there is always a successful trip:) One of the items I got seem to have a big defect that I only noticed after wearing it. I took the jacket to Bershka (Dubai Mall) because I was going there today anyways. I asked to speak with the store manager, since I had thrown my receipt away. She came, I explained what happened, and she reacted poorly. My jacket got stained from the stitching's dye after being carefully washed, and she insisted that it was my fault. I kept explaining to her that my mother knows how to do laundry and take care of every single piece. Again, she kept telling me it's my problem. Her voice gradually got louder and louder. She was very rude. She wasn't listening to what I was saying and even another sales person backed her up and showed us rude attitude. They made a scene in front of all the whole store! I called the Mall of the Emirates store and explained my situation. The store manager there is so kind, she answers the store phone right away (whereas in Dubai Mall they never do! Because I called multiple times before going there because I have no time to waste) and she told me to come tomorrow and she will solve the problem. She spoke calmly and kindly and knew how to find a solution on the spot, whereas the store manager of Dubai Mall was extremely rude and it showed that she didn't even want to put effort into finding a solution in the first place!

They have worthy goods. Staff are friendly. 30 days exchange goods gives you more comfort to check your clothes at home. I like this brand.

Only one check point is working. I was in hurry, so a lot of people stay in wainmting to spend money not nice
