All the puppies they sell are left barking their face off in distress in the night. Horrible.

I never called the store, please investigate and I can show how you are publicly accusing me of calls I’ve never done and defaming me for being abusive in a phone call I’ve never done (which as you stated is punishable.)

The dogs being sold are left unattended to bark consistently. Not only is it disturbing the community residents.it is distressing for the dogs. I have video evidence of the dogs constantly barking which will be provided to Nakheel

I like the grooming here as you can see your pet through the glass. But i notice that you have now covered some of the glass and blacked out the door.
I will not bring my pet here if I cant see him. It just makes me wonder what it is you want to hide?

Great customer service. Staffs are nice and very accommodating. One stop shop for all of your pet’s needs. This is the place we usually buy the food and supplies for our cats and birds.

I've had an incident with the delivery and few days later the manager called me and offered apology and help. Not many shops have such great customer service and the shop manager was so kind and service minded. Thank you guys
