Worst cargo i had seen many items are missing from the box when i make complaint no response also staff very rude with customer shame on you

It’s been more than 2 months I have done sea cargo to Mumbai from dubai, still I did not receive my cargo and there is no update yet, while tracking it shows ‘waiting for customs clearance’ it’s been more than 1 month the status is same. When I called in the office, they told its not cleared from customs at Mumbai Airport and they don’t have any update.

So guys please don’t send any cargo from these guys.

One of the worst cargo service I have ever experienced.

Pick up was really efficient.

Post that the service quickly deteriorated. The customer service is absent. The parcel tracking is incorrect. And there is no communication with the team at the delivery location.

One of the worst courier companies never ever deal with them bad timing bad communication.

Very poor service if there is zero star i will give them that or may be -5 star. I cargo my things on 7th January but till 7 march its not delivered. Worst service.
