I feel compelled to share my recent encounter with Better Flowers as a cautionary tale for potential customers. In short: No delivery, no response, and no refund.
Despite their professional facade, my experience with Better Flowers left much to be desired. I placed an online order in anticipation of Valentine's Day, excitedly awaiting the arrival of my chosen items. However, as the day came and went, there was no sign of the delivery, and my attempts to reach out for updates went unanswered.
The lack of communication persisted into the following day, with feeble excuses provided regarding the delay, which ultimately rendered the gesture meaningless given the occasion. Despite my repeated requests for a refund, I received no response or acknowledgment of my concerns through their chat service.
It is disheartening to see apparent activity on their WhatsApp chat while no tangible action is taken to address customer issues. As a consumer, feeling disregarded and left without resolution is deeply unsettling, especially in an industry where trust and reliability should be paramount.
In conclusion, I advise potential customers to think twice before engaging with Better Flowers. The risk of disappointment far outweighs any potential benefits. It's clear that their professionalism is merely surface-level, and their customer service leaves much to be desired.

WORST FLOWER SHOP IN DUBAI! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLOWER SHOP! They ruin special moments! I was supposed to receive a flower yesterday FEB 14 but up until now FEB 15 530pm I have not received anything! REFUND OUR MONEY! And answer our calls and whatsapp messages! Stop deleting our instagram comments!

Placed my order yesterday morning 9 AM for Valentines Day but my sister did not received any flowers and we are still waiting till this day. No one is answering the phone and my messages on WhatsApp. It's a waste of money

Didn’t receive order
Order has been placed early morning 14feb 2020 4: 21am, same time for delivery timing i send mail also to deliver 3pm to 4pm, Around 3 pm when i text and call them, order was not it was not ready even and ask to wait 2 hour,
Now its feb14 2020 7: 04 pm i didn’t receive till now.
! Spoiled the day

Bouquet is completely different from the pictures.very unpleasant.delivery is late by an hour.better look for other shop.don't try this, just a waste of money.

Better Flowers went above and beyond to ensure my delivery was made on time despite my last minute order. High quality product and great service. Will definitely use again!
