This is by far the worst online shopping store. Placed an order 4th January and if I haven't chat them about the order I will never know that the item is already in store ready for pick up. No prompts has been sent.

Even in this technology advancement in the UAE, I am surprised that picking up orders at store rather than opting for delivery (when they don't have to hire and pay for third party service), seems a total disadvantage towards customers when we are in fact doing them a favor.

Extremely bad service.

Literally worst store in all of emirates mall, most careless, useless staff and inexperienced staff, worst customer service you could receive from any brand I’ve seen, after wasting your time cause of how clueless staff are, I go back home 2 hours away from mall and SECURITY TAG is still on my stuff cause they forget to remove it, hahahaha

I would single handedly fire half the staff and the customer service female handling the calls if i was ever manager of this brand.

I hope someone in charge out there reads this cause I’m writing an email to the company as well

Very bad attitude from a staff, I don’t know why that happened. How can a staff treat customers like this from a international brand store. Iam really upset about their future customers

Service in MOE needs improvement, not even a smile or a thank you at the cash desk when it wasn’t busy. Particularly Mohamed, left a very bitter feeling

A bit disorganized & hard to find stuff. But there are hidden gems if you look closely enough.

I don’t write reviews but I needed to. A sales associate in the Dubai mall told me that a blazer I really wanted would be in stock at this location. I came and looked and couldn’t find the blazer at all. I didn’t have the reference number and couldn’t really show a photo from the website of what I wanted because I couldn’t connect to the wifi here. Nada not only helped connect my phone and my friends phone to the wifi (obviously she didn’t have to) but she then went on the website showed all the blazers and then went to the stock room to find the one in my size. Her kindness and patience deserved the recognition. Thank you so much, good service like that is hard to come by. Employee of the month!:)

Like other ppl said, this franchise has zero customer service! Actually it’s Terrible customer service!

On March 22nd, I bought a pair of boots, and one jacket. It’s terrible experience! Since I enter the store, nobody greeted me. I checked the boots, there are a lot of scratches on the dark red boots, I asked help from one lady who was standing besides the fitting room. I asked her whether they have new one or not. This lady has dark skin and dark hair, her name tag written that she is just associate but she reacted like queen. Very rude and impatient, she said“new one? ” with sarcastic tone, her facial expression showed her annoyed and angry. Wow, what make her proud like that?

Eventually, I bought a pair of shoes and jacket, although nobody serve me, nobody bother to ask me wether I need help.the entire store was so empty, none of them had tasks to do, they were just chatting with each other. I went to the counter. I found one staff (blonde one) was standing right next to cashier. I bet she asked cashier to put this amount to her name. Hello? ! No one serve me ok? !

I’ll google the real customer service, and make official complain! I’ll also write to ceo of the brand & CEO of the group! Very upset!

Shop manager Iryna can use some training on customer service, no greeting at all from beginning to end, busy chit chatting with her colleague. No hi no bye, zero interacting with customer.
