I dont recommend buying house through them as agent.they cannot doing anything to protect your rights or help to close deal.they are very weak and really dont understand what is the commision they charged for if nothing is under there control in a deal.

Too many issues and time and nervous lost because of this agency.

I’ll be short. Just when we finally got out our apartment (after 8 months of problems and MOULD issues) we couldn’t even get the initial deposit back as it was.

“Close there, do that, and then you’ll get your deposit they said…”

They also put a non sense “wall repainting, fillers on the wall, etc. ” - 1.6 k aed.just to get advantage from the deposit.
I would love to get full explanation about it.

They actually don’t care about property which they menage. We had a MOULD in our bedroom, in our AC on our walls.
They also promised that they will negotiate with the owner early determined contact, but they didn’t. I did it myself, he’s wasn’t even aware about our issues.

It’s not about deposit it’s about loosing time and how these people moves. Avoid them.

I’m really mad about the whole situation, and it’s so unfair that we have to pay for all this small things, which we didn’t do.

I had an excellent experience with Better Homes. I have been using Better Homes for my property management since last 2 years and I recently used their service to sell my villa in Bella Casa Serena. It was an excellent experience and I would personally like to thank Dimple Raygangare for her trusted and professional service.

Don’t recommend you this real estate agency at all. Their main goal is to rent out the house and after that they will simply forget about good customer service.

We had few issues with apartment we rented through them, only after moving in we found out that some items doesn’t work at all and all their response was we don’t check anything inside of the house, all we do is just put house on listing and that’s all. So before renting from them check all the appliances, in our case oven wasn’t serviceable (also there was some issues with leaking water in the bathroom and blocked drain).
Also during viewing there was no dewa in apartment so there was no way to check if oven was serviceable or not. So before signing contract with them, make sure to check everything.

One of their agent also did miscommunication with our current landlord, and because of that we had multiple issues. After addressing what their employee did, the answer simply was “she is not your assistant”. Level of customer service is really poor. Instead of making things work, they just blame tenants.

For sure will avoid them and will never recommend my friends.

As a tenant I am extremely happy with the service Luke is providing. My partner and I have been living in our new apartment for 8 months now and every single query I had so far have been responded the same day and resolved within 1-2 days. His attention to detail, prompt attention to communication, respect to his clients and exceptional personal skills makes him a true professional. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a quality property management service.

We moved to Al Meraikhi Tower, managed by Betterhomes in year 2019 up to this date. Ms. Wilma & Mr. Praveen - Property Administratos are wonderful, approachable and attends to our concerns. The residence is very much accessible to the Metro, main highway Sheikh Zayed Rd, near to offices, cafes and grocery shop, Building is well maintained, have 24/7 Security guards. Gym and rooftop pool!

Very happy with the service and in particular I would like to mention Angelica who was very knowledgeable and efficient. This appears to be a well run company who understand their customers needs, which in my opinion is quite unusual for a property brokerage in Dubai, So many Agents just grab their commission and you will never hear from them again, not the case here. I would highly recommend dealing with them

Anne is definitely providing top level of service. She’s definitely more than an agent. She was exactly there anytime I need anything. Such a unique personality.

Terrible attitude towards clients, despite a $10,000 commission, you may hear from an agent that you are literally nobody. Communication between the agent and the client is terrible, no one can explain the details of the contract and the rental process properly. Most agents are ill-mannered and do a poor job for that kind of money.

It can be tough decision selling your home and ensuring you get a realistic and accurate valuation and a few bumps with other agencies i came across a pleasant gentleman by the name Sheikh Hanan who was absolutely fantastic. He was honest from the get go, great personality and most important knew his stuff. I literally had a conversation with him on the first day, agreed upon a realistic price by the second, and the property was live on the third day (they go all out on marketing) and by the fourth we had ourselves wonderful buyers.
It was a hassle free, stress free, worry free.

This gentleman has an extensive portfolio of personal clients and was absolutely fantastic when it came to selling our house in Town Square. Unprofessional company, I recieved my flat at Yas 1 building in misserable status, they issues worng Ejari contract. Now they do not want to refund the deposite for me and want me to pay money over the deposite.

The are not honest, they are changing thier words specially agent Sandeep.

They always run away from the reponsability specially agent wilber and sandeep and they do not care about the tenant.

One of the bad organisation I have come across. The employees when asked about anything they just block in LinkedIn. I am really sad and disappointed with the behavior of their employees.

We’ve only recently moved into an apartment managed by BetterHomes, but our experience has been very pleasant so far. The management, led by Mr. Qasim Javed, has been incredibly helpful, assisting in everything we’ve required so far. We know first-hand how important building management is, having lived in an apartment with bad management gave us nothing but headaches; So, friendly, welcoming management of BetterHomes has been a blessing in our new place.

The agent does not know what to fill out during registration, etc. Worked with William, it's just awful. Contact another agency.

ONE OF THE BIGEST COMPANY WITH THE WORST SERVICE I NEVER INTERFACE IN MY TIME IN THE UAE. I LEFT THE UNIT IN BECAUSE OF THE POOR KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING OF THE MANAGEMENT.
THEY DEPOSIT MY CHECK THAT I AL READY PAID AGAIN ON MY BANK ACCOUNT AND WITH NOT AWARE OF WHATS WAS HAPPENING I GOT STOPPED IN THE AIRPORT. MORE OVER AFTER THE MISTAKE FROM THEM SIDE AND DEVELOPING ISSUE AFTER ISSUE I HAD TO MOVE OUT FROM MY FLAT AFTER 3 YEARS. NOT ENOUGH THE SAME COMPANY THEY OPEN A COMPAN THAT I DINT PAY 25K AND WHEN WE CAME TO CEHECK THE REAL AMOUNT WAS ONLY 5K. AGAIN THE SAME SAME COMPANY THEY ARE CREATING PROBLEMS FOR IS OWN PERSONAL ISSUE.
TO DAY THEY TOOK MY DEPOSIT 3500 AND ALSO THEY WANT ME TO PAY 5000.

Better Homes seems to be a professional agency at first. But they are not, at least in my experience. I trusted them and engaged them in finding an apartment for me. After several discussions I was shown an apartment which was not meeting all my requirements but due to urgency I agreed to hire. I was asked 5% or 5000AED whichever is higher as agency fee. I did pay the agency fee after a short negotiation and confirmed the hiring by filling the profile form and signed it. I was given a receipt for the agency fee and promised that the apartment will be ready in four days. Believing them I cancelled a couple of other shortlisted apartments and arranged to move from my present stay. Three days after finalizing, the agent from Better Homes came back to me and said the apartment is not available and rented to someone else. They were so unprofessional that I ended up in a hotel costing me a huge amount just because I trusted them. I do not recommend them.

I won't recommend this real estate agency to anyone who wants a lease from them. First, they won't return your deposit and create false information to retain your deposit.stay away I had a very bad experience with them. Not worth it

Moving out from ADCP to Better Homes, I felt the experience was really good. Friendly and welcoming staff. They are always ready to help you. I am sure you will have a pleasant experience dealing with Mr. Aaron Lobo and Mr. Qasim at Better Homes.

The best taking care about the tanent and their needs we have get from them and specially from Wilma how hard work she is by following up and remember each request and how she make an amazing relationship not only business relation. They give you the feeling that you are in private compound not in a building.

The agents in touch with me (Maureen and Joshua) did not bother to check if the previous ejari or DEWA were cancelled, and did not even have a proper status update despite me following up for 3 days.

Eventually, on the day of my move, the previous DEWA got cancelled without notice and I was left stranded without electricity in a new apartment, which means I had to pay out of pocket to stay at a hotel with my family.

I understand that agents are not responsible to do the ejari process, but they are responsible to ensure the previous handover is completely closed in time. Never in my 6 years of renting in Dubai have I had such a shabby and negligent handover experience.

Another thing to highlight is that for a simple apartment rental, there were 2 Better Homes agents involved and for every discussion my direct POC would have to talk to the other agent, who would then talk to the owner, meaning every conversation took very long to close.

I would like thanks to Mr Romulo Archieval for his kind support for the renewal of the tenancy contract and any maintenance work his response is quick and supportive. He makes all process will go very smooth without any hurdles. I would like to work with you again.

I live in Ikarus Tower, and i like it here, everyones helpful. Bldg is clean and i feel safe. Wilma, my agent takes care of us, all our concerns are being heard and resolved, very approachable.

This is my first time to rent place in UAE and BH did a great job - starting with the contact and property showing by sales agent Jamie and later property managers Kunal and Archie who thoroughly walked us through the process and Archie is always on standby to answer any issue requests no matter how big or small it is (like busted bulbs or loose towel holder). Renting in Dubai is not easy comparing to other places where I have lived and BH team did great to support us through this journey.

Kindly wanted to thank Sasa, for his always professional and fast cooperation. Never failed to respond within minutes and help with all questions/doubts me or my client had. I am very pleased with BH Property Management. From the management side, I can definitely commend Tauseef, Ms. Pat, Ms. Rosemary and Siraj for accomodating my requests and kind understanding. They made sure to assist me and help me resolve my concerns in a timely manner. The receptionists are very professional too.

I've been staying in their property in Hamdan Al Sayyah 1 - Nahda 2 for more than a year now. The watchmen Ritesh and Naser in our building are also commendable for keeping the building clean, safe and always well decorated. The worst Ever. I did rent a property from them in International city. Miss balunchery i guess was coordinating. No service provided. Money was all taken on time. I would never recommend anyone to to deal with thek in the future. They still owe me my security deposit. All these positive reviews are by their known friends i guess. I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude for a very exceptional and remarkable work of Archieval Romulo.
It is with a distinguished professionalism that Archi, took over the operation part of the tenancy contract and handed over the flat to us.
Archi proactively checked the unit before moving in and noted all our comments.
Moreover, he managed fixing all snagging; even more, he finalized a major issue with the AC by pushing the FM of the building to inspect it asap, then immediately approving the job to a third party contractor.
Archi followed up with the contractor and stayed in touch with me late night last thursday, until the job has been completed positively.
Thankfully, we were able to move in on time as per our request.

I had my date to move in because i was leaving my other apartment and on my way there with the movers when i call the betterhomes office they told me that they still didn’t clean the apartment so if i can wait another day to move in.
I had to argue with the head office manager telling them that i left already my other apartment so i had nowhere to go.
In the end i could access the apt late in the evening but of course the apt wasn’t proper clean.
The next year when all the rents when down i went to discuss the lower of my rent because i saw they were renting the same apt as mine with a much lower price.
They say they couldn’t do anything so they rather have the apt empty then lower the price because in the company interest renting the apt and get the new deposit even if is at a lower price.
Also you will never get your deposit money. They will keep it saying they have to pay the apartment cleaning.

Would love to thank Micky agent and Joy Kirby for assisting me in the buying process. I’m happy with the service and everything was great. Would definitely advise my friends Better Homes
