Best Express Cargo

My stuff that I shipped to USA were lost. So completely not recommend this company. Even when I contacted them that my things are missing so they didn't even care to reply. So please don't use this company.

Fantastic experience as compared to Previous experience with cargo services. I send fragile items with little bit tension of breaking them.but everything delivered in perfect conditions and I am really happy about it. Will definitely choose the same team afterwards.

Worst experience I got with this cargo service, they are only cheating customers, no proper communication also, its more then 2 months now, till day its showing in customs, this people are only fooling people, I did a big mistake, police must take action for this fake company, they gave me 100% guarantee that within 30 to 35 days I'll receive my cargo, and according to that I planned my vacation, but my vacation got over and cargo still pending, I had to cancel my return flight also, I requested them to help me out, but no response. Please be careful with this cargo service next time.

Please don't be mistaken. I suddenly said 35 days, now 50 days have passed. Still no clearance. Delhi is yil. They don't even have the courtesy to pick up the phone and talk.

Very poor packing.waste of money.things are not sorted properly and packed so most of items are broken.

Very Bad Experience from this Team. My Shipment not yet received even after 75 days. No proper response from this team on tracking.

Once of the worst service I faced!

They collected my 2 cartons of cargo on 24th march and delivered today after 53 days. While picking they had promised it shall be delivered by 35 days.

Case not yet over- every where it mentioned as Door to Door service rite but in our case it was Door to near by road delivery was done!

The local person came with the cargo and behaved very rudely and forced us to pay delivery charges and when we denied they thrown our 2 heavy cartons in road and left!

This is what they call best service?

Very unprofessional behavior after sending the courier.

We sent two packages to India, one that arrived came home with most of the things broken and there was no compensation whatsoever. They only said that we must pack the item in a wooden box for fragile items. When you trust a service provider it’s their duty to inform us of what needs to be done and how.

The second box hasn’t reached us yet, it’s been over 100 days and there’s no sign of it reaching us. Everytime we inquire you’re either asked to call someone else or spoken to rudely or they say there’s an issue at the port despite calling them countless times, still we haven’t got a positive response.

I request you all to save yourself some trouble, invest a little more in a better service rather than receiving broken items or nothing at all.

Worst service ever pls i request pls be aware if you make cargo with this service you will face disappointment.

I'm really satisfied with best express Cargo. They really helped me to send my logistics without any damages, very quick team. The staffs are very professional. They are always on time, they offer flexible rates too. I recommend best express Cargo.

27.5.2023 see Cargo sent and reached home in exactly 20 days. Very good service. Best cargo received three entry updates when sent, costams clearance, and home. I will now only ship with Best Cargo

Sea cargo very very worst experience they said 25 to 35 days cargo will reach home, but more then 50 days finished my cargo still in Mumbai customs, what's going on really very bad experience

I plan to send cargo for ramadan purpose that's why I send exactly 30 day before ramadan now ramadan 20 finished still not yet my cargo, all the food items now it will be useless.

One of the worst cargo service in UAE. The commitment given by them is totally wrong and never deliver as per their committed time period. Please guys never go for this worst experience even if they give for free.

I do not recommend for Best Cargo. I booked my parcel on 9th October 2022, and when I ask for update they are just giving me the date, my parcel is showing for customs clearance from 26th October 2022 till now, I asked for update more than 35 times. Company representative is lying every time and they are giving me only dates (2,6,15,20,28, will clear custom)
I request you all please don't go for Best Express Cargo.

I agree with all the bad reviews mentioned below.wish I read the reviews before using the service.
My cargo to Canada was 10 KG’s less that what I paid for and my glass items are broken.
They stole lots of my items with no reply to my questions. I have all the photos to proof the missing items.

I don't recommend Best Cargo at all. I handed over my luggage to them on 11th of November 2022, it's been 50 days I haven't received my parcel yet. They are blaming Indian Customs for the delay. Very poor service they are offering. They are assuring delivery within 25 to 30 days but they are not meeting it.

One of the Worst cargo service in uae, even they offer free service i would not recommend this to any one. They promised cargo will deliver with in 30 days, now its been 58 days still my cargo is not yet delivered. I Don't know when they are going to deliver my package, very poor service and they dont know what going on.

I used their branch located in ABU DHABI. I received my cargo today and I found out that 3 bottles of my perfume were missing! So disappointed with this CARGO!

Very bad service. I would request nobody to send goods by this cargo.we send goods to kerala.they assured us it will reach by 40 days. It has been 50 days still they are not sure when the goods will reach.we contacted them many times.the man who received our called was arguing and saying their cargo is the best.but not telling us when the goods will be delivered.

Very bad, Extreamly painful experience with this cargo. Still I am waiting for the cargo, they are not responding clearly,

Make sure that you are not sending any valuable items, lots of valuable items are missing from my cargo and as usual they blame on customs dept.lost 8 -10 items from one of my bag which was packed from end. Send with reputed courier service Only. Will not make mistake again. If they claim the box was open by customs, there should be some custom declaration paper showing the proof. It's all planned.beware.

I send sea cargo on the 28 September and still they don't have a clue where my cargo reach till now.heavy regrets

Funniest experience I have had. I can throw my cargo in the sea and it would reach faster and safer to it's destination. They don't respect their customers, take no responsibility nor acknowledge they have a subpar service. They came home packed my cargo with all the bubble wrap and safety cushion possible. But when it reached it's destination the cargo was open. ALL my glass items where smashed. But the most interesting part is even 3 of my "Iron Pans" bent and damaged rendering it useless.
You can even forgive them for all that. I would give NEGATIVE if I could for the people who work there. Rude, and the lady on the phone's response was "I did not load the items, so I have nothing to do with it" I am annoyed more that the fact the owner/manager and the people working there had no sense of empathy or did apologize for what they have done. Hence, this review so you as the customer know what you are getting into before availing their services.

Never send ur cargo by this worst ppl my cargo was collected from me 24th July 2021 today is 8th Dec 2021 still not delivered to my residence bcoz they r sending illegal items which was found in there container 1 of the custom officer told to us when ever we call they say 5th of this mnth Monday 15 th of this mnth like this they ppl say and they don't have manners to talk they say do what u want to do I rqst to ppl never send ur cargo with this worst worst worst express Cargo ppl even owner MR NAUJAD run from here and sitting in kerala not receiving the call also.

Their packing is very neat, and they do it in front of you, so there is no chance of confusion. I recommend their cargo service in dubai

Scamming people and stealing money from people. Not recommended to use. Use at your Risk of loosing the cargo and getting scammed.

Worst service ever could think off I have paid for 15/20 days delivery to india and it is going to be 2 months no one is giving proper picture.
